I do not generally go to this location because of a negative experience YEARS ago, but I went today because they were the closest location and one of my tires was seriously low. It turned out that two of my tires were dangerously worn and needed to be replaced. They had to be ordered and told me they could not get them until tomorrow and I must have seriously grimaced. It was as easy as un hooking the windshield wiper and clicking it on there! The back windshield wiper was a little more difficult. Jordan had to get help. They still greeted me promptly and got my car in the works. The team members I spoke to during my 40 minute visit were all knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I've always wanted new rims so I asked them about them and they showed me lots of options. They let me see them on a virtual model and then showed one to me on my car and I loved it. So i showed up here for my tire installation appointment to have 2 rear tires i ordered from their website for $80 each, when i arrived i was informed that they didn't get them in and they upgraded me to tires that cost $165 each for the same price! Within the last 6 mo. I've been to this discount tire 3 separate times. The first, I had a nail. Purchased 2 new tires. Less than a week later, a tire I hadn't replaced went flat. They very obviously did not inspect the other 2 tires. I again went back in and ended up replacing those 2 as well. Recently my tire pressure light has been coming on once or twice a week. I took my car in last week because of this issue. They "inspected" all 4 tires and insisted there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Walking out to my car this morning my front left tire was around 15psi. It's very apparent they did not thoroughly inspect my tires. So I begin with asking if that's even enough time to get it done since I could see they were busy. After getting checked in I was told they wouldn't event be able to look at it until 1:45 and for them to put my spare on for me, it'd be the same amount of time. Purchased my tires here several months ago and was a decent experience. NothIng bad, nothIng great, just some new tires! I called them today at 12.37 and asked if I could bring my car in after 330 for a rotate and balance. I was told "not a problem, we will get you taken care of, we're here until 6." I get here at 3:50 with a line out the front door with only 2 techs checking in customers. Wait my turn and am told that there will be over a 2 hour wait! Had I been told that there would potentially be a long wait later in the afternoon I would have made arrangements to bring the car over and leave it. So here I sit and will have to wait for 2+ hours. Definitely will ask more questions next time and more than likely use a different location. This is bad customer service. read more
