Buddy, thanks for taking great care of us! Okay so a transmission problem is never fun or cheap. My transmission was vibrating when going from 5th to 6th gear. It was also taking longer to shift into 6th. After ruling all other things out I reached out to my friend Nate who is a master certified mechanic. He said he didn't work on transmissions but said he refers people to Multistate. The experience was great! They explained everything well and they finished days early. Replacement verses repair, Buddy explained that they actually fix the issue rather than just replace the whole thing. If I ever have a need I will be back. Excellent shop! Buddy actually answered our distress call on Saturday and let us know he would look at our car on Monday when they re-opened. He did not immediately try to sell us a transmission. He took the time to diagnose it and see if it could be fixed. When it was determined that the gears were shot in the transmission he gave us options, an estimate, and time expected to be completed. He finished the job ahead of schedule and even fixed a wheel bearing in addition to the transmission and was still able to complete the job early. He offered a great warranty on the transmission and provided excellent communication throughout the whole process. His entire staff is very courteous. read more

The guy Buddy that works here is a complete sham. He should take that cross off his neck too. Came in for my car to get repaired and the man wouldn't even look at me or look at the vehicle. No respect especially when I barely made it to his shop with my car having issues. Right when I walked in he treated me like a piece of dirt and already had it in his mind to give me the runaround. Sure they are busy but he treated me like a dog and told me to come back when they are not busy. Wouldn't even come out to look at the vehicle as a sign of respect. Rude and ridiculous business. Don't go here. They will rake you for a cleaning and then your car will be worse when you leave then when you came. We came in to have the transmission fixed and had to fix three other things. By the time we got out of there, the car didn't work because they did something to the engine. read more

Do not go here! This place is a rip off!! They charge you $420 just to tell you what the problem is and completley undo your car so you dont have a choice but to use them for transmission. you could go to other places and pay $70-100 to run a series of tests and figure out what the problem is. Buddy and his team--Phil, Saul, Erik, Augustine--are the best. I cannot commend their honesty and integrity enough. I brought in our Honda Odyssey and it turned out that after 18 months and 21,000 miles, the torque converter was shot. The car was beyond warranty, and Buddy was completely in his rights therefore to charge me for the whole job. But he said he had never seen this converter fail this quickly before, and that he wanted to stand behind his work. As a result, he is doing the entire repair for free. Again, he didn't have to do this, and was forgoing a $3000+ payment for me, but he just felt it was the right thing to do, and the owner backed him up. In a week when someone tried to file a fraudulent insurance claim against us, Buddy restored my faith that people can be not just honest, but kind, generous, and charitable. Thank you, guys.
