WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would…read moregive it zero stars if possible. The guy was nice enough the first visit to assess my stove problem. However, we then didn't hear from him for 4 months despite multiple calls. The story was always "we are waiting on parts". Today he finally showed up and tells me he didn't order the glass top replacement because "I didn't mention it was broken". Number one - it is clearly visible and was broken 4 months ago. Number two - I did very specifically mention it and asked that it be fixed in addition to the burners. He then proceeded to say he could fix the burners but the glass would continue to break because of the heat and a new request for repair would need to be made. I understandably got quite upset and called him out on the lie and the halfway repar he was offering. He then refused to fix anything and left. This company was sent out by my home warranty people. We will be switching home warranty companies as well as finding a new repair man!
