I was wowed by my experience at Kwik Kar. Nate helped me out. I called ahead and asked some questions about car alignment. They were not busy, even an hour before close, and they got me in and out and took time to show me what was going on with my car. I explained that I was on-call for work, and Nate accommodated me and got me out very quickly, as well as taking time to explain what was going on with my car. Honestly, I was skeptical reading the reviews and have not had great experiences at Kwik Kar in the past. I am happy to report that my experience far exceeded my expectations. read more

My wife came here today and was greeted not only with an unprofessional attitude but a complete invasion of space. This place is employed with rude and creepy employees. It's not hard to be professional. Unreal. read more

The name says it all! Kwik Kar was very quick and professional when performing my car inspection. Waiting area inside is clean and within 10 -15 minutes, my car inspection was completed. Located on Camp Bowie, the shop is conveniently located and very well kept. read more

Why can't they just do what I came for. I need inspection and that all I said. Tha should be a normal conversation and understood that no I don't want you to take my car apart to see what else it needs. If I wanted to or had time to, I would say. Hey flip this thing upside down. And then you get mad once I say again! Why are you taking stuff apart. It's an inspection!!! read more

Kwik Kar Camp Bowie - Auto Repair Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Went to get my oil changed and they told me I needed new brake pads on the front and back and it would be about $500. I said I would come back after the holidays and decided to get a second opinion and the second place said I did not need brake pads any time soon. read more

If you come across (JOE THE MANAGER) I would 1000% NOT RECOMMEND the rudest person I've met since I moved here approximately 2 days ago worst customer service ever If I had a choice to give 0 stars that's what it would have been . read more

Talk about the worst experience I have EVER had. Do not waste your time or cave just because you need an oil change like I did. So upset. Issues: - poor poor customer service - zero protective precautions were taken against COVID-19 - didn't accept my Groupon; then charged $$$ read more

Usually get my oil change here, but not going back ever again. Went to Toyota Today because my car has a warning light saying "low engine oil pressure." Toyota said my previous oil change was not done correctly. Supposed to get 6 units of engine oil, only 1 + 1/2 is present.....very odd read more

This place is great!!! I went at 3pm on a Thursday and they weren't busy at all. Maybe I got lucky, time-wise? I got my headlight replaced (already had one at home, so only had to pay for the installation cost). It took about 15 minutes. Fair price. The guys were very kind, too. read more

Everytime I come into this place alone (Im a female) the employees always try to tell me I need to do something extra to my car and try to make it seem that whatever it is NEEDS to be changed or fixed, they say they do certains things for everybody but anytime I see men in there they dont tell them anything they do exactly what they asked for nothing more, this is fucking ridiculous. read more

They always get the job done quickly and accurately. Cedric always is sure to educate you on issues and possible future issues which I appreciate read more

This place is Great!!! I drive an old GMC truck that has a lot of miles on him and Kwik Kar (Camp Bowie) has helped me and Ol Buford out for years now. Anything from a kwik oil changes, to annual state inspection, to some starters and alternators, they even helped me with some basic engine repairs from time to time. The guys @ Kwik Kar have always been very professional to me. They take time and answer my questions, they always show me the damaged items, and IF additional work needs to be done they also give me a price range BEFORE they proceeded with any repairs. They are Honest and Trustworthy fellows. Kwik Kar @ Camp Bowie receive 4 Stars Happy Motoring Y'all! read more

Holy cow. Used a Groupon but was still essentially charged for a full oil change because apparently my car requires a "special" oil filter. The manager is a real jerk and made a couple of smart ass remarks to me when I turned my back to him to go to the bathroom. I would have walked out if not for the hassle of the Groupon that I had already paid for. I will not return to this or any other Kwik Kar. The manager was incredibly rude and out of line, and he will not see another dime from me. read more

I've been coming to this location for almost two years now for my oil changes. The staff is very polite and professional. They take care of the oil change quickly, and I am usually on my way in 15 minutes or less. read more

THIEVES!!! I took my car to get fixed. I forgot my airpods in my car. I tracked the location after I had dropped off my car for repairs and it was still at the shop. I picked up my car I couldn't find them so I tracked the location and it was at a house. I had to file a report and thanks to the Detective I was able to get my airpods back. People just need to learn DO NOT TOUCH if it's not yours. WILL NOT GO BACK! read more

Amazing service and super quick. Also cheaper than the Jiffy Lube down the street. They actually sat down with me and talked about how my van has been driving and asked if there was anything they could look into. I drive a '90 Ford van that could potentially have some issues, and they were very informative and helpful, but not pushy. I'll definitely be back. read more

Amazing service! The employee I spoke with took his time explaining things to me and helped me decide exactly what I needed. I love Kwik Kar because they are open longer than most repair shops and they are fair and upfront in pricing. Fast oil change and inspection too even while they were busy. He even went the extra mile to recommend the next services so I can plan the expenses read more

Very happy with the service on my first trip. Quick oil change and state inspection. Friendly people, too.

Had a Groupon for a full synthetic oil. I had Female mechanic who is very knowledgable, professional and quick. This was my first time going to this shop and I would go back again. read more

What you expect from a car service place. I've never had to wait and exceptionally long amount of time and they typically don't try to up charge me too much on different items, if at all. Close to my house, convenient, and no concerns to make me drive further than 5 min to get my car maintenance done. Price is pretty average too. read more

First time coming to this Kwik Kar and had such a lovely experience! I usually go to the white settlement one but lately they haven't been the best and I've heard some stories. So decided to come here for a quick inspection and to get my window regulator fixed. They did it all under an hour! Super friendly, and Nate has some awesome customer service skills. Customer for life now! Thanks for all the help read more

I am always skeptical of car repair shops! I'm a chick and I have had many a shop try to rip me off. I called around and these guys had the best prices. I needed a ton of work- inspection, oil change, windshield wipers, brakes and headlight repair. The price quoted one the phone is what they charged- I also received a discount on a few items. I dropped my car off around 9 am on a Saturday and I was able to pick it up when I got off work that evening. They did try to talk me into a few different 'flushes" but I declined and they didn't push me. read more

Great place to get a complete diagnostic and get repairs done at a cheaper price than any other auto shop. Great customer service and fast repairs. Calvin, the mechanic, was great and explained to me the repairs he was going to make. I will be coming here more often. read more

I went here for an oil change and state Auto inspection. I was told that I have a master cylinder leak. I looked at the master cylinder, is had old engine grime, but no evidence of a current leak. I had to take it to a car wash, and clean the engine. I brought it back, no leak. The mechanic doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. The fool doesn't understand inspection criteria. read more

Got my inspection and oil change knocked out super fast and we're very helpful all around.

I wish they had a more professional appearance and spent more time focusing on the job I'm paying them to do than think up ways for them to sell me multiple parts and services that my car was obviously not in need of. read more

Service was terrible. They try to sell me on over priced services I don't need.I also noticed a huge puddle of oil on the ground under my car the next day and had to return to them to tighten my drain plug.I wouldn't recommend this kwik lube to anyone read more

I've been to this location for several things for my car, including oil, inspections, alignment, etc. I stopped by on my way home to get my check engine light checked, unbeknownst to me, the 10 minute service would cost me $85.00 to simply tell me the cause of my check engine light. Had I known, I would have turned around and gone to AutoZone, or Pepboys, or O'Reilly, for free. This charge was absurd for service and amount of time spent on my car. I will never return to this Kwik Kar, and probably not any others. read more

After riding around all day trying to find a place to change my headlight i just happen to see kwik kar and pulled in... Matt greeted me, less than 5 mins i was good to go .... Wish this was my first stop... Thanks again Matt read more

I showed up this morning to get my state inspection taken care of. I arrived around 7:50 to avoid any wait. They opened at 8 and the front desk guy took my keys and proceeded to start. The inspection took about 20 minutes and I had absolutely no problems. My car is a 2006 so it is fairly new but they didn't try to talk me into any unnecessary services. I also had a $10 off coupon from valpak so it came out to be $29.75. In the end, they were very professional and did a great job! read more

What I expect from a service station. Good prices, and fast.

if you want an oil change ok. I asked if they could do a diagnostic for my check engine light and they charged me $90 for what AutoZone did for free. Replace a thermostat they told me they would need to change the coolant and the charge would be over $200. Thermostat was $9. at Auto Zone and website install instructions show no coolant required. Over $200 for a $10 part and 15 min of repair. read more
