customer service to woman is POOR! young man with short black hair think he is running the business is disrespectful and RUDE! I came in alone and was treated unfair by him. everyone one else is ok but if he continues to run that place or be center of attention their business will not be top tier. if I can give zero stars that would be better than giving one. read more

The owner does not treat his employees well. Screamed and cursed at one of them, he was helping us, in front of other employees and customers. My husband took my work car to get an oil change and got my tires rotated and after that I think they ruin one of the rear shocks, went back today to have them check it bc my car jumps and the guy who helped my husband yesterday tried helping. We asked for an estimate to fix what I think they ruined, the owner scream at his employee and stated they don't do that at the shop and humiliated him by saying "when I give you an order you do it" and other words I can't post on here (vulgar language). Kids were around, including my daughter who witnessed the whole situation. After we stood up for the employee he walked towards us screaming at us to "stfu" also yelling at his employee to "go home". The employee might of ruined my car but we weren't upset, offered to get out car fix, which I thanked god we didn't stay. I will be calling the business bureau tomorrow morning. No human should be humiliated like that employee, it was a very hostile and toxic environment, by the looks of the other employees I want to think it this was not the first time a situation like has happen. read more

After 3 separate instances of car troubles at this very location, I cant say any more negative things. I originally brought my car in to change the control arm, after being reassured my car was up to date, we took a trip to Austin. On our way home we encountered bad weather and were nearly run off the road multiple times. We knew something was not right. After 3 failed attempts at these people giving me accurate information, I brought my car to another shop. It turns out Hussein's mechanics HAND TIGHTENED my bolts and DID NOT use hydraulic wrench. Therefore, my axle was turning inside, causing uneven wear on all of my tires. After spending 500$ on new tires, on top of the 600$ spent already to fix the control arm, I had had enough. Returning to Hussein to show him the damage of ,y vehicle, that could have resulted in death, Hussein refused to reimburse me for my tires. The reason i went to another shop to check their work was because I did NOT trust that they would do it correctly The other shop would NOT let me leave with the shreds of tires that remained. Thus auto shop will take you for all your money and refuse to properly do their jobs. I have half a mind to sue for negligence. We weren't shown any respect and brushed aside like it was nothing when clearly they did not do their job properly MULTIPLE times. Absolutely trash. read more

Been here twice and both times I was impressed with not only the prices but also the honesty of these guys. They even fixed my hood for free because I was in an accident and it wasn't latching correctly. I didn't even mention the hood, they just did that on their own. Alignment is half the price of other places I called in the area (unless I went to a 1 star place). And they are quick. So yeah, I trust these guys and trust their prices. Will be back! read more

Came in with my 2009 Nissan Altima was greeted very warmly by customer rep Candice told her that I needed an oil change and wasn't very sure exactly what to get so she kindly listed the grades of oil they provided and what type of oil would accommodate my vehicle in a greater manner; afterwards I gave her the key and the head mechanic promptly took my car in to get the oil change done and after a few minutes he came in greeted me personally and explained to me that I had an oil leak as well as a necessity for two new front tires seeing that my tires were balding very badly and due to my lack of attention I wasn't able to notice what could have led to a greater problem. I asked him if he could get me a quote on the tires and how much it would be to repair the oil leak which he kindly redirected me to Candice the customer service rep in receiving a printed out quote that explained to me the maintenance required and the precise fees for all that had to be done such as parts and labors, while also cutting me a great discount! Although I wasn't expecting to have an oil leak in my car and a need to repair it at a price that is deemed greater then that of a mere oil change I was ecstatic to have received such excellent customer service,and through the professionalism of the people at Arlington Auto Care I feel that although I have left spending more then I expected I also felt a greater form of self esteem knowing that I have found the right auto repair shop and people that will take care of me and my automotive needs in a kind and professional manner. And finally I couldn't end this review without mentioning the manager Hussein who was willing to work with me in finding a way that would help me in paying for all the costs of maintaining and solidifying my vehicle; he introduced me to a fantastic payment plan called snap on and my state of quivering over how I may pay for all the expenses was changed into a form of manageable relief. The folks at Arlington Auto Care will definitely have my business and I'll be sure to refer other friends and family for the professionalism and warmth they displayed to me and the integrity they showed in insuring my vehicle was repaired in all the areas that it was requiring. read more

Was there for 2 hours waiting for 1 tire to be changed, they ran out of good tires and had to go elsewhere to get another one, when they returned it took them another hour to get the tire off the rim and another 30 minutes to air it up, the whole reason being the guy that's always smoking is constantly walking away and striking up conversation with the office lady and other people. read more

Took my vehicle there to get oil change, inspection early this year the seem to be busy all the time. Since we just moved in to the area so i tried with mom and pop . 2 mons later need front struts replaced, 2 weeks later my vehicle still making noise from the front they said the bar need to be replace so I make a complaint to the owner it should be done since replaced the struts then end up he dropped the labor cost to 1/3 for me. Couple days ago went back to get another oil change. Apprently went there to early (after 8 am), saw 1 mechanic (stripe blue with jeans) out in the garage and another guy in the waiting room sweeping the floor. I haven't seen these two guys before. The look like mechanic guy came greet me after I was in there for 5 mins I said I need the oil change he asked which one. I've been here before never been ask so I told him whichever that's on the board. He said that's old price but he can do for me. Then I asked to check the noise from the front as well. He said no problem then handed the key to the guy that was sweeping the floor said "oil changed and I'll be back" I know oil change isn't hard but really you going let the guy that do the cleaning to do my oil changed. 2 mins later the 3rd guy showed up and took my key to do my vehicle. Then another guy showed up with cigarette (not lit) in his mouth pop in walked around in and out the door. My mechanic came get me to showed where are those noise came from. So I asked for owner he told me that 4th guy is the owner, I was like okay where're other 2 guys I had deal with. He said he brought the garage from them last month. Then I said my lifetime warranty for struts I had put in here still good right since still the same name, he said "NOPE" just like that. So going to cost me another $550 to fix and replace some parts. The entire time I was there about an hour, I over heard couple machanics didn't show up but the first guy hadn't done anything to any cars that left over night so I'm not sure how's this going to get done also other customers came in make some complaint about their cars that got fix from here so I told them I'll be back which is my time to get ready for work. Overall, if they want better business at least do some changing of the garage because i couldn't tell. Owner seem know nothing about garage beside on the phone with cigarette entire time walked around, the 1st machanic which is the boss taking his time do whatever he doing and almost have my oil changed done by the cleaning guy. I'm not sure this new crews will have me back for business. Until I heard something new, I'll visit again. read more

I've been looking for a place to repair my Nissan (we all know how much trouble those give us). Anyways I'm always hesitant to try new Car shops because of people ripping you off, but these people are real. Will give you great advise, great repair and from what I've seen great prices.
