Excellent experience! My 2003 Acura TL, S-model was completely dead on July 4th (of all days!) when I came out to start it around 5:30 PM. Had to call Roadside Assistance to jump it so I could get to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery before they closed. They said it was the alternator not the battery. Contacted DFW Mobile Repair and [[HIGHLIGHT]]Hamm responded immediately with a price quote to fix it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Set up the appointment for mid-afternoon the next day, July 5th (Sunday, on a holiday weekend).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hamm was certainly knowledgeable, and after testing, said it was BOTH the battery and alternator. He replaced the alternator (which he had brought, having had my prior information as to car and model) and then drove to O'Reilly's nearby for a replacement battery which he then installed. Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership.
