MANNING THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! 3 Months ago I purchased new rims and upgraded tires to Yoho's. Had to return to the business 7 times for replacement of valve stems. The technician laid my keyfob on the car INSTEAD of handing it to me OR placing it within the car. MANNING had the audacity to say it was my fault when his worker stated the technicians HAVE been warned to give the keys to the owner. MANNING ranted a raved like a kid, yelling not allowing my husband, who is in law enforcement to speak, INSTEAD of being a professional business owner and refused to replace what his technician lost. This was the worst experience of customer service are even being human, went in and purchased 4 Tires for my 2021 jeep gladiator 1,7000 $ Said 45 minutes to one hour my husband told them we had to be somewhere at 5 and if they couldn't have us out in time to go we would set up another time but he said 45 minutes, went to taco casa next parking lot for an hour went back to get my jeep and was told it was going to be another hour in a half, I said that's not helping us, Manny or Omar the owner's smarted off said with I can't snap my fingers and make it happen, well, we where called, old, trailer oh and that I was a bitch, and told my husband to get his wife back on her leach, trash, scared, I ask for my money back was told that we went getting anything. And to get off there property, we start pulling out has l'm on the 911 call so the police did make them give us the tires, unless you want to be called every thing but ,they are very unprofessional, rude, and nasty. Just moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and i had my first experience of running over something metal. I called this place and asked if they could patch my tire or see if i would need a new one since I was down the street. Went in for a quote on getting my rims powder coated and the manager wanted to charge me $1000.00 for rims I've already owned. Requested a quote from a nearby businesses and it was only approximately $400.00 for the same exact service, and for a quicker turnaround. I recommend doing your homework and shop around for better prices. In the opinion of the competitive businesses, they were indeed over charging me. read more

This place is a joke. If you have a vagina, then they will f*** you over in a heartbeat. The first time my husband went there, he only paid $80 for 2 BRAND NEW tires for a 2015 Chevy Cruze. I needed 2 front tires today, but my husband couldn't go, so I went. The guy I spoke to said that they would $90 PER TIRE! I left and told my husband what the guy said and he said that wasn't right, so i called back up there and told an employee (after asking to speak to the owner) what that their quote was up-charged. He said the quote was right and that my husband had made a special deal possibly with the owner, but my husband was adamant he didn't or else he wouldn't have sent me up there. When the employee asked for the size of the tire, I put him on hold. He was on hold for no longer than 20 seconds and then he HUNG UP! read more

IF YOU HAVE ANY CURVED WINDOWS SUCH AS CORVETTE, CAMARO, MUSTANG STAY AWAY Completely F... this place. The worst first impression I've ever experienced. I arrive and there is no parking visible, unsure if I just entered from the wrong direction or something, but I saw no spaces, just a lot. So I choose an area to park next to the outside restrooms then walk inside, it's a bit cramped inside. Very small room with a selection of wheels in it. I walk about two steps and reach the front desk and I told the guy I needed tint, and he said "Ok. Let me grab my tint guy." but before he left into the garage I asked him a question and got ignored. It's whatever, I brushed it off. So I'm greeted by this "tint guy" and he asks what I need and I told him what I need, then we walk outside, he sees my '98 Camaro and goes "Oh... yeah, I don't wanna mess with this car. Sorry, I just really don't wanna mess with this car." then walks away. It's funny cause a really good friend of mine referred me to here for good quality and cheap tint, yet I end up hating it so much just because a guy "didn't wanna mess with" my car. Laziness. He literally told me he didn't want to have to order the tint and didn't want to deal with putting it on. Then don't be a tint guy, Tint Guy. read more

Came here to get my tire patched because I had a nail in it. Called before hand told me that it was a half and hour wait, then we could head up there. After waiting we drove up there then still had to wait 20 minutes standing in the heat just for one of the guys to look at my tire for less than a minute and say "I can't fix this tire. First of all you guys drove on it flat." Then proceed to talk about how bad my tires were and just tell me I needed ALL new tires today. 0 stars is the preferred rating. Took over a month to receive the truck back with a new lift and still didn't have all of he parts. It was missing 1/4 caps for the wheels. Ended up with 2 loans due to negligence to update income and application with current info. 3 months later still haven't received the 4th hubcap after daily calls and text messages to the manager personally with zero contact about the whereabouts of the final hubcap or being able to do simple maintenance to keep warranty from being voided. Now they just ignore and blow off all calls after saying "it's been ordered" for a month. Haven't returned a call or text in a couple of weeks read more

went to try to return a sensor i didn't open or need due to just reusing an old one. didnt realize until after there is a no return policy. which is fine! but what isn't okay is when my fiancé called to see why we couldn't return it (they didn't tell me why, just told me they told me earlier it wouldn't work and they couldn't take it) which i said okay whatever. anyways my fiancé called and somewhat sternly asked why as it hadn't been removed from the box and the guy on the phone got very aggressive with him and flipped us off and did a jerking motion as we drove away. absolutely awful and unprofessional. the meanest thing we did was my fiancé talking sternly with them. their behavior was incredibly uncalled for. read more

Great service, spent $900 on two tires from discount tires. Drove to S. Tx. that day and truck was all over the road & couldn't exceed 65 mph. . Texas Tires determined that the new tires were not balanced. After balancing & rotating all the tires, my lifted truck drives like new once again. read more
