It was just a few minutes before 6 PM, when almost all of the tire shops close. But I saw that Just Tires stays open a little later and made a bee line straight there. The technician who greeted me was very courteous and helpful, and they were able to quickly determine a nail had gone into the tire at an angle. Fortunately, they were also able to patch the tire, and they double checked that the patch would hold given the nature of the puncture. I was back on the road in 45 minutes, incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and the kindness they showed me. Highly recommend!

I recently had an oil change at Just Tires, Highland Village on Justin Rd…read more Unfortunately, they did not properly replace the oil filter, which resulted in the check engine light coming on and the oil pressure gauge malfunctioning. Due to the technicians lack of quality work, this has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to rent a car while my truck was in the shop for repairs. Plus the added expense to get my truck repaired. When I approached the manager and went over the inconveniences this has caused me. I was only offered a free oil change the next time I came in. That is not likely to happen. Being a loyal customer for quite a few years I believe they could have done better towards me and offered more than one free oil change. I would not recommend Just Tires of Highland Village based on my experience.
