Like most spots, you pick your wash and the machine does the heavy lifting, but I really appreciated that they provide window cleaner and air freshener sprays right at the vacuum stations. It's a thoughtful touch that most competitors overlook. If you don't want to deal with water spots, you can pay a little extra to have a staff member hand-dry your vehicle. The facility is also set up well--there's a nice seating area by the vacuums which is great on a breezy day, and they even have a complimentary water cooler for customers. The wash in general- deluxe package was not good. Dryers just pushed water to middle of windshield and didn't work well. Paid then drove around but no one was there to man the car wash so sat hoping I was in correct spot. The bug removal was a joke and wasn't worth the money. Update: 5/2025 I've lowered the rating. Went back just for a regular car wash, vacuum, and wipe down. The absolute lowest price is $50! I felt that was way too much to pay for a drive-thru car wash, vacuum, and wipe down. Also, they've changed up the waiting area. It seemed smaller and still has uncomfortable chairs. Ok so cost. I paid for the $24 wash with hand dry. I do NOT recommend this at all. Either go top of the line with interior and exterior or just go with the cheapest wash. Service. Here is the problem. If you get the $24 hand dry you will go through the wash pull your car around to get hand dried and wait in a line for at least 15-20min. At this point all the water and soap residue has dried on the paint and they will just do a half-ass job of drying because there are still probably 3-4 cars behind you. You will get home and see all the spots and stuff that you now have to take care of yourself. They have bays to hand dry and I definitely recommend that you just get the cheapest wash and hand dry yourself cause they will NOT do a good job. Mediocre for the price I paid but if I got the cheapest wash I can see it being somewhat better. Only because there are bays to dry the car yourself. If it's a busy day and there are no bays you might as well find another place cause you will not be satisfied. I am hoping if you paid more money then the service gets better but I'm not chancing that at this location. read more

Esmeralda did a great job with the mini detail and I was happy to tip! Love the convenience of tipping online. I scanned her card so the tip went directly to her. I appreciate the clean restrooms in the indoor waiting area and cold water bottles on a hot day however the waiting room is sensory overload! The smell of gasoline was so strong, it made it difficult to breathe! The chairs are not comfortable and we all awkwardly sit around one another. The TV is SOOOO loud! NASCAR racing blaring along with a woman talking loudly on her phone, car wash making noises behind us, etc. It is AWFUL like sitting in a dental chair to get work done however having a clean car and being able to get out of the waiting room is WONDERFUL!! I paid $25 for a "Super Shine" exterior car wash today, which included hand towel drying . This is where they should catch the areas that didn't get cleaned while in the tunnel. Two gentlemen gave my car a once over and wanted to send me on my way. I had to ask them to clean several areas that had been missed by the tunnel brushes and by their towels. I also had to ask them to clean several areas of bug guts from my front bumper. I finally gave up on the both of them and finished wiping down my truck by myself which included both running board which at this point hadn't even been touched. All of this was taking place while the two watched from the curb. The old owners really knew how to wash a car. This new company just doesn't care. Save your money and go somewhere else where the staff has been properly trained. The other Carnation location on Frankford Rd and Old Denton is not much better. read more

Arrived at 8:05AM to get my car washed. Waited at the payment stand outside for 5 minutes. An employee walked by and waved which I assumed meant they would be with me shortly. Another 5 minutes and still no one to collect the money. Two cars had been in front of me and went through the wash (took awhile before someone ran them through. Not sure how they paid and got washed). Since there were several cars behind me, I pulled forward figuring I would go through the wash then go inside and pay. Once you are in line, it's difficult to get OUT of line. As I pulled up to where they manually clean the worst of the dirt, I was told I would have to pay at the ticket stand (the one I had been at for 10 minutes with no one collecting the money) in order to get the car washed. I asked the car behind me to back up and I left. When you have customers waiting for 10 minutes for someone to collect the money and no one shows up, you have a SERIOUS PROBLEM! EDIT: The manager called me later in the day and apologized, explained why the situation had occurred and offered me compensation. Everyone has a bad day, but when a company is willing to correct their error in a timely manner, then you have to respect the business. read more

I pop in here when I'm in need of an emergency oil change- super pricey. $72 for a Honda CR-V .Got my oil changed and a free $10 car wash, maybe I really paid for it? Hmm (high prices) oil change was done in 15 minutes, LOVE! Headed over to the car wash and met with a sweet young man that was so patient and so sweet to explain each detail package- he even helped me when I was digging for change to tip the staff that details and vacuums the cars. Very nice young man. I wanted about 20-30 minutes for my car to be detailed- I got the $20 package but with your oil change coupon and yelp discount it was only $7. Here's the 3 star part- They came in to tell my vehicle was ready, gave the older gentle a tip (bring cash) and then went to my car- the console, dusty, screen dusty with my finger prints, sticky on putter console- dusty- so basically it wasn't wiped down properly. He did it again with a couple of sprays but I wasn't very pleased. This is a great spot and they usually do a good job, fail for me today. Maybe next time- I attached some pics- maybe they will help. I have been coming here for years. My cars are always cleaned beautifully and thoroughly, and for competitive prices! For $30 everything gets cleaned. Obviously, if your car is pretty beat up, then you might want to pay more for more detailing. But, the $30 interior/exterior service gets everything spotless for me every time. The prices have gone up recently, but considering that we're experiencing economic inflation, I'm not surprised. The prices here are still fair, and this place does a far better cleaning than any other car wash in the area. I have seriously paid double the price elsewhere and ended up unsatisfied. New ownership. Price went up from $20 to $30 for inside/out wash. Today I'm here at 4:15pm and they tell me they can't 'start' my car through the wash for 20 min. I had purchased the bright wash with the first attendant. When I got to the start of the wash, the attendant who preps your car by washing it was washing the car in front of mine or so I thought. It seemed to be the owner of the truck. Maybe it was another employee but two people were there one in red and one in blue. The man in the blue was power washing his car with a separate tool that was on the side and he was so thorough. We waited 5 minutes for this guy to power wash it, which is totally fine. I'm thinking the service here is great. Then the man in the blue gets into the truck and drives into the car washing station. The man the in red is the only one there now and he mops the front of my car 3 times. I just came back from a road trip so my car was dirty. He doesn't pay any attention to the rear end of my car. My car goes right through and there's no indication of wax being applied. I'm finished with the car washing station so I go out toward the left because I can hand dry my car with the bright wash. The back of my car was disgusting. I had to try to use the towels and the glass cleaner for my rear window. I thought about getting back in line but there was quite a queue and I was in a rush. I would never recommend anyone to this location. What a waste of time and money. Communication sucks. You can't get a hold of anyone unless it's the very first attendant. I'd recommend a self car wash if you were planning to go here. It's pretty much all self wash anyways with the lack of attention to detail from staff. read more
