Some of the vehicles they put on the lot still have active bank loans or liens attached, which means you could end up stuck with legal and financial problems after you've already paid them. They don't disclose the truth, and once they've got your money, the problems are yours to deal with. This is not an honest dealership -- it's a scam operation. I took my 2011 Nissan Altima to the shop 2/18/2026. The individual placed the transmission in my vehicle; it took 4 hours to do this work. I found it unusual; this type of job takes time; this mechanic rushed through the process; he didn't conduct a diagnostic on my vehicle . I started experiencing issues with my vehicle on 2/23/2026. I had my vehicle towed back to the mechanic. He blamed the company that sold the transmission; he stated it was The company that sold the transmission The mechanic stated he would charge me again. I towed the car back to the company that sold the vehicle. The company ran a diagnostic. The mechanic didn't repair the transmission properly. Do not trust your vehicle with this mechanic. It was expensive. He rushed it just so he could leave on time. read more

Well... I can't tell you how much this place disappointed me. Originally brought in my Jeep for AC check, brakes and rotor replacement on 8/11. I was quoted my price and given an estimated time of completion so I agreed. I was told it would be 2-3 hours, and after dropping my truck off early in the morning, I assumed it would be ready around 3pm (4ish hours later) since I didn't hear of any issues. Well, I was wrong! I didn't hear from them at all the rest of that day. Tried calling the shop multiple times right at closing and no one answered the phone. The next morning, a few minutes after they opened (8am) I begin calling for an update. Surely they have my truck ready! Right? WRONG. Tried calling another 10-12 times with no answer, so around 10:30am I decided to walk to the shop (about 1/2 mile). They informed me that they received the wrong parts and were waiting on them! Wouldn't that be something you think a business would inform their customers of right away? Fast forward to when it's FINALLY ready... I go to settle up and pay my tab. After 2 days of missed work from an expected 2-3 hour job, I paid. Additionally, I bought my own complete set of 4 rotors/4 brake pads but the rotors were the wrong size. The shop ordered rotors only and used MY brake pads from the set I brought, which would've made that set non returnable. They load up my wrong size rotors and tell me to wait 15 minutes (turned out to be 25+) for some generic brake pads that they would give me to complete my set. When they arrived, I get called to the counter only for them to ask me to pay $50 for them when they said they'd give them to me! I told them to just keep them and stormed out. Initially, I wrote this review right after that experience and I quickly got a text from the owner trying to make it right. He tells me to come to the shop and NOW they'll give them to me for free. I go back and have to wait AGAIN. This time he said 2 minutes and it turned out to be well over 30. But in that time, we talked and (I thought) came to some kind of compromise. I would take down my original review after receiving the brake pads, and we even discussed more work I needed done. He gave me a quote on suspension work and I agreed to drop the truck off 8/16 Saturday morning. He assured me that after this experience, they would be sure to get me fixed up. I was told the job was 5-6 hours, so I told him I'd drop it off at 8am Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday... Drop it off super early between 8-9am. Had errands to run, so I pass by this shop a few times a day based on where I'm going. I pass by at 1pm and see my truck in the same spot I parked it in that morning! I text the owner for a status update and get no reply. Go run errands for a couple of hours and on the way back around 3pm, I stop in (it's still parked in the same place). Now I'm told "the parts aren't here and we had a lot of cars" (the cars weren't there when I dropped it off). I ask again why wasn't I called or notified... Always get some bs lie. So again, a 5-6 hour job turns into multiple days. Sunday goes by and still no updates. No phone call. No truck. I go up there and they inform me that I have an engine leak so would need to fix that before the suspension. Cool. Gave me a quote and before I left, the owner tells me he will give me a call later that evening with a better price. Do you think I got that call? HELL NO. Finally after all of my time wasted, I went to pick up my keys and will be looking for better service elsewhere. This place did nothing but add more stress to an already stressful situation. The lack of professionalism and customer service should be enough to keep anyone away from here. Whatever time frame they give you, add a day to it. If they tell you they'll call you with an update, they won't. If they tell you they will give you something, don't trust it. I should have never gave them a 2nd opportunity to let me down. But maybe I had to do that so you wouldn't have to the 1st time. You've been warned! read more

My car over heated and they replace a hose and the themostate, when I got in the car after paying $250.19. The check engine came on before I ever left their parking lot and they said it was because the coolant temp sensor was bad and that had nothing to do with why my car overheated. They are scammers! I had to take it to another mechanic who replaced the sensor. They take advantage of people by replacing parts that don't need to be replace and not replacing the correct parts. I will never take a vehicle to them again. Tom the mechanic became rude and argumentative and brushed me off...did not care. However, that of course was after I had already paid him $250.19 for doing nothing to repair my car. Never ever take your car there...really never ever. read more
