The battery was fine and worked like a charm and had a lot longer life span for my car. This was verified by 2 dealers and mechanics. Big savings on my part!!!! The rear brake pads and rotors, which I personally inspected with the mechanic were fine. They had lots of life left and did not need to be replaced. Big savings on my part!!!! Christian Brothers should be ashamed of themselves. I am a 78 year young widow on a fixed income. I trusted them not only because of their name, but also my son said they do good work. I am ashamed of the way I was trying to be forced into making another appointment with them to do work on my car that didn't need to be done. Oh yes, did I mention that my car is a 2021 Nissan Rouge with less than 15,000 miles. Christian Brothers can't be trusted. They act nice on the outside but inside they are thieves. They smile while taking your hard earned money for unnecessary work. I am very thankful that I listened to that little voice inside my head that told me something was wrong and to get other estimates. I am a devote believer in GOD and I like to hope that others are as well. I will never go back to Christian Brothers. I hope that who ever reads this uses caution with their car and listen to that voice inside (which by the way for those of you who don't know--is the Holy Spirit). We are supposed to help others, not take their money. We are to be kind and not deceive and lie. Be careful and take time to get second opinions and breathe before you jump. Don't be forced into decisions that will cost you precious money that you won't get back. I hope this helps others going forward. I normally don't do things like this, but Christian Brothers made me angry. They tried to take advantage of me because I am single female and should trust them because they are males and know better. I was attempting to install rear wheel sensors on my daughter's Suburban. The lug nuts were cranked…read moreon so tight I couldn't remove them. It was 4:00 on Saturday. I saw great reviews and headed over for help. They not only removed all the lug nuts, but were willing to go ahead and install the sensors I had already purchased. Coincidentally I had just taken my wife's car to Discount Tire to have her tires rotated earlier. She needed two Pirelli tires and they wanted $787 with the road hazard warranty. I asked Tire Store Service Center if they would quote me. They were almost $200 less and that included an alignment! Needless to say I am now a satisfied customer. The service work was quick, the customer service was very pleasant and the pricing very competitive!

Broke my parts, left my car a little…read moremessy and didn't even bother assembling back my rear seats properly nor my trunks inside bottom cover and put it completely upside down and unclipped. They crammed my GOOD CONDITION O2 sensors inside my spare tire rim completely destroying the wiring cord. That I told them MULTIPLE TIMES I want my o2 sensors replaced and put in its correct positions as the previous owner installed them mismatched them. They also put another part that detaches in the car crammed as-well on top of the spare tire under the cover. About 2 weeks I've been trying to get my vehicle fixed here at this shop. I paid for a diagnostics to get an actual full breakdown on my vehicle. I leave my car for 4 days to finally get worked on by them and get all the issues repaired. I then get a phone call from a employee that I missed and I came inside the store then he sees me and asks, "what are we even doing with the Audi" and in confusion I told him "what do you mean I told you guys I want to go through with the repairs." He goes out back to make a call then gives me an excuse that they have to run tests. Then I have to wait 2 more days cause they didn't repair anything, but when they did. The only thing they bothered fixing was one thing out of multiple other major repairs. The shop is only really good for in and out alignment/wheels and small little maintenance.

Most places only service cookie cutter cars, and won't touch out of the box equipment. On this unit they got me in right away, put the machine on the A/C system, pulled out excess Freon, pulled a a vacuum, refilled it with the right amount, and had it cooling great. They even gave me credit for the extra Freon they pulled out of it. Very reasonable. Everyone was very friendly in the office as well as the shop.

They also did not repair it correctly the first time either. My father put marks on some parts in the vehicle to see if they would actually get replaced, and he got his vehicle returned with the marks in the same place meaning they were not replaced at all. They are very dishonest. One of the times I was there, the employees were arguing with a neighboring business over parking. The people here are not very friendly, have a dirty office and waiting area, do not repair your vehicle sometimes and are dishonest about doing so, and you will waste a lot of time here. I highly recommend spending slightly more money for way better quality of service somewhere else locally.
