This was my first time going to them and I will go back in a heart beat if I needed to again. I believe his name is Steven (he works in the front and helped me tonight) he was the sweetest person I have met in awhile. He truly did an amazing job and advocating for me. He communicated with me when there was an issue before they just went and fixed it. Because of him I left feeling safe driving and no more messed up tire. They fixed my tire that I didn't even know had a screw it in, they fixed my hubs because good year put them on and covered all the values so I couldn't put air in my tires, a tire rotation all for free and were quick with it. Not only that but my lugs to my car was messed up and do to just starting a job I didn't have the money for it he (Steven) walked over to me and said don't worry about it I'll cover it I highly recommend them. and to Steven (hopefully that is your name) Thank you so much and I'll def be back. Your customer service went above and beyond read more

They were absolutely amazing!! Doors were already locked and they still helped. Stayed open 20 minutes late on a Friday to fix my tire. Truly appreciate the kindness and service! read more

Good service, adjusted tire per warranty, and bought 3 more tires for a good value. Thank you Kelvin! read more

The customer service is so bad a Discount Tire. Instead of taking customers who are coming to pick up a vehicle that they've already worked on or fixed, and get them out of the store , we're waiting in line with the new customers. I've been standing in line for 35 plus minutes to checkout. Ridiculous! I was at the Alta Mesa location. read more

Horrible place with the worst customer service attitude I've experienced could not be given a price on the phone and then was told I didn't purchase the warranty when I have it on my receipt in front of me and wanted to help zero over the phone after waiting on hold for 15 minutes read more

I do not generally go to this location because of a negative experience YEARS ago, but I went today because they were the closest location and one of my tires was seriously low. It turned out that two of my tires were dangerously worn and needed to be replaced. They had to be ordered and told me they could not get them until tomorrow and I must have seriously grimaced. They actually sent one of their guys to pick them up at another location, and got me back on the road very quickly. Kudos to James and the team for making it happen in short order. I could not have been better served.THANK YOU!! read more

I went back to get my windshield wipers like Jordan suggested. The total price was cheaper than I expected. Jordan put those on for me. It was as easy as un hooking the windshield wiper and clicking it on there! The back windshield wiper was a little more difficult. Jordan had to get help. Another guy walk up and unlatched it, clicked it and locked it. And just like that, I drove away with new windshield wipers just in time for rain, sleet and snow. read more

Purchased Hankook tires at a Honda Dealership for our CR-V less than a year ago and with less than 25K miles, they were worn out and our warranty claim was denied. The silver lining is that we found Discount Tire on Camp Bowie. We could not be more impressed. Jakobe handled our questions professionally and provided us with a competitive quote. When we arrived, Discount Tire was very busy. Ian checked us in and provided us with an estimate as to when the job would be complete. We were able to track the tire installation online. We were very impressed with the entire staff. The promptness and efficiency was outstanding! Our job was completed sooner than promised. We highly recommend Discount Tire on Camp Bowie. read more

I have a 2010 Kia forte. I need new rims new tires. One of the guys helped me pick up some nice rims and some tires. They put them on fast. I wasn't in there long for maybe 40 minutes. Ian has provided wonderful customer service, extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I chose the wrong wheel model(my fault) and called to swap the wheels out- he handled it no problem and made me a very happy customer. This location is by far the best and most efficient. 5 + stars! Highly recommend Ian to anyone looking for new wheels or tires. The process was seamless and satisfactory. read more

Excellent experience here this week! I made an appointment on Tuesday for the next day and arrived a little before my time to find the store PACKED. They still greeted me promptly and got my car in the works. The team members I spoke to during my 40 minute visit were all knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The costs were laid out easily so there were no surprises. I was able to grab a spot at the counter and get some work done with the store's free wifi while my car was serviced (including a tire patch I didn't even know I needed but was free because I purchased my tires here) and I was on my way well under the 1 hour quoted wait time. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish despite the store being full of customers. Thanks guys! read more

I was looking for a particular line of Toyo tires for my Volvo. They said they couldn't find them but were trying to sell me on another line. When someone who is so satisfied with a tire they've used for years, maybe you should try and help them find the tires they want, not what you're going to make a bigger profit on. read more

I came in for a blown out tire and they were so kind and helpful. They offered me a really good deal on new tires since all of mine were old. I've always wanted new rims so I asked them about them and they showed me lots of options. They let me see them on a virtual model and then showed one to me on my car and I loved it. I went ahead and bought them and the warranty that comes with the tires is nice! They even let me keep my old rims at the store for a day until I could get a vehicle by to pick them up. Happy I found this place by happenstance they were very helpful and I never felt pressured to spend more money. read more

Within the last 6 mo. I've been to this discount tire 3 separate times. The first, I had a nail. Purchased 2 new tires. Less than a week later, a tire I hadn't replaced went flat. They very obviously did not inspect the other 2 tires. I again went back in and ended up replacing those 2 as well. Recently my tire pressure light has been coming on once or twice a week. I took my car in last week because of this issue. They "inspected" all 4 tires and insisted there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Walking out to my car this morning my front left tire was around 15psi. It's very apparent they did not thoroughly inspect my tires. This is not only dangerous but also very negligent and lazy. read more

Will be going back to this specific location for all tire and wheel needs from now on. Amazing job read more

Had a emergency flat and needed to get back to site car was at they where super busy they got us in and took care of us fast

Came in to have my tire replaced (hole in the sidewall) arrived at 11:30 but I needed to be at work at 2. So I begin with asking if that's even enough time to get it done since I could see they were busy. After getting checked in I was told they wouldn't event be able to look at it until 1:45 and for them to put my spare on for me, it'd be the same amount of time. So I go outside and start trying to put the spare on myself. Pretty frustrated at this point. I ask an employee, named Perry for help because I am struggling. This is when he tells me to let them replace it, despite my time constraint. He said they weren't that busy and made it his job to make sure I was taken care of today. Perry's care to make my problem his completely turned my day around. read more

I've always loved all Discount Tire locations. I recently just moved to the Camp Bowie area & had a flat come up on my car overnight. Had to then unfortunately pay out of pocket unknowingly as I did not have warranty on the one tire I needed. Luckily my bummer mood was replaced with Edward's dedicated customer service and all around honest human nature. Edward really helped with getting me the best deal possible and shows he cares for the well-being of the customers he serves. Thanks Edward!! Thanks Discount Tire!! read more

From needing new tires - and they will always give you the BEST bang for your buck! To having my spare tire aired up, driving up to have my tires correctly inflated, to just scheduling an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. This store ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure that their customers are SUPER happy. I have done business with THIS particular store for over 26 years. If you have an issue with anything, make sure you talk to the manager, as they will always make it right. (I personally haven't any problems - but a few people I know had little things - but they were ALWAYS made right.) read more

Brought my van here to get a tire patched because Sam's Club tried to tell me I needed a new tire. They were very helpful, said that once they had it off to look at it they would let us know if it couldn't be patched. (Correct answer) Tire was able to be patched and it was free. Said it might take them and hour and a half - was quicker took less than an hour. Honest and straightforward. read more

Do not go to this Discount Tire. My 24yo daughter had a nail in her tire. Was told that it couldn't be fixed and she needed a new tire. And since her other front tire was worn, should get 2. I took it to Discount Tire in Weatherford and guy fixed it, no questions asked. Said tire had plenty of tread left on it. read more

My new mini suddenly showed unacceptable low pressure on the run flat tire so I drove slowly to discount tire camp Bowie, which was alarming since I was en route to s breakfast meeting near the airport and then a client drop off. With only 2400 miles on it, this was quite unexpected. Thankfully the DT camp Bowie crew here was super, and diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes, handled the repair promptly and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I will be coming here in the future for any tire issues, repairs or replacements - this group is fast professional and helpful. A quick thank you and shout out to the older gentlemen in the f150 who let me go ahead of him so I was first in line at 8 am to get me on the road to my meeting and the airport drop off as quickly as possible - amazing kindness and so so appreciated! read more

Purchased my tires here several months ago and was a decent experience. NothIng bad, nothIng great, just some new tires! I called them today at 12.37 and asked if I could bring my car in after 330 for a rotate and balance. I was told "not a problem, we will get you taken care of, we're here until 6." I get here at 3:50 with a line out the front door with only 2 techs checking in customers. Wait my turn and am told that there will be over a 2 hour wait! Had I been told that there would potentially be a long wait later in the afternoon I would have made arrangements to bring the car over and leave it. So here I sit and will have to wait for 2+ hours. Definitely will ask more questions next time and more than likely use a different location. This is bad customer service. read more
