We felt the value for our service was well priced. We have classic ( older) vehicles and are often unable to be assisted by standard faire. Stopped in recently for a front and back wheel alignment on a Tesla model Y and the customer service at this location was well above the norm for what I've come to expect at other tire shops around the metroplex. Just tires staff had my car on the lift less than 30min after drop off, explained the worked required in detail and delivered at the price I was quoted upfront without wavering. This place is no better than any other tire shop that takes advantage of people. I did the penny in the tire trick to determine my tire tread, and mistakenly thought I needed all 4 tires changed. Made an appointment to get all 4 done. Turns out only my front tires needed to be changed, my back tires were perfectly fine. The ethical thing to do would be to tell me my back tires are fine and don't need to be replaced. This place did not, because That would mean less money for them. read more

Today I came to this location because I saw online that they will patch up tires FOR FREE. Which is not just a promotion it's an everyday thing. I was greeted by Mr. Brandon and he was very helpful informing me about my situation. I was able to also get a military discount thanks to Mr. Eugene, the manager. He was super nice and did the best he could to get me the best price. Not only that but because I have good year tires I was able to get a tire rotation for FREE. I believe that a customer's business should be earned by the service displayed. I initially spoke with Eugene who was professional and had to pass me on to Brandon to service me, because Brandon had the computer to generate quotes. They both were very thorough and sometimes in the car industry, they can be rusty, but these two gentlemen weren't. I cannot express the amazing customer service with great personality.
