I had an interesting experience. Let me tell you about it. I called and asked if, I could drop off my SUV. He said, they are already full. He offered to get me in at 8am or in the afternoon the next day. I said, I'd be there in the afternoon. I went up there and he said, they were full, then another guy said , they were full too. So, that left me w the impression they didn't want to do it that day. I decided, I wouldn't push it but, I did let one of the guys know. He told me to come back at 3ish. I did and he wasn't there but the other guy took care of it. There was one other car ahead of me and then he said , he would get to my vehicle and it would take 45m. He timed it perfectly. I was thankful about his honesty regarding wait time and completing the Oil Change in 45. The waiting room is small with a few chairs inside and is not that cool. It may be because it's a window ac. Also,They have not paid their Netflix account so, you can't watch Netflix but they have Tubi and Roku. There was a Nigerian lady talking on speaker phone and another guy complaining about how he should have been informed about the services before being charged. I agree w him. I brought it to the service advisor's attention that, I may not need an Oil change. I just assumed so because, my maintenance light was on. He said, he would check it . I expected him to explain why it needed to be changed or show me but, he didn't? He changed it and I found out, it didn't need to be changed. My oil is changed every 10k miles. I didn't receive a receipt either. I don't know what kind of oil was used, how many qts were used. He also removed my oil reminder stickers wo asking. I wanted those for my records. He also, messed with my dimmer knob so my Control Panel was dim. Ugg, so uncomfortable. The Service Advisor was knowledgeable with Groupon too that's a plus. Their Internet was slow so, I had to go outside to redeem by Groupon. Also, the parking lot is pretty full so space can be tight. The music is cranked up load in the shop too. So, if your ok with this type of atmosphere come here. If, not look elsewhere.

They did a brake job, the brakes still loud as.... and they left emergency brake handle exposed. You can see the road through the opening they left when they put it back. Now after another $1700 repair on thermostat , Housing/Gasket. The same is back with coolant leaking. The Cooper is now in shop again for same thing, however it is hard to fix, because Louden motors have stripped and forced the bolt . Shitty work from an arrogant owner .

After the technician discussed the issue with me - plus others things, of course, including check engine light, coolant outlet flange on cylinder head and a climate control unit replacement) - I agreed to the service recommendations because I trusted them based on my first 2018 visit. The October 2020 visit cost me $2711.38. Exactly 2 weeks later, I returned to the shop because my light was STILL on, my car was shaking (it cut off on me while driving multiple times), and my vents were only blowing cold air when I needed heat. This visit then costs me $5748.46 (a diverter valve was replaced, a coolant hose was replaced, a heat exchanger was replaced, front struts and upper mounts were replaced, and a right front bearing carrier was replaced). GUESS WHAT? I STILL had no heat. My car STILL had a shake and my check engine light was STILL on. I returned AGAIN a few days later and the technician gave me a rental while they tried to "figure" things out. They pretty much told me that at this point they were doing me a favor by looking things over for free since I had already paid them over $8,000. EXCUSE ME??? After one of their drivers returned my car to me and picked up the rental I was driving, the manager called to tell me they had taken care of the everything... again. But guess what... MY ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON. I decided to stop dealing with them and went directly to an Audi Dealership for a complimentary inspection. They ended up listing SAME ISSUES (at a cost of $3,300) that were supposed to be fixed by Autoscope. Pissed was an understatement. When I informed Autoscope of this and showed them the paperwork from the Audi dealership, they confirmed that they had fixed what Audi was listing as not fixed. Autoscope offered to take my car AGAIN, but I refused. I wanted my money back for services NEVER FIXED. I complained to BBB but nothing ever happened. I lost $8,000 and HIGHLY recommend NOT to use or trust this company. Don't be fooled by their kindness.

I had my 2018 BMW X1 exclusively serviced at Autoscope for 2 years and was always happy until I…read moretook my car in for a noise coming from the rear left side after I went up against a railing. They serviced it over 5 times over one year for the same complaint. Each time they said it was "fixed" and after spending over $7K without the noise having been fixed, I took it to Bimmers Only. They diagnosed it immediately as the rear wheel bearing - not in the front engine, where Autoscope said the problem was. I told my rep at Autoscope the diagnosis by Bimmers Only and he and the Nicole, top manager at Autoscope, adamantly denied that was the issue. They wouldn't refund any diagnostic fees or offer to diagnose it for free to confirm the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Bimmers Only repaired it and the noise stopped immediately. I believe Autoscope did the repairs they stated, however, they didn't repair the problem I told them repeatedly was a noise come from left rear and I told them I scraped a railing. I did test drives with technicians so they could hear the noise. Additionally, in April 2026, They said I needed a new coolant pump - that coolant was leaking and my engine could blow - immediately or maybe in a month or so. Bimmers said the leak was very minor and it did not need replacing. I haven't replaced it and no problem since Bimmers did the repairs.

They aren't trying to up sell you, they just want to make sure they take care of the customer. I love that I can show up in the morning and get an oil change done without having to drop my car off, or wait a long time. It makes it convenient when you have a busy schedule.
