Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected.
