I'm very happy to report that Greased Lightening can do that emissions inspection, and fix you up with an oil change as well, as we did with our sweet little Mustang automobile recently. The guys are always pleasant and helpful. They have a waiting room with a television set that plays shows that remind me of home. They have a pop machine if you're thirsty, and the prices for those sodas are quite reasonable. Also, I always appreciate the mechanic shops whose waiting rooms have a coffee table full of a variety of magazines, as they do at Greased Lightening. We appreciate these guys a great deal. Thanks Greased Lightening!

Not worth fixing would take 10k to get it running. He bought it for scrap minus his time. I got less than 200 bucks for what I was told was junk. Well guess what... a few months later in there parking lot, it was for sale for $4750.00. I went in and asked about it with out telling him who I was. He said yes they had done almost 3k worth of work on it. Then I told him who I was and his reputation would be in dropping. Then I left madder than I have been in a long time. I dont have another vehicle and I have 3 young children this is absolutely unacceptable to be treated in such a manner to have no transportation for 3+ weeks because they can't or won't pick up a phone is ridiculous.

Went in with a basic tire repair and It got ugly. I asked if they could do a tire rotation as per…read moremy Goodyear warranty. They started doing it then tell me they can't find me in the system. Evidently these Goodyear dealers do not use the same system. I told him the warranty was in my vehicle but he said that didn't matter because they do not honor the Goodyear warranty. Said it would be $40 bucks. Huh? Why is your business called Goodyear and have huge signs out front? Anyway. It tried to show them what it says on the Goodyear website: Warranty Information Lifetime Tire Rotation Lifetime Tire Rotation on new tire purchases of Goodyear, Dunlop, and Kelly products. Good for the life of the usable tire tread (2/32"). Present the warranty brochure provided by the dealer at time of purchase at any Tire & Service Network location for a free tire rotation every six months or 6,000 miles. (Vehicles requiring mounting or demounting of tires to perform rotation excluded.) That's when the owner and manager got hostile. Threatening me and calling me cheap. Manager said do you even have a job? I swear if my truck wasn't on that lift he would have seen a whole different side of me. Long story short If you bought Goodyear tires somewhere else they will not honor your warranty. If you call them out you may end up in a fight. They did do the rotation reluctantly so that's why I offer one star. Otherwise it should be P.S. Candice M is a fake account. 1 review? Probably the same guy that I got into the altercation with.
