It was just a few minutes before 6 PM, when almost all of the tire shops close. But I saw that Just Tires stays open a little later and made a bee line straight there. The technician who greeted me was very courteous and helpful, and they were able to quickly determine a nail had gone into the tire at an angle. Fortunately, they were also able to patch the tire, and they double checked that the patch would hold given the nature of the puncture. I was back on the road in 45 minutes, incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and the kindness they showed me. Highly recommend!

Due to the technicians lack of quality work, this has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to rent a car while my truck was in the shop for repairs. Plus the added expense to get my truck repaired. When I approached the manager and went over the inconveniences this has caused me. I was only offered a free oil change the next time I came in. That is not likely to happen. Being a loyal customer for quite a few years I believe they could have done better towards me and offered more than one free oil change. I would not recommend Just Tires of Highland Village based on my experience.

He asked if he could bring it back the next week in morning and was assured the machine would be fixed before then. When he took it back in after the weekend passed on Monday morning he was told they only do inspections at 8am, the machine was never broken, and his truck was the problem as some just aren't compatible with their equipment even though he's had it inspected there for decades. So did they lie the week before or lying now or what? He drove straight to another business and was done in minutes with no issues. I spoke with Case by phone the day before, the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. So, I ask for Case and mentioned I spoke to him yesterday about getting new rims installed and tire rotations. He then said give me a minute I'll get you right in. So, with then 10 minute he said pull in the first bay we'll get you taken care of and it took all but 27 minute and they were done. That being said the overall experience was excellent.
