I can't say anything but great things about this place. 1. They took care of me since the moment I walked in. 2. Manny took it upon himself to make me feel like family. 3. When something went wrong they jumped at the opportunity to make it right. I am one happy customer and I will only deal with them. Thank you for standing behind your product and workmanship. read more

Texas Tires #18 - Leveling Kit and 35's - Tires Near Me - Burleson, Texas

These guys are so wonderful! We got a flat tire on our way home to Austin on a Saturday late afternoon right before 5 when everything was shutting down. They waited around for us and their location was buzzing when we arrived after dark helping people in similar situations. They were able to jack our car and repair the tire in just a few minutes and our kids never even noticed the chaos of it all. Recommend 100x! read more

I came in here in complete shambles (very dramatic) with a flat tire and the guy working was so kind and made me realize it's all good. Gave me a cookie and wouldn't let me pay. 10/10 experience. read more

MANNING THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! 3 Months ago I purchased new rims and upgraded tires to Yoho's. Had to return to the business 7 times for replacement of valve stems. The technician laid my keyfob on the car INSTEAD of handing it to me OR placing it within the car. MANNING had the audacity to say it was my fault when his worker stated the technicians HAVE been warned to give the keys to the owner. MANNING ranted a raved like a kid, yelling not allowing my husband, who is in law enforcement to speak, INSTEAD of being a professional business owner and refused to replace what his technician lost. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE OWNER! read more

Like others have said, they are very unreliable and most of their technicians look like they are one hit away from meth rehab. They will give you the run around about any issues that arise. Usually the excuse is, "it's out of our hands". Use a reputable place for your tire needs. read more

Great customer service from Manni and his family. I feel safe when these guys work on my car. They are no nonsense and no what they are talking about. Went in for a quote on getting my rims powder coated and the manager wanted to charge me $1000.00 for rims I've already owned. Requested a quote from a nearby businesses and it was only approximately $400.00 for the same exact service, and for a quicker turnaround. I recommend doing your homework and shop around for better prices. In the opinion of the competitive businesses, they were indeed over charging me. read more

These guys are amazing super friendly fix my tire had it back on my car and me on the road within 10 minutes. No wait time these guys are awesome read more

these guys a rude and belligerent. they would rather scream and cuss at you then deal with issue they create. Do not use them, they will rip you off then cuss you out for calling them out on it. They are over priced and do poor quality work. Then they don't stand behind their work and only want to blame you when their poor work falls apart. read more

Had bald tires on my Jeep. Manny helped me save some money and was prompt and honest.

I was an out of town buyer on a used truck. Before making the 1500 mile drive home, I asked these guys to check the alignment. They got me in on short notice and had me ready to go in no time. They found a small issue and resolved it without taking advantage of the situation. I was at their mercy as a 1 time client, unlikely to return, and needing to get on the road. These guys did a great job and made it so that my family and I could get going safely. I am very impressed. read more

Go see your samer the hammer in burleson for all your tire needs... Good prices and great people

This place is a joke. If you have a vagina, then they will f*** you over in a heartbeat. The first time my husband went there, he only paid $80 for 2 BRAND NEW tires for a 2015 Chevy Cruze. I needed 2 front tires today, but my husband couldn't go, so I went. The guy I spoke to said that they would $90 PER TIRE! I left and told my husband what the guy said and he said that wasn't right, so i called back up there and told an employee (after asking to speak to the owner) what that their quote was up-charged. He said the quote was right and that my husband had made a special deal possibly with the owner, but my husband was adamant he didn't or else he wouldn't have sent me up there. When the employee asked for the size of the tire, I put him on hold. He was on hold for no longer than 20 seconds and then he HUNG UP! read more

IF YOU HAVE ANY CURVED WINDOWS SUCH AS CORVETTE, CAMARO, MUSTANG STAY AWAY Completely F... this place. The worst first impression I've ever experienced. I arrive and there is no parking visible, unsure if I just entered from the wrong direction or something, but I saw no spaces, just a lot. So I choose an area to park next to the outside restrooms then walk inside, it's a bit cramped inside. Very small room with a selection of wheels in it. I walk about two steps and reach the front desk and I told the guy I needed tint, and he said "Ok. Let me grab my tint guy." but before he left into the garage I asked him a question and got ignored. It's whatever, I brushed it off. So I'm greeted by this "tint guy" and he asks what I need and I told him what I need, then we walk outside, he sees my '98 Camaro and goes "Oh... yeah, I don't wanna mess with this car. Sorry, I just really don't wanna mess with this car." then walks away. It's funny cause a really good friend of mine referred me to here for good quality and cheap tint, yet I end up hating it so much just because a guy "didn't wanna mess with" my car. Laziness. He literally told me he didn't want to have to order the tint and didn't want to deal with putting it on. Then don't be a tint guy, Tint Guy. read more

Purchased new tires and it was installed quickly I did have an issue but the owner Manny quickly and respectfully fixed this issue I had when purchased the tires and I will continue to be a customer from him directly. read more

Came here to get my tire patched because I had a nail in it. Called before hand told me that it was a half and hour wait, then we could head up there. After waiting we drove up there then still had to wait 20 minutes standing in the heat just for one of the guys to look at my tire for less than a minute and say "I can't fix this tire. First of all you guys drove on it flat." Then proceed to talk about how bad my tires were and just tell me I needed ALL new tires today. Told them I was only trying to get my tire patched but refused. Horrible customer service. read more

They are very attentive and will try to get you in that day, even if you walk in right before they close. I had my F150 Leveled and got bigger tires and rims. Loved the outcome, the service was fast, friendly and the price was good. It was just what I was looking for. read more

The most helpful and efficient tire shop I've ever used. I've been to multiple of their locations and have never had an issue. I've been to tire shops before who try to up charge me or talk to me like I'm an idiot due to the fact that I'm a woman; however, this is never the case here. 110% recommend using them. Manny and his brother are extremely helpful and knowledgeable with anything you need. Quick turn around and family feel. Definitely go see them! read more

Got my truck tinted awhile back, and I couldn't be any happier with the results. Excellent price and service.

Terrible customer service. He was extremely rude and condescending. And then come to find out it was the owner I was dealing with. I will not be back and would not recommend them. They might do great work but so rude I got my tire I paid for and left to have someone else help me. read more

0 stars is the preferred rating. Took over a month to receive the truck back with a new lift and still didn't have all of he parts. It was missing 1/4 caps for the wheels. Ended up with 2 loans due to negligence to update income and application with current info. 3 months later still haven't received the 4th hubcap after daily calls and text messages to the manager personally with zero contact about the whereabouts of the final hubcap or being able to do simple maintenance to keep warranty from being voided. Now they just ignore and blow off all calls after saying "it's been ordered" for a month. Haven't returned a call or text in a couple of weeks read more

went to try to return a sensor i didn't open or need due to just reusing an old one. didnt realize until after there is a no return policy. which is fine! but what isn't okay is when my fiancé called to see why we couldn't return it (they didn't tell me why, just told me they told me earlier it wouldn't work and they couldn't take it) which i said okay whatever. anyways my fiancé called and somewhat sternly asked why as it hadn't been removed from the box and the guy on the phone got very aggressive with him and flipped us off and did a jerking motion as we drove away. absolutely awful and unprofessional. the meanest thing we did was my fiancé talking sternly with them. their behavior was incredibly uncalled for. read more

Great service, spent $900 on two tires from discount tires. Drove to S. Tx. that day and truck was all over the road & couldn't exceed 65 mph. .
