Charles and William are amazing. I broke down at the gas station next door with a completely drained battery. These two guys took the best care of me. Even walked to the gas station and changed my battery for me. Service was above and beyond! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you guys for being there exactly when I needed it. What a blessing! read more

Setup an appointment to have my sons truck alignment done days in advance before he went to college, when we showed up the said they were to busy and we would have to reschedule. At a minimum they should have called and notified us but they did not and we made the drive for nothing. read more

We have had 2 cars they had no idea how to fix. The latest one was fixing a wire issue. Turns out they have no idea how to do it but decided not to tell us until we called. Their fix was to charge us 4 times the original quote for a new part. We asked to just return the car back and we will figure it out later. We get the car back and now it's more broken than before. It won't go above 2200 Rpm. Called them and they claimed they had no idea how that happened. Now we are completely down a vehicle and looking at an even more expensive fix. read more

Just stopped in here and was helped by very nice and honest young man. Wish I would have gotten his name. He deserves a raise! My daughter's car had some trouble when she got off work and I found this Firestone nearby and open. (I am not from FW & my daughter live across town) The employee immediately listened to us and diagnosed the problem. Then he provided us with practical solutions to make sure my daughter could safely get home & work. And he advised us with what is needed for the long term. I personally had stopped using Firestone in general due to past experiences in another location. They just earned my business! So that employee working the garage on Sunday 7/13/2025, is a valuable asset and a honest, helpful man! read more

I had an appointment for an AC system flush because, TEXAS. They were fast and friendly. I will be back for other car care needs.

Great service! Quick 10/10 highly recommended. I took the car in for a grinding sound, mechanic fixed it fast.

Amazing Service!!! Can't say enough! Fast service & did an amazing job! Alignment & fixed sway bar on my Ford Focus.

Excellent service from Richard and team. We brought in our vehicle after a crazy dealership estimate. The team gave clarity on the estimate and provided a much more competitive rate and the car was fixed in 24 hours. We now take all vehicles to this friendly neighborhood Firestone. Trust them to be reliable, honest and efficient on their work. read more

Walked in and was greeted by the most rude lady at the front desk seem like she wanted to be anywhere, but having to help me. I just needed a simple help with the tire on asking how long she may think it may take. She was very rude and telling me she doesn't know and then walked out the door. Then came back in ready to try to sell me a tire instead of helping me fix my tire or help me put on my spare. I probably would've bought the tire as she not been so rude. I will not be coming back to this location because of her. read more

This team worked really hard to get parts and complete a repair in just a few hours when our family of 7 was passing through town. We didn't have a place to stay, so we really appreciated them going above and beyond to help us out. Thanks Firestone for the great customer service. read more

It isn't my normal Firestone but I had a vehicle emergency and it was making a new noise that I've never heard before I went inside and let them know if someone came outside with me checking for a quick come to find out something out west in under my car from debris from the road. They were super happy to help and be nice enough to stop and come out with me when they were running around busy already. read more

Just took my car in for an oil change today. Dropped it off and got a phone call later to pick it up. I was recommended a new tire and battery, but declined the services with no trouble. (I didn't have the time to wait today.) Person at the front was very nice and professional. I had a $10 off coupon for an oil change and he said that they had a promotion for $15 and went ahead and upgraded the discount. Pretty sweet. :) read more

Fast, good service, polite, decent prices. They didn't have our tires but went and picked them up. That's great service. Highly recommended.

If I could give no stars I would but I had to give 1 star. Racism is still very real. I went to take my car in this morning for an oil change and inspection. I normally go to a different location but my husband told me to take it to the Firestone around the corner from our house. When I walked in the 2 Caucasian men were helping 2 customers who were Caucasian men. Neither acknowledged me as they were both done they began to do something else still had not been acknowledged. One made a phone call and the other was doing something with some papers. Finally after waiting 10 minutes I was finally acknowledged. I told the guy I needed to get an oil change and inspection. He asked if I was leaving my car because it would be after lunch before he could get to it. I told him I didn't mind leaving it and asked about what time would it be done because I had to do something later in the day. He responded and said I said sometime after lunch because I have to work it in with everything else I have out there. I walked out and just left. The customer service there was horrible. I refuse to give my money to any establishment that has horrible customer service. I will never go to the Firestone Complete off Grandbury and Hulen ever again. read more

I have been to Firestone many other times for my own cars or with family members. I asked for an oil change and got an oil change. I had a check engine light on & tire pressure light on that was brought up before oil change, I was told it was $99 to check the engine light band tire pressure would be checked in my tires. Funny thing is there is a sign saying free engine check lights outside their bay area. I asked and they said that part was free, but to "tell me" what the problem was is $99. So I kindly passed on the "free" $99 service. During checkout I asked about tire pressure and they said they "forgot" to look into. I brought an online coupon is for $19.99 oil change, they said I had to offer that at the beginning of the service. I guess at this point I am not even certain if my oil was change. Firestone has lost a repeat customer. read more

Don't go here. I was told it was an hour wait to look at one tire...could not wait that long & they told they me they would call me in an hour to come back same say. It's been over a week and NEVER got that call 'in an hour' still. Went back today & had to listen to 5 grown men bicker about work & who did what & how so and so doesn't want to do it..so walked outside to wait because who wants to listen to that??? & got to listen to 2 guys cussing back and forth in the bay area. 20 minutes later I am told the tire is not repairable. It seemed like time stood still and sloths were working there. The guy that had my car opened up my hood...last I checked there are no tires under the hood of a car. Sad to say..but had the feeling this place would rip you off in a heartbeat. Makes you wonder if they would like it if their spouse, daughter, mother, or grandmother would be subjected to this service and/or environment. Oh, and the guy didn't even secure my hood. Had to pull over & shut it myself. Also, no apology for never calling me back. No surprise there. Terrible customer service. I'll be going to another location or maybe forfeit the road warranty and go to another tire company. The one star is only because no stars is not an option. read more

Great service. Just bought brand new Honda within 5 hours large screw in tire. Came here Sunday am didnt really realize they were here. No charges for about 30 minutes worth of work. I'll be back employees really showed that they enjoyed job and excellent service. Thank you. read more

I could tell my tire was getting low. I called last minute assuming they would decline my service being so last minute. The man who answered said how can I help you very welcoming. When I told him my issue ( even being 30 minutes before they close) he said bring it on by and we will take a look. After looking at all my tires and finding one that could not be fixed they switched out my tires gave me great recommendations and no charge. They were a great example of awesome customer service. read more

I took my car to FIRESTONE the other day, they told me I had a bad catalytic converter both my O2 sensors were bad and my manifold absolute pressure sensor was bad totaling up to be $2000. I called their bull and started testing out the components. After confirming my catalytic converter was bad I took it to the dealership and they replaced it for free (EPA warranty). Dealer told me there was nothing wrong with the other components just like I thought so I took a voltmeter to FIRESTONE to prove them wrong and to get my refund. They gave it to me without even an apology. They pretty much tried to rip me off because they thought that because I was a girl that I wouldn't know anything about cars. By far the most despicable service I have ever gotten DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. To all the girl friends knowledge is power don't let these misogynistic "mechanics" take advantage of you!!! read more

so many times when a female takes her vehicle in for an oil change or other, it seems many times they may be taken advantage of, sad but true. this firestone seemed to be the exception to that rule. the staff was very friendly, answered any question i threw at them, when they came in to tell me other things were recommended, they gave me options on price, discounts on what they could, and explained warranty's and other information that no other firestone had. although i had more than an oil change, the additional work recommended i already knew was needed , but the exceptional thing was they did not suggest anything that i didn't need as many businesses of this nature seem to do, especially to women. i recommend this location for women, as well as men. read more
