We recently purchased a 2003 Saturn Vue with low mileage. It came with several problems, but the biggest ones were it wouldn't stay running and all parts are obsolete. After trying to get the vehicle running ourselves, I researched Saturn repair shops online and found "The Master's Touch Professional Auto Repair" in Fort Worth. Randy Wood, the manager, and his office assistant, Chris, helped us out with getting our vehicle finally operating correctly. The shop found a rebuilt BCM unit (body control module) that it needed (and we couldn't find the unit online ourselves) - which is also an obsolete part, and they installed it and reprogrammed it to work in our vehicle. However, it was a rebuilt / used item, and it failed within about two weeks. No problem, we had it towed back in to the shop by our insurance company, and Randy got right on it diagnosing the problem. He found the BCM unit was not working. He contacted the company who he bought it from originally, and they refunded the purchase. Then he contacted another rebuilder and bought another BCM rebuilt unit. The second unit was installed and reprogrammed to work in our vehicle. All the work was done under warranty. Mr. Wood even had to pay a programmer 3x to reprogram the two BCM modules he had purchased for our vehicle, but we were only charged 1x for it - the first time it was done. We also had him do a general inspection of this vehicle after we mentioned the brakes squealed and so did the power steering when turning the steering wheel. He said we had brakes, but they were cheap, and the power steering unit was leaking oil. We had his shop replace the brakes and again he had to find a good used power steering unit since like we said - all parts are obsolete. His shop was professional and informative. Mr. Wood called us personally and kept us up-to-date on all repairs and new issues. We own Ramsey's Rods and Restoration for the last 31 years in Fort Worth, and we usually handle our own personal vehicles in our shop. However, this vehicle was too new to be in our shop, and with obsolete parts I need to find another good automotive repair shop. All I can say at this point in my review is that I told Randy Wood when I walked out his door, now I know a reputable, ethical and professional auto repair shop for all my other current model needs. read more

We immediately got off the nearest exit and discovered this auto repair shop; to say that these guys were super accommodating, professional, and kind is a complete understatement. Just got my 2007 avalamche z71 back today.They only had 2 days and that's amazing for all the work they have done.Heres my list after doing a dignostic test: INDUCTION KIT REPLACE A FUSE FROM THE REAR AIR COMPRESSOR. 2 REAR AIR SHOCKS AIR LINE KIT INSTALLED BREAK LIGHT SWITCH. Mostly dealt with Randy but I couldn't more appreciative of all his help. Got an after warranty (car shield) for my Dodge Ram and really got shafted. My 2015 Sentra needed a new a/c compressor, condenser, whatever else goes along with those. Randy responded to my online inquiry with a estimate within 24 hours ($300 cheaper than NTB). I spoke with Cris and dropped the car off on Wednesday right before closing at 1730. The work was completed by the end of the next day. The a/c is now working great. I have used these guys several times...their prices are more than fair and their level of customer service is superior...they couldve overcharged because bids i got from other places were significantly higher but they instead chose to be honest and fair and fast...I highly recommend Randy and Chris and i drive from Granbury all the way to West Frwy in FW ... a dealership quoted me 750 for a repair, but they quoted and fixed for 120...last year I mistakenly engaged my 4w drive and the truck was skipping down the road, several bids from others were upwards of 1k...they at Master Tech didnt charge me because it wasnt broken...but I didnt know that...SO THEY ARE HONEST...how much is that worth? Honest and always dependable. We are into our third generation of family using The Master's Touch Auto Repair. My father started with Randy Wood before he even opened his shop, getting his car serviced in Randy's driveway. Now our children are getting their cars serviced with him. They have always been able to fit us in and are quick to get our cars fixed. We can normally get the car back the same day unless they need to order parts. If you have an issue with the service they have performed, Randy will do what is necessary make sure that you are satistifed. The whole staff is friendly and willing to help. I recently had a major service performed on my Subaru, and on a Ford Expedition. Both repairs were done on time, for half the price as the dealer's quote, and done flawlessly! I waited a few months to rate as I wanted to make sure everything lasted, but I can now say I am very impressed! The owner is friendly, helpful, and explained everything.
