Power steering went out shortly after that and I haven't driving the car for two months. Took it to a trusted mechanic shop to diagnose again LAST WEEK and they confirmed it's the transmission that needs to be inspected by a transmission shop. I'll remove this review if the transmission shop confirms it's the ecu as well that needs to be replaced. (Response to owner) There's no issue I was waiting to confirm if the diagnoses given to me was correct to right my review. Forgive me for not remembering it was 125 exactly but , $125 for what auto zone does for free was my issue . I was expecting a real diagnosis by a mechanic to pin point the issue with accuracy and given a game plan not a simple computer diagnostic test that was for a code I already knew it had.

When he finally got started, He went under the car and an hr later tells us it's going to take more time to replace the part and that he scheduled other appointments so he would come back the next morning to complete the job. We even let that slide. The mechanic never showed up the next day. I even sent a text. He responded that he would call but there was nothing. I wasted time trying to work with this company. Had I have known I could have gotten someone that was willing to do the work. I would never refer or attempt to use them again.

Any shop that offers a 10% discount in exchange for a positive review should, in my opinion, be approached with caution. My experience with this shop was far from positive. A truck that had 250,000 miles on it and was showing signs that should have raised some serious questions about a failing head gasket. Instead, I was led through a series of costly repairs that basically treated the symptoms instead of finding the actual problem. Those repairs ultimately failed within a few weeks. They also installed what I believe were cheap aftermarket parts, including the wrong front struts. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility and replacing them, they wanted to charge me to install a lift on the rear of the truck to compensate for the front end sitting higher than the rear. WTF? Another big concern was the price and quality of the parts. When I asked about the brand of the parts they were installing, which seemed they were hesitant to reveal, I was surprised to find what appeared to be nearly a 100% markup compared with retail prices. Their invoices also don't identify the brand or manufacturer of the parts, so you really don't know what you're paying for. In my experience, the parts were marked up an unreasonable amount, especially considering the quality. Looking back, I feel like the focus was more on getting me to authorize additional repairs rather than properly figuring out what was actually wrong with the truck, knowing Id probably just cut my losses if I had been told the truth about the head gasket from the beginning. I originally brought my truck here because I was trying to avoid dealership prices. Unfortunately, when I finally took it to the dealership, that's when I learned what was actually wrong with the truck, which was in fact the head gasket and the wrong struts installed. The dealership also asked me if I had ever used a quick sealant in my engine because of the sludge they found in the radiator overflow, the radiator that auto clinique just replaced. I don't have proof, but definitely raised even more concerns about the shop practices. I was so hopeful that I had found an honest shop, but sadly, I'd have to say they are far from it. And Ray, I'm not interested in you telling me how you offer a year warranty on your parts and repairs. Thank you

I've given this shop multiple chances over the years. I've brought my car here for oil changes,…read morealignments, and most recently a tune-up and suspension work. After this last experience, I'm completely done with this place. The owner himself told me that they don't have actual certified mechanics working there. After everything I've experienced, honestly, it fucking shows. My first oil change here was already a red flag. The oil filter wasn't installed correctly, and after I picked up my car, oil was spilled all over my engine bay. This was a BASIC oil change, yet somehow I still had to come back because the job wasn't done right. And that became the pattern with this shop: every single time I had work done, I ended up having to come back. This last visit was by far the worst. I paid a significant amount of money for a tune-up and installation of a suspension kit I provided. The work was not done properly, my car was returned to me unaligned, the steering wheel was completely out of position, and I was left having to drive the car home with suspension and alignment issues that should NEVER have been present after paying a shop to do the work. I was told to simply come back the next day, as if handing a customer back their vehicle in that condition was completely normal. Then came the bullshit with the suspension parts. I was told that my parts had been installed, but when I questioned what was actually done and why I was still having problems, the owner became defensive and started arguing with me. Instead of taking responsibility or calmly explaining the work, he told me that I had a bad memory. Yes -- the customer who brought in the parts and paid for the work was apparently the problem. The documentation is another huge issue. I was never given a proper alignment specification sheet. I wasn't provided detailed receipts explaining exactly what was done. I wasn't given a proper breakdown of the repairs or findings on my vehicle. For something as important as suspension and steering work, that is completely unacceptable. What pisses me off the most is that I actually gave this place multiple opportunities. I wasn't someone walking in once and immediately leaving a bad review. I kept coming back and giving them my business. And somehow, every time, I ended up having to return because something wasn't right. The owner's attitude during my last visit was the final straw. Instead of acknowledging the problems and trying to make things right, he got defensive, argued with me, and acted like I was the one causing the problem. I trusted this shop with my car, paid them good money, and got a vehicle back that I had LESS confidence in than when I brought it there. At this point, I wouldn't trust this place to change a fucking tire. Save yourself the headache. Take your car somewhere else. The owner is a slimy money hungry prick and a lying criminal. Don't believe all these FAKE 5 star reviews. And FYI, my car is worse than it ever was before taking it to this sh*t hole. The owners a sc*mbag, money hungry, prick who lies to your face.
