Hey peeps. Yep, 1st world review. Had a nail in my tire. Took it to Discount tire knowing they would give me some riggamaroll bs that would ultimately end with me needing to by a whole set of tires, wheels, and a new baby from Instanbul. You can never just get anything simple done at Discount tire. They are shiesty and don't even hide it. So why I went there again is beyond reason. I feel like the George Bush jacked up version of "Fool me once..." he so famously flubbed. I apologize to my college professors. I graduated with a 3.80. Means some of them must have just given me good grades as dumb as I felt going back to DT. Anywho. I had the wheel in the back of another truck. I left DT and said never again. Had to go to Aggtown to do some light shopping. figured might as well see if I could find a tire shop to patch the tire. Got out my trusty Yelp app. Boom. Within .07 miles, Regio Tires. Drove up, the place was hopping. Lots of customers, lots of workers going at it like a mad house. Was thinking, welp, here goes an hour or two. Nope. Guy comes out, asks me what the issue was. Popped open the hatch, showed him the nail. He grabbed the tire out. Maybe 10 minutes, he was back with the tired patched up. Wow. Asked how much, he said $6. Handed him $16. Always tip for time saved. Time saved is money earned. So when I am in Arlington, and have a tire issue, it is Regio for the kid. I almost hoped it would have taken longer. They are so close to a Krispy Kreme donuts, I could have went and had a hot one. Take care of yourselves folks. They say Christmas season is the most depressing time of the year. So with that in mind, keep your heads and spirits up. Do something good for someone in your life, something good for yourself, and then something great for a stranger in need. Peace out peeps. read more

I would give this place a negative star as they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Three customers including my self ended up leaving as they ignored us all and when confronted for assistance and asked in both English and Spanish was given a very unsettling and uninterested look and ignored. Not sure what was going on with the entire team there but I have never had such a bad experience like that before. As far as I am concerned if they are going to be treating people like that then they shouldn't even be in business. read more

I'm a pet sitter so I drive a lot and all over the metroplex so when I came out of my client's house and saw that my tire had split, I was looking for someone close that was open on Sundays and I am so glad I did! I called for a price hoping to get a used tire until I could get back home and instead got two new tires that I had been needing for an awesome price! The price on the used tire was great also but I figured I would just go ahead and get a new set. When I arrived , they were fast, so friendly, and even checked my other tires! Highly recommend these guys, and I will definitely be going back to replace the back ones! read more

Scammers. They gave me a price and after the work was done they tried to charge me more. F that.

I came here to get two new tires after seeing their great reviews on yelp! I had such a better experience than at discount tire! This place was fast and easy. The prices were amazing! I only paid 180 for two brand new tires. Everyone here was super friendly and they took my in right away. They have a bunch of people working here, so there was no wait, even though it was a weekend. I would recommend them. Have not had an issue with the tires at all! read more

Had a hole in my tire and they plugged it up quickly. In and out in less than 15 minutes and for only $10! Quick and easy. Good customer service. No complaints! read more

I had a tire issue, and I knew I was going to need at least one tire. Discount Tires said I needed to replace 3 of my tires cause they were "seperating." Having dealt with these guys once before, I was like I'm going back to these guys. I know they will be straight with me, and not feed me bs. So, I came back to Regio and told them what Discount Tires said, which was pretty much what I expected. Those guys will lie to try and get sales. While I DID need more than one new tire, it wasn't 3, it was just 2. Also, unlike Discount Tires... I didn't have to break the bank to replace my tires. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and above all TRUST WORTHY. I am so glad my roomate told me about this place! As long as I live in the area, I plan to come to these guys for my tire needs. read more

All the fellas out here at Regios tire are quick with their services and at a decent cost!! Came over to get all my tires checked out before a road trip and they made sure to check my spare tire which I forgot about. So good on these guys! Always prompt, professional and bunch of good guys. Love this place. Its as easy taking my tire problems to them as it used to be my own Dad when he was still alive. I am so glad they are here for us in Arlington! Thanks! read more

Came in on Sunday because for some reason my rear passenger tire was constantly losing air. I requested a replacement. It would've been only $40! When I say that THESE GUYS ARE HONEST AND LEGIT, I DAMN 'SHO MEAN IT!! I didn't catch his name, but the guy with silver canines helped me and the problem wasn't my tire, it was the rim which was dented on the inside. He actually told me I didn't need to purchase their service, which I am grateful he did. He also recommended a shop that could help me for a discounted price. He only asked that I tip $5, MAAANNNN you're gonna get this full $40! Just for the principle. You don't come across good people like that these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Thank you! read more

Totally dishonest. Paid for mount and balance. Did not remove wheel center caps and damaged both of them. Did not actually balance them at all, cannot be done without removing center caps. Truck shook violently at hiway speeds. Removed wheels and found old original dirty weights still on the wheels. Never going back. had to go to another shop to correct their horrible job. See picture read more

Went as an emergency to get our tire changed, we're from out of town. Closest place we could find, we got there at 5:05 and were told they were closed already (said he closed at 5 but that's is not what everything online says). Rude and not helpful. Do not recommend read more

These gentlemen were able to patch my tire on a Sunday. They were kind and very professional! Highly recommend!

Great prices. Nice and quick. Even told my fiancé they needed their suspension done and not new tires which was awesome to know and cool that they didn't take advantage of the situation. I've been going to used tire shops since I began driving almost 20 years ago and yes sometimes it's a dud but I would rather it be that for 30 dollars than spend 150 on tires at these bougie places. This place is worth it. read more

I come here any time I need a used tire. It is rare that they don't have the tire I need. The service is a little slow, but they get the job done. The price is reasonable for the low profile tire my car requires. read more

I've been going to this tire shop since I moved to Texas in 2009. The service has declined severely. In the last 6 months to a year I've had several bad experiences, from being sold bad used tires, them plugging a bad tire without telling me it was bad and lastly.... messing up my sensor on my drivers side front tire. I went back a few days later, as I was told to drive it a few miles and the light would go off. It never did, I went back within the same week and was told it was "probably" broken and to go to Discount tire and have them check it out. I don't have money to keep giving them freely. In the beginning, I use to even try and tip the guy who did the service. Oh and they NEVER put your air caps back on your tires. read more

All the reviews are correct. Stopped by to get a tire patched. They had maybe a dozen floor jacks ready to go and it was fast, friendly, well done, and inexpensive. If I hadn't been asking a lot of questions, probably would have taken 8 minutes total. Seems impossible but it's true. Pulled in and he was by the spare tire already by the time I got out. read more

Their service is incredible and their prices are excellent. As a single woman, they took great care of me. I left knowing my car was safe to drive. Thank you Regio Tires! read more

I've taken multiple vehicles here to get my tire issues remedied. Both times I had nails/ screws in my tires. Most shops would deter you away from plugging your "newish" tires and coerce you into buying a completely new tire. Heck, I've even gone to Discount Tires who would plug your tires for free. Since it's a free service, you tend to have to wait..a long time. Regios Tire is a no frills "what's-the-problem- boom-done" experience. It may not be the classiest looking tire repair shop but it also means no BS. No negotiating, no politics, and super affordable. I'm talking 2 to 6 bucks cheap so far. I'm no high roller by any stretch of the imagination, but I'd pay more due to the fact that they had me on the road in less than 5 minutes each time. read more

Very good staff, they take care of you quickly and have the best prices around they didn't have a tire size I wanted but they had it in for me the next morning and the best price around. read more

This place is exactly as the reviews outlined. Great customer service, fast and super affordable. We were in and out in 10 minutes! He showed me the tiny nail right when we pulled in, took the tire into the garage and fixed the leak. Yelp was especially helpful since my family is visiting for the holidays. We would have never found this place in our own. read more
