I had a tire emergency right before getting on the road for another 150-mile drive and walked into Discount Tire in Burleson about 10 minutes before closing. Brandon L, the Assistant Manager, could not have been more helpful. What could have easily been a stressful and frustrating situation was handled with nothing but grace, kindness, and professionalism. Brandon got me in quickly, explained everything clearly, and he and his team had me safely back on the road in about 30 minutes. I really appreciate Brandon and the entire team for taking care of me so close to closing time and never making me feel like an inconvenience. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Thank you again! read more

09/03/2026 This place is still the best. They close at 6:00 but stay until the job is done! That kind of customer service is lacking so many other places. Love them! The fixed my tire and stayed late to do so! read more

I put new tires on my Ford F250 and wasn't please with the size or look of the tire(my fault not theirs) They helped me find more desirable tires and installed tires that look so much better. I honestly thought I was stuck settling for tires I didn't really like, but they gave me no issues and let me exchange the tires that I drove around on for a week. They also price match with other companies. excellent customer service! read more

I was told to come in Friday morning because there wasn't a wait, but when I arrived, the wait was an hour and a half. I was then advised to make an appointment, so I scheduled one for Saturday. I checked in on my way, arrived five minutes early, and was told the wait would still be about an hour. An hour and ten minutes later, my car hadn't even been pulled into the shop. This place is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I understand delays happen, but repeatedly giving inaccurate wait times and appointment expectations is frustrating and disrespectful of customers' time. To make matters worse, the women's restroom had no soap or paper towels. I won't be returning. I'm canceling my credit card here as well. Not worth my time to deal with this every time I need a rotation or tires. read more

I was very impressed with the service at the Burleson location. They were very busy, but they were fast and friendly. I will return when I need new tires. read more

Scammers - don't go alone if you're a woman We came asking for 1 replacement tire and they came at us with some bullshit telling us to replace all of our expensive rims when we literally just needed 1 singular tire. Pep boys and Walmart can easily beat the prices read more

Jmarcus takes great care of us everytime! He always gets us in and out in record time! love this lovation

I bought a set of four tires from Discount Tire last year, and they came with free tire rotation and balancing. The price was better than Costco's, which is usually my first choice for tires. Every time I come into this store, the staff is friendly, professional, and provides quick service. I always book an appointment ahead of time online, and they always get my car in quickly as a result. I have literally no complaints--this is how customer service should be everywhere! read more

I went to get my tire plugged and all of a sudden they can't find my lock three hours later I watch two movies and read the Bible and still heard nothing from them. I went in there and then they tell me they lost my life and they're gonna replace a free charge duh why would I pay for it? Just outstanding service in a professional and timely manner! GMC Truck needed 4 tires which weren't in stock. We ordered them for delivery the following day with a set appointment time. Arrived 15 minutes early, service started promptly at the agreed upon time. The team lead Jacob doing the work kept me informed of the progress and they finished ahead of schedule. Paying out was the exact price quoted for the previous day. Brodie (sp) was informative professional and courteous in a fast paced environment, working with people needing a variety of services performed. Very impressed with this Discount Tire location in Burleson, these two young professionals specifically and their operation as a whole! People were flowing in and out efficiently, being treated with dignity and respect. Just a great service! Thanks y'all! read more

This is the best DT I know of and they have the cleanest restrooms (picky person clean) and actually have a women's room with seat liners! I know this is not tire related but it is SO nice to find any kind of automotive store being so considerate of their lady patrons. Thanks DT! read more

I'm waiting in the waiting area for my tires to be put on. Nearby, I hear a young lady calling a couple of numbers to ask about how much a used tire would cost for her vehicle. Her mom is with her too and calls another place. The quote of $75 for a used tire causes her to stress. A minute later a DT employee comes through the service door and says, 'could you afford $75? I won't charge you for any installation. Well, actually $60. I don't want you leaving here on a tire and feeling unsafe.' they agree. I haven't heard them thank him profusely. I would but it truly made me super Impressed with their place of business. Classy. read more

I drive a 2014 BMW X1 (a car my husband would call "The Tire Killer," were he to name it). I love BMWs; I *hate* run-flat tires! Run-flats work great in Europe where the roads are well maintained (I drove there for four years without even a slow tire leak), but Texas potholes are a run-flat death sentence. Fortunately I've been buying tires (and their warranties) from Discount Tire for years, and though I've always received amazing service, I've never had better service than I've received from Brandon. He has worked with me and my car through every pothole-induced, shredded run-flat, and helped me make an educated decision when I asked him to remove all four NEW run-flats to replace them with steel-belted radials. I recommend this Discount Tire location to everyone; in a word, they are SUPERB. read more

If I could give "0" stars I would! This was the only place I would buy my tires for me and my entire family for over 10 years,...but I will never set foot inside this establishment again! First,....the walk in customer is obviously not as important as the "potential" customer that is on the phone! Then, when you finally get called to the front desk, they try and hurry you up and get your order completed without truly trying to understand what you actually need. Heaven forbid that they don't have your size tire,....they will just shuffle you out the door! This used to be such an amazing business with the best customer service,....wow how times have changed. I actually went to Costco,.....how's that for quality,....choosing a discount business that sells in bulk instead of a business that actually specializes in that specific item. read more

John was super nice and overall provided my first experience with Discount Tire the best. I was expecting the usual what do you need, okay it's this much and that be all. Walking in, he greeted me outside, took a look at my car and walked me in. I was very surprised with the customer service overall. On top of the service, fixing the screw in my tire for free was the cherry on top. I will definitely be recommending this place specifically to my family and friends so they too can experience what I did today. Thank you. read more

While traveling through Burleson on my way to a business appointment. I noticed my tire pressure warning light come on. I took the next exit and pulled into Discount Tire. My tires are on a 2019 model car that is 5 months old. They told me they would fix my tire which did have a screw in it. He then proceeds to inspect the other tire telling me that I have some wear and now would be a great time to replace them.( Sure they have some wear, they are 5 months old!!!) I have been using Discount Tire for 10+ years on different vehicles in different cities. This location is just as great as the other locations I have been to- quick, good quality, and super cost effective. Their COVID-19 procedures are some of the most outstanding, and well followed, I've seen from a business. Minus 1 star for the Draco-blonde boy who looked at my husband (who knows less about cars than I do) the entire time he was helping me... especially because I was the one talking. I'm not here for that kind of sexism. read more

A short story. I went to discount tire in Burleson to get the tires on a dolly aired up. The next day I had to go back and ask them to fix one of them again.(not their fault) They didn't charge me and they never ask me if I bought my tires from them. This is the place we all need to be buying our tires. Their prices are great and the service is amazing. And, I've bought all of my tires from them, except one, since about 1984 when I moved to Texas. read more

I have to say every single time I have been to Discount Tire in Burleson, they have been amazing. I have been a customer for as long as they have been located on I35 in Burleson! Exceptional customer service. They have always treated me respectfully, always been very attentive and super helpful. They always work with my budget, keep me informed of progress and when i Have made appts, they keep to the time allotment. Today I sent my 16 yr son up there to get his tire sensors looked at and being a very shy kid, this was outside of his comfort zone and something he did not want to do. They treated him so well he came home raving about their customer service. They took care of his issue, in less time than they quoted and treated him well. Being a teenager, he often gets the opposite when dealing with retailers.. Highly recommend. read more
