They found the problem (I had a piece of metal scrap lodged in my wheel well), they removed and then refused to charge me because they said they didn't do any repairs. They didn't ask for anything! My jaw dropped, seriously! I don't know how technically sound these guys are but they certainly aren't greedy thiefs and that's all you can ask for right? I would recommend them to anyone.

He said yes they had done almost 3k worth of work on it. Then I told him who I was and his reputation would be in dropping. Then I left madder than I have been in a long time. I made a facebook post and got a phone call from the owner offering the vehicle back for free if i took the post down. I did not take up his offer. The story needs to be heard about this place.

Evidently these Goodyear dealers do not use the same system. I told him the warranty was in my vehicle but he said that didn't matter because they do not honor the Goodyear warranty. Said it would be $40 bucks. Huh? Why is your business called Goodyear and have huge signs out front? Anyway. It tried to show them what it says on the Goodyear website: Warranty Information Lifetime Tire Rotation Lifetime Tire Rotation on new tire purchases of Goodyear, Dunlop, and Kelly products. Good for the life of the usable tire tread (2/32"). Present the warranty brochure provided by the dealer at time of purchase at any Tire & Service Network location for a free tire rotation every six months or 6,000 miles. (Vehicles requiring mounting or demounting of tires to perform rotation excluded.) That's when the owner and manager got hostile. Threatening me and calling me cheap. Manager said do you even have a job? I swear if my truck wasn't on that lift he would have seen a whole different side of me. Long story short If you bought Goodyear tires somewhere else they will not honor your warranty. If you call them out you may end up in a fight. I began bringing both of my Lexus cars to Kwik Kar a few years ago…read more I had oil changes and tire rotations much faster than the Lexus dealership. Recently, I brought my LS-430 to Kwik Kar for a tire rotation. When the technician was finished and he brought the car outside, there was a loud thumping sound. He took the car back inside to the shop and worked on it again. He said he didn't have the lug nuts on correctly. I then looked at the wheels and noticed a broken plastic hub cap. I pointed this out to the technician. He said he would order one and replace it. I told him he should have removed the plastic hub cap before removing the lug nuts and rotating the tires. This was an obvious procedure. After I got home, I noticed another broken hub cap. I called Kwik Kar and told the supervisor. I asked where he bought the hub cap so I could order one. I told him I would pay for the second hub cap because I didn't notice it before I left the shop earlier. I never received a call back. Kwik Kar has lost a customer. I will now take the car to the Lexus dealer for service. The wait is longer and the price is higher, but the care and quality is better.
