It comes with a package of a express alignment, total alignment and when he came back and told me be 180 on top of that we need to adjust some things to make it to be the right percentage on each side and I ask him would be he 250 for each side and when I a tire stone they told me do not go there again they scammed you and they told me that they will only charge me 100 for those specs and they redid my alignment for free. And also what they also did wrong is when they fill out the paperwork for the alignment why does it say on the paper odometer 134,830 if my car has 139+ miles. However, my TPMS regustered the tires pressure in all 4 tires. Their explanation was that it was it broke of and was rolling inside the tire. They stated they it didn't have to be connected to the valve stem to register the pressure in the tire. They broke it and then offered to replace it for $95. They broke it removing the old tire. I just wish they would have taken accountability and fixed as a reputable business should. After researching this and watching several tire removals, the installer has to be careful to avoid this. I'm never going here again. Please beware. When I asked them about it, they said that they could put it in the tire to allow it to roll around and register the pressure. Took it home, put the spare on, drove the tire to Mo @ Kings Customs. I asked if it can be safely repaired. They said by either methos, patch or plug. Plug is more labor, but I asked for a patch. Less than 20 minutes I was back on the road, tire repaired, good for another 50k miles. I told my son long ago to always trust Kings Customs, never bother with Discount Tire. About a month later I cranked it up and it was running very rough. I shut it off and checked to see if any of the plug wires were loose. I started it and it was running smooth. This happened several more times over three days. I went back to Big Red and Jerry, one of the mechanics, came right out and looked at it. And we saw the problem: they had left one of the plug wires dangling and it was resting on the exhaust manifold. One of the other mechanics, Freddie, was coming back from lunch and saw us. He taped the wire and routed it away from the manifold and my truck ran as smooth as ever. He ordered new wires immediately and called me later in the day. When I went back, Freddie stopped what he was working on and changed the wire and checked the other wires. He changed another one that he said was okay but it was also dangling close to the manifold, so better safe than sorry. THAT'S the way to do business.

The rims were advertised at $1,100 on Facebook Marketplace, which was a great deal, but when I arrived, they quoted $1,400. They did agree to honor the Facebook price and we made a deal for a wheel and tire package with the installation. They did not have the tire size needed on-site, so they brought them in from their Garland location, and the entire installation took about four hours. The tires came with free rotation, and they transferred my TPMS sensors over. The staff knew their stuff and were very knowledgeable about wheel and tire fitments for basically any Truck out there. They were also extremely friendly and even shared pizza with me while I waited. They did have exactly what I wanted. My truck looks great, and I did recommend them to my neighbor who also bought a set of tires for his truck.
