Avoid at all costs…read more Took my car there on recommendation for transmission rebuild. This took about a month. They rebuilt it, and then put the wrong torque converter on which caused them to have to work on everything again. After getting the correct torque converter and the repair was "done" the vehicle still was shifting hard. I had to argue with the the owner on the phone to get them to even look at it again. They said it could be the valve body. I was without a car for another week while the office manager was feeding me lies about my car being a priority to fix this part. It was there 3 days untouched until I bypassed the office manager to speak to the owner. Only then did I learn no one had done anything to my car but test drive it. The office manager, who knows buzzwords and nothing else, was trying to convince me to replace my brand new alternator, and the owner was trying to get me to switch my engine thermostat w/o any testing or symptoms of failure from either. Over all, worst experience with a mechanic I've ever had. They are probably good for small jobs but I wouldn't use them for anything major. I won't even take my car back to honor their warranty for the trans because I don't think they know what they're doing
