He provided me with a quote and showed me options that he said would meet my needs. About four weeks later, I returned to place the order and put down a deposit. A week after that, I dropped my car off for installation. Later, I was informed that the front wheels would not fit properly because the ones ordered were too large. I was told they would need to order new wheels, and I assumed this meant all four would be replaced. I picked up my car and brought it back again a week later once the new wheels arrived. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and was told by around 2:00 PM that it was ready. At first glance, everything looked okay. However, after I paid and took a closer look, I noticed the tires didn't sit properly on the wheels. Since then, I've had to purchase two new rear tires (255/35R19) from Discount Tire, but even with the new tires, the fit still doesn't seem right. The rims were advertised at $1,100 on Facebook Marketplace, which was a great deal, but when I arrived, they quoted $1,400. They did agree to honor the Facebook price and we made a deal for a wheel and tire package with the installation. They did not have the tire size needed on-site, so they brought them in from their Garland location, and the entire installation took about four hours. The tires came with free rotation, and they transferred my TPMS sensors over. The staff knew their stuff and were very knowledgeable about wheel and tire fitments for basically any Truck out there. They were also extremely friendly and even shared pizza with me while I waited. They did have exactly what I wanted. My truck looks great, and I did recommend them to my neighbor who also bought a set of tires for his truck.
