Took my truck for a drop and a few other things they told me my total was 3,900. I get a call to pick up my truck ( i was not told anything abt extra charges) i get there to pick up my truck n im told my total is now 4,700 because they added the total wrong. Overall pretty satisfied with the work that was complete. Truck looks great. 4" BDS lift x 35" tires. I feel everything now when I'm driving but I suppose that's to be expected when you lift. Overall not too bouncy. Turn around time was fantastic. David was super cool and very knowledgeable. Super confident in his work and what was going to be performed. The reason I gave 4 stars is as follows: *The first time I called, I didn't get David. Got a younger guy that seemed to be a little eager to get a sale. What he quoted and recommended vs what David did was wayyyy different. There's a specific lift kit that this truck needed and David was able to call that out as soon as I gave him the make/model. The younger guy was probably doing his best but not as experienced with this truck. *I drove up there one day and the parts hadn't come in yet. A little communication would've been nice so I didn't waste 46 mins driving there. I would've understood the delay because of Covid but I got nothing. Drove 46 mins there for a 3 min conversation about the parts not being there yet when a simple call/text would've sufficed. *After the work was complete, I got on the road and noticed the low tire light was on. Do not go to this shop if you want your truck lowered or leveled!!!! I was promised that my Avalanche would keep its factory smooth ride no bouncing .Well $1800 dollars later it rides like a car with hydraulics.It is very embarrassing at night when your headlights are going up an down on the rear of someones car in front of you.I reached out to Omar the mgr ,but no response.save your money and time and go to a shop that specializes in lowering not lifting. Worst place to get tires put on or have warranty work....been sitting/waiting for 3 hours on appointment and they're barely got my truck in for a rebalance. I got new tires put on right before the weekend for a 600 mile round trip and during that trip was a horrible shaking ride. Had my suspension looked at during my trip and nothing was loose bent or broken, came down to bad wheel balance....had weights all over the in side of each rim, one rim had 4oz on one spot and 2.5oz in another spot. They're quick to take your money for first time customer but very bad when something of theirs goes wrong to try and fix it. Never buying from here ever again. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T GO HERE. i went here a couple weeks back to get my tires mounted, they are soooo lazy. i'm not a mechanic, but even i know you're not supposed to use a impact gun for tire pressure sensor monitors. they are fragile and VERY EXPENSIVE. they're supposed to be hand tightened. not to mention, NO ONE TOLD ME IT BROKE! i didn't find out until i took my car to another shop weeks later and they told me not one... BUT ALL 4 OF MY SENSORS BROKE. pretty messed up if you ask me. read more

Being a women is tough especially when it comes to finding a honest tire shop, but Chris treated me like I was his only customer and went above and beyond. He drove to my job to pick up my car so I wouldn't lose time from work and brought it back to me! To top it off I had only purchase two tires from him! I didn't have to spend a bunch of money like the last place I went too. This is a honest tire shop and it has the best prices and won't waste your time! Do not go to this shop.. go to All Out Off Road in North Richland Hills! I spent $15,000 on a lift kit, wheels, tires and lights. As soon as I got it back 4 sensor lights came on. I took it to Cowboys a total of 5 times after that for various problems. I left it there for a week, twice! The dealership and All Out Off Road were the ones that made repairs and replaced worn items, all due to Cowboys not installing the lift kit properly. Omar, the manager, basically said there's nothing wrong with the truck, although all of these other issues were found and repaired by other shops. They are real nice in the beginning, but once they get your money.. good luck! read more

I could write 5 pages of the horrible experience I had here last week but here is the short version. I went in for a 6 inch lift on my 2017 GMC. An 8 hour job turned into a three day nightmare. No communication from them. I had to check on the status. The first time I went to pick it up it was pulling to the left and I now had a loud noise coming from under the truck that was never there before. I took it back and they said they had the solution. When they came and picked me up in it, it now pulled to the right and the noise was still there. I took the shop foreman, who is a joke by the way and a liar, for a ride in it and he said he couldn't hear the noise I was speaking of, I then took Dave , the boss, for a ride, he heard it, but said he thought he knew what it was. He said they would align it again(which would be the third time) and run a test to see if it was an actuator. They came to me after the alignment and said they were done. I asked them about the test and they didn't know what I was talking about. I asked where Dave was and they said Dave left. Dave has not called me back. If you love your truck DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!!! They couldn't even get the alignment right. I have had lifts put on a couple of trucks that I have had before and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. read more
