After a neighborhood recommendation to service the AC in my truck, they diagnosed it as one issue and provided a quote at $950 to fix. When I opted to proceed they updated me that this quote was incorrect and the actual price would be $650. Honesty. They fixed what they thought was wrong but the AC still didn't work correctly. Ab (shop owner) listened to me explain what a repair shop years ago had thought was wrong, he was able to correct it without additional cost and allowed me usage of one of their vehicles until the AC issue was remedied. I would like to note that this company scammed me of $1,200 for a service that they most likely didn't provide. Went in to fix our front wheel bearings, were given the price of $1,200 to fix the two front wheel bearings - very steep but also never had it done before so not familiar with the parts price etc. The "job" was done within the day, and the guy who "repaired it" showed me some old parts and said this was what was removed and replaced. The parts that were shown to me were in fact very old looking, so of course I believed them and left the original review. The car drove better, within a few months of the repairs, the car began to have the same problem but the shop said it was fine and that the repair was done for that issue and it was probably something else. By this summer, we decided to get the brakes fixed thinking it could be that. A different mechanic was able to repair the brakes and warned us that the car is not driveable due to the shape of the front wheel bearings. We were able to get the car towed to a different mechanic who stated that the shape of the wheel bearings were not of typical wheel bearings that should be only a year old... mind you, this car hasn't been driven for 3+ months because of the issue. So, please be careful with giving this shop your business. read more

I just bought a 2000 Jeep TJ. I noticed she was mis-firing at higher speeds and idling rough. I took her to Abdul, Zi and Ali at All Auto and they diagnosed the fuel injector coils needed to be replaced. She's running great! I then ended up getting stranded when the jeep wouldn't turn over. I called because my brakes were squeaking and was told to come right in. They had to order the parts which arrived in less than 10 mins. I also have to be at work in an hour and they say then can get it done. My faith has been restored in mankind. Honest quotes and hard work!!! Returned because my car was making an awful noise, turned out a motor mount had completely broken off, I was afraid to hear the estimate because well... this *%#! Isn't cheap am I right? I've never had great experiences at mechanic shops. Being a woman I've had a few mechanics take advantage and assume I'm an idiot and know nothing about cars. This place was definitely not anything like that! I took my 2006 accord here for a problem with my diver side window not wanting to pull up anymore. Dropped it off Thursday afternoon was ready by Friday afternoon. The mechanic literally broke it all down for me, including prices and when I went to pick my car up he even showed me the parts he removed and replaced. All the work came with warranty. He was so polite and respectful and so grateful for my business. He really made me feel at ease and that the work was done correctly. I am so grateful to have found this place. Highly recommend All Auto! Abdul always takes great care of us and is very honest. I had taken my car to the dealership and they were going to charge me $2000 for service. I couldn't afford that at the time, so I took my car to All Auto as recommended by a friend and they told me that the part that the dealer said I needed didn't even need to be replaced, but a different part that only cost $100 would fix the problem. That was 3 years ago and we have gone exclusively to them ever since! I can not recommend their service enough. They do not take advantage of women who know nothing about cars, which I appreciate and he always shows me the part and what's wrong with and then shows me afterwards what he did. read more

I've had to use All Auto Service three times now, and each visit has been nothing short of outstanding. The guys work fast, their prices are fair, and they're always straightforward. I first visited All Auto Service last year when my check engine light came on just before my inspection was due. My car had had the same issue for years, ever since I bought it, in fact. Each time I took it to the dealership, they simply reset the switch and sent me on my way. When I took it to All Auto Service, Abdul told me he'd seen the issue before, gave me three possible explanations, and promised to call me before doing any work. We started with the cheapest solution, but it didn't work, and I had to take the vehicle back two times, but each time the issue persisted, Abdul gave me a refund for parts and a partial refund for labor until finally figuring out what the problem was. But after that third visit, I haven't had any issues. I've had this car for about two years, taken it to the dealership at least a dozen times, but Abdul was the one who actually fixed the issue, instead of just making evidence of it disappear. The second time I visited All Auto Service was to take my wife's car in for a similar issue, and Abdul found the solution in about two hours. Haven't had to take it back. The third and most recent visit was earlier this afternoon, when I damaged my driver-side mirror. It and the door window were popped out of place, potentially damaged, and inoperable. I could only roll my window up about halfway. I called Abdul, who said they were closing early, but told me to bring it in anyways to see if they could fix it. When I brought the car in, I was told it'd be about an hour and given a quote for the price. I don't live far away, so I was really surprised when, just after I walked into my apartment, I got a call from him again saying it was ready. Roughly 15 minutes had passed. I came in to see the shop mostly closed, they'd been holding it for me, and Abdul gave me a discount because it wasn't as severe as he'd anticipated. In sum, you'll never find a mechanic this side of Dallas as fair, honest, and hard working as Abdul and his guys. They really do spectacular work, and I'll heartily recommend All Auto Service to anyone I meet in need of some auto work. read more
