The team did their own diagnosis of the car and instead of just agreeing with Mazda, they said they didn't even believe the $2k repair was even necessary at that time. They found a couple additional small items that they recommended I fix, but were never pushy or trying to sell me on anything. From the time I reached out and throughout the process the team communicated well. They handled all the other recommended repairs same day for significantly less than the dealership wanted to charge. WOW. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My car was not starting and I thought it was a battery problem so I went to interstate battery and they were absolutely no help. Then I went here and they were so friendly, kind, and gracious. They spent at least 30 minutes working on my car and fixing the terminals and the wiring to my sub. They ended up rewiring some of it too! Then they told me my car was done and to look at it and I asked how much I owed them and they said I didn't need to pay for a thing because they like to take care of their customers. In a world with terrible auto shops, this is one of the few that actually cares and gives you a great price. They just earned a loyal customer! I will not take my car anywhere else now. Alternator failed me, bought the part to avoid wait times at other shops incase they didn't have in stock. All star auto clinic messaged me quick within the hour and I was squeezed in the next morning. Dropped off my truck early around 7:30 and was ready by 9:45. This place has the Lowest prices also, shops were trying to charge me about $900-$1100, and most didn't allow me to bring in my own OEM parts. I paid less than $350 here for labor super reasonable and in total (labor plus my part costs) it cost me about half the price other shops were going to charge me. Other shops could be shady and let's say find it wasn't my alternator, and keep my new part; and do a tiny fix and charge full labor. This one is very trusted, and even put my old alternator in the original box without me even asking which was great! This company and people are just the best in the business! replaced oil pressure sensor. they charged parts as 40 (same price as in the autozone) and half hour labor ($60), it is really great price I can get. really appreciate their help. after replacing the oil pressure sensor, they pointed out to me some other potential issue, I let them quote one of them , will come back again/ waiting room is clean. service speed is good. This was an amazing find! My wife and I were visiting family in Dallas and our A/C went out. Joe and his team were amazing. We were referred to them by other shops in the area and we learned why. Joe spoke to me over the phone and worked us into their busy schedule so we could return home to Houston within 24 hours. I made a dumb mistake and broke a few things on my car that caused a major oil leak. I had my car towed here and they had me fixed up with zero fuss and no issues at all afterwards. They were very understanding of the stupid mistake I did and didn't judge at all despite me beating myself up over it haha They took care of everything and got all the details right too. My security lug nuts were wrenched back on (other cars in my apartment had gotten their entire wheels stolen before) with the special socket put back where I left it. Oil level was good on the dipstick (dealerships and lube shops always overfill it). I had them do a transmission fluid change as well since I had the car at the shop anyway. I had two jugs of ATF fluid in the back seat already since I was going to do it myself until the oil leak fiasco, so I let them know they could use it. My car's transmission only needs one and a half jugs, so I expected them to just take the extra leftover fluid. However, they actually left the remaining amount in one of the jugs for me to use in the future! Now that's classy. I also had them replace all my brake pads and rotors since they were still the originals at 150k miles (it's a hybrid so less wear but still about time). My car isn't leaking any oil after a week of driving a bunch, and my brakes aren't squeaking at the end of a stop anymore, so they did a fantastic job! read more

Quick and responsive! By far best value for my needs and was available next day! My brother is a mechanic so when I asked for a quote he said their prices were fair and good. Next day got my CRV towed to the shop for an alternator installation and Joe the proprietor was friendly and accommodating and as I waited and worked on my laptop in their office they were at it taking care of my car. An hour and a half later car was done and I was in my way back home. I've had some electrical issues with my Chevy Malibu since I bought it and have brought it in to All Star each time. Joe always remembers me even when it's been a while and he's always happy to help. His prices are fair and he'll tell you straight if he's not able to do something at a reasonable cost. My Chevy needed a specialty repair and the tool for it couldn't be found secondhand even for a reasonable price. He did what he could and told me exactly what I needed to know to not get upsold unnecessarily at Chevy since he did whatever else work it needed. After being involved in a 3-car-fender-bender, my insurance recommended me to go to their own associated Body shop to fix my car. But, I'm glad I didn't and went with my instincts. Did some research, asked around and all led me to Joe's shop. Finding the place: this shop is located on Fulgham, but very hidden behind a giant used car dealership. When I turned into the gated opening that Google Maps had guided me, luckily it was open just for me?! haha Pricing: very very reasonable, and I've worked at an auto mechanic shop before, so I'd know if they were trying to sell me a catalytic converter to fix the grinding noise from having my bumper smashed in. No. Joe and his brother are honest people, and they run a small honest business. Quality of work: got my car back in pristine condition! They were able to work directly with my insurance appraiser and the entire ordeal was painless. Speed: kept his promise! Joe was aware that my insurance only allowed certain number of days for a car rental, so he worked with that and got my car done right on time.
