Auto repair you can trust!!!! After reading great reviews on Google and Yelp, I made an appointment with DFW Mobile Repair and they completely lived up to their great reputation!!! Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership. Scheduling was super easy and quick. DFW Mobile Repair came to our home promptly at their scheduled time, and they did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the service. It turns out it was a corroded battery. The price for the diagnostic and the service he completed was a fair price and I felt we were in good hands with honest mechanics. The technician even suggested we take the battery to autozone since it should still be under warranty and that is just what we did (they replaced it free of charge). I used DFW Mobile Repair today and they were excellent. I thought I needed a new power steering unit but they said I only needed the fluid. My battery was dead and they were able to find out there was a warranty and it was covered by Auto Zone. They went there and swapped out the battery and only charged me for the service call. I was in a jam with a window that collapsed (couldn't roll it up) and called DFW Mobile Repair to help me after hours. I appreciated them showing up quickly for the repair after hours. Unfortunately, the replacement part that they put in stopped working after a couple weeks. When I called to complain about the broken part and the supposed warranty, the Saudi man with whom I spoke was very rude and said that the warranty would not cover the part replacement. Nonsense for a $450 window repair that lasted less than a month. Not only all that, but in replacing the window, the guy cracked open the plastic cover/cup for the door handle that I also had to get replaced. Awful place. Do not trust your valuable car with these fraudsters. read more
