Hey peeps. Yep, 1st world review. Had a nail in my tire. Took it to Discount tire knowing they would give me some riggamaroll bs that would ultimately end with me needing to by a whole set of tires, wheels, and a new baby from Instanbul. You can never just get anything simple done at Discount tire. They are shiesty and don't even hide it. So why I went there again is beyond reason. I feel like the George Bush jacked up version of "Fool me once..." he so famously flubbed. I apologize to my college professors. I graduated with a 3.80. Means some of them must have just given me good grades as dumb as I felt going back to DT. Anywho. I had the wheel in the back of another truck. I left DT and said never again. Had to go to Aggtown to do some light shopping. figured might as well see if I could find a tire shop to patch the tire. Got out my trusty Yelp app. Boom. Within .07 miles, Regio Tires. Drove up, the place was hopping. Lots of customers, lots of workers going at it like a mad house. Was thinking, welp, here goes an hour or two. Nope. Guy comes out, asks me what the issue was. Popped open the hatch, showed him the nail. He grabbed the tire out. Maybe 10 minutes, he was back with the tired patched up. Wow. Asked how much, he said $6. Handed him $16. Always tip for time saved. Time saved is money earned. So when I am in Arlington, and have a tire issue, it is Regio for the kid. I almost hoped it would have taken longer. They are so close to a Krispy Kreme donuts, I could have went and had a hot one. Take care of yourselves folks. They say Christmas season is the most depressing time of the year. So with that in mind, keep your heads and spirits up. Do something good for someone in your life, something good for yourself, and then something great for a stranger in need. I would give this place a negative star as they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Three customers including my self ended up leaving as they ignored us all and when confronted for assistance and asked in both English and Spanish was given a very unsettling and uninterested look and ignored. Not sure what was going on with the entire team there but I have never had such a bad experience like that before. As far as I am concerned if they are going to be treating people like that then they shouldn't even be in business. read more

I'm a pet sitter so I drive a lot and all over the metroplex so when I came out of my client's house and saw that my tire had split, I was looking for someone close that was open on Sundays and I am so glad I did! I called for a price hoping to get a used tire until I could get back home and instead got two new tires that I had been needing for an awesome price! The price on the used tire was great also but I figured I would just go ahead and get a new set. When I arrived , they were fast, so friendly, and even checked my other tires! I came here to get two new tires after seeing their great reviews on yelp! I had such a better experience than at discount tire! This place was fast and easy. The prices were amazing! I only paid 180 for two brand new tires. Everyone here was super friendly and they took my in right away. They have a bunch of people working here, so there was no wait, even though it was a weekend. I had a tire issue, and I knew I was going to need at least one tire. Discount Tires said I needed to replace 3 of my tires cause they were "seperating." Having dealt with these guys once before, I was like I'm going back to these guys. I know they will be straight with me, and not feed me bs. So, I came back to Regio and told them what Discount Tires said, which was pretty much what I expected. Those guys will lie to try and get sales. While I DID need more than one new tire, it wasn't 3, it was just 2. Also, unlike Discount Tires... I didn't have to break the bank to replace my tires. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and above all TRUST WORTHY. I am so glad my roomate told me about this place! Came in on Sunday because for some reason my rear passenger tire was constantly losing air. I requested a replacement. It would've been only $40! When I say that THESE GUYS ARE HONEST AND LEGIT, I DAMN 'SHO MEAN IT!! I didn't catch his name, but the guy with silver canines helped me and the problem wasn't my tire, it was the rim which was dented on the inside. He actually told me I didn't need to purchase their service, which I am grateful he did. He also recommended a shop that could help me for a discounted price. He only asked that I tip $5, MAAANNNN you're gonna get this full $40! Just for the principle. You don't come across good people like that these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Thank you! read more

Totally dishonest. Paid for mount and balance. Did not remove wheel center caps and damaged both of them. Did not actually balance them at all, cannot be done without removing center caps. Truck shook violently at hiway speeds. Removed wheels and found old original dirty weights still on the wheels. Never going back. had to go to another shop to correct their horrible job. Coming here was the best decision I did because I have four brand new tires and I need to get them put on my car. I've been going to this tire shop since I moved to Texas in 2009. The service has declined severely. In the last 6 months to a year I've had several bad experiences, from being sold bad used tires, them plugging a bad tire without telling me it was bad and lastly.... messing up my sensor on my drivers side front tire. I went back a few days later, as I was told to drive it a few miles and the light would go off. It never did, I went back within the same week and was told it was "probably" broken and to go to Discount tire and have them check it out. I don't have money to keep giving them freely. In the beginning, I use to even try and tip the guy who did the service. Oh and they NEVER put your air caps back on your tires. read more

Most shops would deter you away from plugging your "newish" tires and coerce you into buying a completely new tire. Heck, I've even gone to Discount Tires who would plug your tires for free. Since it's a free service, you tend to have to wait..a long time. Regios Tire is a no frills "what's-the-problem- boom-done" experience. It may not be the classiest looking tire repair shop but it also means no BS. No negotiating, no politics, and super affordable. I'm talking 2 to 6 bucks cheap so far. I'm no high roller by any stretch of the imagination, but I'd pay more due to the fact that they had me on the road in less than 5 minutes each time. read more
