This is the best place to take your Lexus/Toyota in FW. The service is great and most of all, honest. I've been to this place multiple times over the past 4 years. Several of those times, I was visiting after being told I needed a certain repair by the Lexus dealership. Kevin (the owner) turned me away several times instead of just taking my money. In addition to this, when I moved states Kevin insisted on letting himself find me a new shop nearby my new home. He followed through with this and researched 2 autoshops in my area code for me and gave me all of their info and recommendations. Everyone I've interacted with at this company is wonderful. Absolute rip off shop. I brought my RX300 in for the rear brake lights not functioning. They quoted me; after tearing apart and NOT putting back together properly, the entire interior rear ended, $1000.00. A $1000 repair to require the entire back end for a known easy fix issue with this model. The repair cost $15.00 and took 10 minutes after a quick YouTube search. An ACTUAL Lexus specialist informed me how badly they were trying to take advantage of me. These guys are a joke. Not only do they NOT specialize in Lexus vehicles they WILL ABSOLUTELY try and rip you off. read more

Fantastic service and great work! We were on a road trip, pulling an RV with a 100 series Land Cruiser. Heat got to it and had all types of issues. Found these guys and they took over. They (Kevin & Robert) were professional, honest and courteous. Final bill was also 30% less than original quote (just our experience). After the work was done, Robert walked us through the whole issue and showed us where, how and why the work was done. This guy loves his work. I rarely write reviews but the service I received from Lexutech has to be recognized. I had my Toyota Land Cruiser shipped from California and during first drive in Texas (which was on a Sunday) the car just did not feel right. I had to have it towed, my mechanic in California suggested I tow it to Lexutech. Amazing good fortune that one the owners of Lexutech happen to be at the shop on a Sunday and welcomed my stressed out self in and took all my info. First thing Monday I got the call telling what was going on. Thank goodness I towed it, as it was not good news. By Tuesday afternoon I got the call saying car is all done. Amazing! If you want the very best to work on your car then you want to go to this shop. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and they do excellent work. Been using the shop for many years and will never take my car anywhere else. Usually they'll give you a ride to work downtown. The one thing I wish they were open on Saturday. It is a very family oriented shop so they don't work Saturday and Sunday. read more

I have taken my truck to this repair shop as it was recommended by my employer. They are not the cheapest repair shop (Never, Never take your vehicle to Toyota of Forth Worth, please see my review of them, I took my truck into Lexutech for an oil change and to repair the brakes that started squeaking after Toyota of Fort Worth messed them up). They do good work, and are straightforward when it comes to what parts are the best for your money to use. There are cheaper repair places, but I trust the people at Lexutech. I have an 03' Lexus LX truck that I had just bought from an out of state dealer and it had started experiencing a mystery electrical issue that was making the car undrivable. Of course the problem started after I had already got it back to Texas. It wasn't an issue though because Kevin and his team were able to find the issue, a blown main fuse, and get it repaired very quickly. The repair costs were reasonable and they took the time to to let me know what needed to be done and point out some other things on the truck I should be aware of. I will definitely use them for any future repairs and preventative maintenance and recommend them. Much better experience than when I went to Sewell Lexus in Fort Worth to have some parts installed before discovering Lexutech. read more

OMG this I could go on and on about these people. They have been our mechanics for 20 years, and they are the most honest, and trustworthy mechanics I have ever met. These gentlemen are the best at what they do. They are upfront, honest and do not jack you around. I respect that they do not speak to me any differently just because I am a woman. I've used Lexutech for repair of my 2004 Lexus GX470 in the past with no issues. I recently purchased a 2012 Lexus GX350 and plan to use them for all routine maintenance not covered by the factory warranty. They are always very professional and never try to sell me more than needed to make my vehicle roadworthy. However, they are also very proactive in making recommendations for preventative maintenance that may be needed in the future.
