Wow great service here! Everyone is very kind and professional. I came in to get a flat tire fixed (which they do for free), and even though I wasn't spending any money they still treated me just the same as a paying customer. Took care of my tires and offered me water/coffee while I waited. Ellaina was very kind and took care of my tire needs in a very timely service. I studied in the waiting area and got some work done while they worked on my tire. Will not hesitate to come again for any tire needs! I noticed the air pressure in one of my tires kept dropping even after refilling, so I swung by Just Tires for a diagnosis. After waiting around for about 20mins, they handed my keys back and said they had found a nail and patched it up free of charge. Seriously awesome service and such friendly staff! Total bait-and-switch shop. Received out-the-door quote, scheduled appointment, went in and was told "oh that didn't include install - extra $79." When I asked to speak to the individual who I made the appointment with "oh, he works at another store, he was just helping yesterday." Manager had an opportunity to make it right, chose otherwise. Saw my tire was flat one random afternoon, called these guys up, told them it was flat, gave them the make of the tire and asked if they could do it by end of day. When I got there a nice man came out with me to look at my tire to make sure it they couldn't patch or fix it. They could not, and was pretty obvious when actually looking at it. They replaced my tire within the hour and work labor/tire and taxes was a great price. Will take any future tire needs here! read more

Paid $1,000 for tires which were faulty Paid $130 for alignment which was successful 5x in a row over the course of 6 weeks Paid 14 hours of my time that I will never get back, these guys are not to be taken seriously and will con you out of your money. They do not properly warranty when required, and they do not compensate or rectify major issues. Their products and services are entirely unreliable. During my many visits, I even overheard customers blaming them for sprinkling nails in the road to double flat repair business. Buyer Beware, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Justin is the owner and is more dedicated to Starbucks than his own job, he will talk a million miles an hour to describe how everything is not their fault but yours instead and will try to fight every turn no matter the issue you bring to them. Their lead mechanic is half deaf they said but they sent him on a test drive with me and he sat quiet the whole time like he wasn't aware of the day of the week it is. What a joke of a company. How many mechanics does it take to align 4 tires and a steering wheel? Answer: any single one that's not at Just Tires. read more

I'd to like to thank Elianna, Mr. Keith, and Logan for helping me out. I've been dealing with my Goodyear alignment program that hasn't been fulfilled for almost 6 months because Goodyear Corporate has pulled out of the area. I've traveled between Austin and Dallas to get this issue sorted as the alignment program is expensive! Just Tires fulfilled my alignment program after I've been to 10 different Good Year franchises and corporate stores. They are quick, trustworthy, and friendly! Went here for the first time and had a great experience. I wanted tire rotations on my SUV so I started to call around and found this place. Spoke with Donovan Payne and he told me to come over. After my arrival, Donovan instantly took care of my needs. We also did a free tire alignment check and was honestly told that I don't need that. Donovan was polite, professional, friendly, and patient to my questions. He made sure I left fully satisfied. Place was clean and comfortable. They had free k-cups coffee and bottled water. Only thing I can suggest is to have a TV or something like that and things for kids to play with in case someone comes in with their kids. I was in and out in a decent amount of time. I highly recommend this place to anyone with any tire needs. Even though this place is out of my way I would definitely go here in the future. Don't forget that they do price match! read more

This store provides great customer service. The first time they patched my tire for free. Another tire had a flat and they quickly changed it out. I would say it took 30-45 min. I got there when they opened on a Saturday. I ate some shipley donuts while I waited. I have been driving on the tire for a couple of months with no problem. read more

I woke up to a completely flat tire, so after airing it up at home I knew I needed to have it looked at. Just tires is really close to our home and they fix flats for free and have great service, so I knew this was the right place to take it. My opinion of Just Tires was already very high, but today I was completely blown away. They ended up finding a large shard of metal in my tire that couldn't be patched. Ellaina asked about hazard coverage from the dealer and that reminded me that I did elect for some sort of coverage with them. Ellaina then proceeded to go above and beyond anything I could have asked for by agreeing to work with my warranty company to cover one of the tires. After countless calls and way more work than should have needed to be done my car was good as new and the tire was covered by the warranty. The two times I have been into this location they have proven to value great customer service, be incredibly honest and fair (which can't always be said when dealing with car issues, and also quick on their repairs. Just left here, my wife's car picked up a drill bit last week and brought her car in this morning to replace the tire, the hole wasn't that big so they safely patched and plugged it and let us get a few more miles out of the tire and hopefully be able to replace all four at the same time. They didn't charge me a dime for this. I can assure you that when it's time to buy all four tires I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service all the way around! read more

Such friendly and helpful staff, and quick & efficient service. I dropped my car off here after getting new tires on it a few days prior (from another business). Elaina answered all my questions and drop off was easy. She called me even before I got home to give me the low down on my vehicle and what needed to be done, and I asked her about some slight rubbing of my tires on my wheel wells. She called me back within 5 minutes (after going out there to check it out herself) to tell me that it looks like the company I got my tires from installed the wrong size. They were too big. UGH. She advised me to wait on getting the alignment service & call the company and get a replacement because it was their mistake and they need to fix dat sh*t ASAP. So I did and I will be getting the tires replaced tomorrow. But you bet your butt I will be right back to Just Tires so I can get my alignment adjusted by the best humans on earth.
