I had a broken radiator hose and was from out of town. My hometown mechanic recommended changing the hose and adding radiator fluid. They did these two things, but kept threatening that the engine could overheat again. I declined further testing. I was charged $303. Just for radiator hose and radiator fluid. Just 10 miles down the road it did indeed overheat again. The next mechanic put radiator fluid in the actual radiator and everything was fine. Apparently elite auto solution did not put the radiator fluid into the actual radiator but into the Reservoir instead. And overcharged me as well. I would not recommend this company. read more

Do not go here! Brought my car in because it was overheating. Gave them details of multiple incidents. They repaired two heater hoses. Picked up my car and grilled them to make sure that they checked everything possible. Drive off the lot and my car overheated! Brought it back to be serviced and it took two weeks for them to get back to me that it was engine mounts. Insurance approved repair and it was supposed to be ready on a Friday. It wasn't. When I called, I was told that it was up on the racks and it would be ready Monday. Come Monday, it wasn't ready. Said I could come pick up a loaner car. Picked it up about 2 and they said give them a few days. Noticed my car in the lot and damage to the foot rail on passenger side. I asked if they had replaced mounts yet and they said no. Mind you, I was told it was being done Friday, on the racks. They called late Monday to say insurance declined one repair but they were going to do it as a courtesy for missing all of this when they only replaced the heater hoses. It would be Wednesday or Thursday. Got a call early Tuesday that it was ready. Went to pick it up and noticed it hadn't moved from same spot the day before. Manager, David, and a tech, Brandon, assured me that they had checked everything and the overheating issue was 100% resolved. Drove off the lot and guess what?! Overheated. Called them and they will no longer speak to me. Called insurance company and told them not to pay claim. Was told that as long as I didn't sign anything when I picked up the car, they would not pay without a signed invoice. Two days later, I get copy of paid receipt from car shop. In the meantime, took my car to another shop to confirm that the repairs on the Elite invoice were NOT done. Confirmed! Called insurance company to request copy of signed invoice. Received it only to find that my signature was FORGED! Not only did these people lie to me about repairs, they committed forgery, fraud, deceitful and unlawful business practices. Now they won't speak to me! Avoid them at all costs!!!! Attached is copy of Elite invoice showing work completed and report from other shop stating it wasn't. read more

Had my car towed here because it's in the AAA network. They quoted near $2,000 to get the car back on the road. I towed it to a mechanic I trust, at my own expense, and he disagreed with Elite Auto's diagnostic, but ended up doing all the repairs that Elite Auto suggested (and more) for $700. It would have been even cheaper than $700 if my mechanic only replaced the parts that needed replacing (using high-quality OEM parts). It was $700 because he replaced more parts than necessary just to be safe. Even if the same problem resurfaces within 36,000 miles (not likely, my mechanic is excellent), then I can have this same work done again for another $700 and I still will have spent 30% less than I would have spent at Elite Auto the first time. I also got a second opinion from an out-of-state mechanic friend and he said that this work should not cost much more than $500-600. read more

David is the absolute best in town. I used to only take my car to the dealer. On a whim, I had my inspection done with David because he's right by downtown close to my work. After meeting him and reading all of the reviews, I've made the switch to do all of my car work with him. I LOVE that you can schedule an appointment online, super fast and easy. Jose at Elite Auto Solutions is kind and professional young man. I went in to get and estimate on my ac repair. I was miss diagnose and they replaced my condenser for free after realize I needed a compressor also. they only charged for the compressor. Who does this? I really appreciated this. I had taken my Toyota to a company down the street and they told me that I needed a compressor and another part that was not expensive. They quoted me for those parts and labor $1,500.00. I went back and paid $80.00 for the diagnosis and the owner told me he was through with me because I did not believe him. I was frighten of him I felt unconformable and threaten. I paid about half of the price at EAS. My warranty is 3 years or 3,600 miles for the ac. Dealerships only give one year warranty on any work they preform. I took my auto back to them because of noise in my vehicle, it was my rear brakes, they even replace the medal part. They told me because of the wrong parts they offer me a truck to go home in. I turn the offer down because I didn't want to be responsible for someone hitting the truck and they called me a Lyft and shortly I was at home. The next day David the owner came by my apartment and pick me up to take me to the shop to pick up my car. Who does this? I have had my throttle body and my Engine carbonation removed all for $195.00 plus tax I have a 2007 Toyota Yaris with well over 200,00 miles and It drives like new. read more
