I had a car accident on 10/29, and my insurance contacted Straight Line for me. Rex reached out…read moreright away and made dropping my car off an easy process. Throughout the entire time my car was in their care, Rex kept me updated and communicated effectively. I genuinely appreciated all the updates and the clear explanations about additional issues with my car. He was able to repair not only the accident damage but also take care of some other work my car needed--and he got me a great price for it. The only thing I wish I had known up front is that there's a 4% fee for card payments, so be prepared to bring cash. It was raining when I picked up my car, so having to get cash was a bit inconvenient, but Rex was patient and understanding. I got my car back, and it looks brand new! Rex and his team worked quickly and provided excellent service. Overall, the service I received was a 10/10. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

If you are working with an Insurance company don't take your vehicle to this company. Real nice on…read morethe phone and then they stabbed us in the back, for the insurance company. They low-balled and then purposely left out most of the damage needing repair. They helped the insurance company (which we pay for and never use) to basically try and get out of paying for much of anything and its made for a long drawn-out process. If they read this, they know exactly what they did. Its about as turn-coat as it gets.
