Looked online searching for a reputable mechanic that could work on my 2017 Honda Accord and Project Rebuild came in as 1 of the top 10 listed. Reviews mean a lot to me so I pay close attention to them. My left door lock was making clucking notices when I locked my door when I entered. Called the listed number, explained the problem I was experiencing, was able to take it in within an hour. Sam and his worker explained the problem, ordered the part, was called a couple hours later that the part had arrived and I could come in to have it repaired. Went in and within an hour of arriving, my door lock actuator was replaced. This took place all within several hours of my initial phone call, and best of all at a very reasonable price. I moved from another state where I had a very good mechanic and now I can rest assured that I have found one that I can feel comfortable with that will give me honest quotes and work. Today was my Second Visit, the owner Sam met me at the door, after i explained by problem to him, he immediately dropped what he was doing, and start to work on the issues with my vehicle, he ordered the parts, and installed them within 1 hour, Maggie came in and followed up to expedite, the parts to be ordered. she even negotiated the price to make a lower cost to me. This was my first time using Project Rebuild for repairs. My vehicle was "supposed " to be covered by dealership warranty but didn't.
