Discount Tire - Screw in my tire. - Tires Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I had a great experience. I came in with a flat tire and they were very kind, spotted the screw immediately, and got me in line to get it fixed. I came at 5pm and the wait for the fix was about 45 mins. Great customer service!! If you're like me and haven't been before, the process is you park, go inside, and someone will come out with you to take a look at the problem tire. read more

They are always so nice here and often quick. I get my tires rotated and balanced here. I buy my tires from them because of their warranty and customer service here. Their prices are very reasonable too! I love that they don't try to sell me things that I don't need, so many places take advantage of people(especially women!) but they don't!! read more

This place is not worth the wait like they had a full line of people and decided to answer phone calls instead of helping the line like the people that are waiting in line should be helped first like they are the ones in the store waiting not the people on the phone read more

Staff members that waited on me were very pleasant & professional. This location is very clean - either newer or it's had a great face lift recently - the place has a great positive & welcoming vibe- will probably buy my next set of tires there. read more

I'm editing this review after hearing from the manager. While it was still ridiculous to wait 90 minutes for a 10 minute fix that was their fault, I appreciate him calling and apologizing. My husband is so much nicer than I am so he didn't say anything while he was there. He said there are 2 people you don't upset - the ones who fix your food, and the ones who fix your car. He's not wrong. LOL This is our go-to place and has been for 13 years. But today has changed my mind. My husband had his car in on Saturday (2 days ago) and had his tires rotated and balanced. On Sunday we found the tire weights laying on the garage next to his tire. So today he stopped in to have them fix their mistake. He arrived at 4:20 and it is now 5:25 and he's still waiting for them to even pull his car in. I understand that there were people there ahead of him but this is a simple 10 minute fix and should have been handled immediately. They have a don't care attitude and they're making him wait until all other customers have been seen. read more

The guys at this DT location took such great care of me and even stayed late to finish the job! Brandon, Perry and Travis are rock stars. They made my cranky mini van much happier again and got me exactly what I needed. I'll go out of my way to come here again. read more

I went in for a flat tire to get new one. Purchased brand new from them 5 months ago. It was irreparable as the hole was on the side not in the tread. I told them I want new tire, and my flat one was under warranty I purchased. They took my car right away. An hour later (too long) I asked about it and magically they said (not nicely) 5 more minutes. I drove away and a few hours later my tire light went on. I went back and realized my same side tire was flatter than flat. Manager told me they "repaired" my flat and did not put new tire on. So basically they risked my life by trying to get away with not putting a new one on. Also I lost wages because I should have been working. People be careful of them! Crooked! Sloppy slow and lazy!! And manager tried to shush me so other customers wouldn't hear. I told him to stop loudly. He also tried to tell me I had not purchased new tires since 2024. I have receipt for May 2025!! read more

I had a tire deflation issue and stopped by this shop since I was in the area, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They checked out my tire right away, identified the problem quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. The staff was incredibly respectful, friendly, and professional. You can tell they really care about their customers. Fast service, great people, and overall a fantastic experience -- highly recommend! read more

Lyndon took really good care of my jeep! I caught a nail on a road trip down to the coast and they handled it quick! Thanks again y'all!

I haven't had a problem! The people are nice, the car wash is amazing. The vacuums are great and they provide towels for drying plus an air hose and a water hose to clean your extra mats. read more

I don't know if this place offers the best price, but I just chose this place for my tire replacement because of good rating and short distance. I made an appointment but my service didn't start on time.. They said it will take about an hour to get my tire replaced, and it was done on time. The waiting area was clean compared to other locations I've been to. read more

They told me my tire was going to tear completely within the next three days. I ended up driving on it for the next year (still okay) with no problem at all went to a different tire shop. They said there was nothing wrong with it. If you're going here just make sure not to get sold on anything. They're pretty scummy. read more

Derek said he would have someone change my tire. Then he left for lunch and told no one about it. We waited over an hour until I changed my own tire and then they came out to help. I usually go in new braunfels and they are awesome. But here, very disappointing service. read more

Discount tire really helped me out and I purchased 2 tires and I will buy more. The sales persons at each place were the best. I went to Camp Bowie Blvd and the one on Alta Mesa Blvd in Fort Worth. Thank you guys. I really appreciate you. read more

Just dropped in to get a price and information on any upcoming promotion. Christopher showed me the tires I had been researching. He offered to look my tires over. He found 2 that were separating with bulges and even some major exterior rubber separation. It was pretty late in the day and I told Chris I could come back in Monday. I have all my trucks with Discount for years so he knew I'd be back. He said he would hate to see me drive any more on those separated tires especially in this heat. Chris said he'd get me in because I really needed to get off those separated tires; especially in this heat. He got it done and told me the new tires would resolve the steering wheel wobble as well. Chris was right and the wheel is solid and tight again. Thank you Discount for keeping good and knowledgeable experts like Chris. read more

I arrived with a flat tire and no appointment 10 minutes before closing. The facility was busy, but Sergio helped immediately and went above and beyond to squeeze in the repair. I came in for a simple tire rotation, since I forgot during my last oil change. The guys at the front who helped me out were very nice & respectful. Overall had a great experience, until I got home. There was damages to ALL FOUR WHEELS. I'm not sure if it was on purpose or accident but, any person should know to be extra careful when working on someone's car, other than theirs. I know these scratches were never there before, because I only got 1 other tire rotation, which was from Toyota, where I bought my car BRAND NEW, and they take special care of their cars. I also wash my car about once a week, and wipe my rims down, I'm sure I would notice it to the naked eye. Just be careful if you have aftermarket wheels/rims you care about, they could end up looking like mine. read more

Discount Tire - Always lots happening here - Tires Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

What can I say if you want to come here every other day to have something looked at on your tire because they can't figure out why it's constantly losing air. Then this is the place for you. Nothing ever gets done. Nothing never gets fixed. And you wait in the line for 30 minutes for air pressure. Unbelievable gonna start going to NTB. I'm done with this place. read more

Went in for a nail removal and patch but ended up needing 2 new tires. Jacob went above and beyond to assist in getting me exactly what I needed to get back up and going on the road without breaking the bank. Staff was friendly and the online check in was a simple easy process. Great experience and would recommend going back in the future for further tire needs. read more

I am a long time customer of Discount tire. They have price matched for me and overall have done a pretty good job. Just a couple little details I had an issue with. I purchased 4 new tires. When the job was completed, when I pulled out on the road and saw that my flat tire warning was not reset. I turned around and went back and they came out an reset everything. When I got home, both wheels on the passenger side were missing the valve stem caps. Seems like this should be standard when you purchase four new tires. Not a big deal but a little annoying. read more

Quoted an hour. 2 hours later, they still haven't begun. Overpriced and unfriendly . Came here last month and had similar experience. Gave them another shot and it was even slower. read more

Could not say enough good things about this location. I had an emergency flat, and they were so incredibly helpful since my tires have to be ordered. They tried multiple avenues and ultimately could not get a tire because I didn't have my wheel key, and they were ensuring that I would get home safely / trying to help me plan the best route with the condition of my tire. Would give them ten stars if I could. read more

Friendly staff and quick in and out. Had an appointment but got there little early, they had me in and out in 30 minutes: full set of tires! I've used Discount Tire in other cities which is why I chose to go here again , first time at this location but will definitely recommend and use again! read more

I cannot say enough about how well we were treated by Darryl Fields and the folks at the Bryant Irvin Discount Tire in Fort Worth, TX. My mother's Benz needed new tires and wheels, as they no longer made a tire that fit her particular aftermarket rims. Darryl was able to find a great option that was mindful of our needs and budget. The service was fast, professional, and easy for us to get everything taken care of. I would highly recommend using this location and will return here when I need tires for my Jeep. read more

And discount tire is back to doing what they do best! Great customer service, honesty and in these times- all while practicing social distancing and mask wearing. I made an early morning appointment before they could fall behind and was in and out in oh....probably about 30 minutes Only interacted with one employee who had no mask. I want to believe people are still trying to remember but when you are an employee it's kinda a big deal. ‍ read more

I brought my SUV in with a flat tire early in the morning. Brandon was the representative I worked with. He was amazing! He quickly got my vehicle assessed and they had my tire repaired within 15 minutes. I was so impressed! He was also very personable and listened and responded to all my questions. Definitely will use them again! read more

Very inconsiderate of their customers time. I arrived at 9:10 am to check the air in my tires, the kind attendant told me to pull up and check in because I have a slow leak. He pointed at the garage space and made it seem as if they'd get me right in there to patch my tire. So I went and checked in with Linc at the front desk, he put his hand out for my key, and gave me the impression they were getting right on it. I didn't even get to grab my bag and laptop before he ran off. At 10:00, I noticed my car was back in the same parking space. I asked if it was done, and he said no ma'am. Then I asked how much longer it would be, and he said it'll probably be an hour before they can get to it. Really? He rushed me for my key and then expected me to just wait around for two hours without even informing me of the wait time. Horrible service. And I've never written a bad review in my life. Linc needs some training in common courtesy and respect. Wasted my morning. read more

Hands down the best! I think you can count on good service at all DT, but this one is clean quick, and the bus customer service ever! Chris just made my day by going out of his way to fix an issue and when I got new tires earlier this month I was in and out in about 35 minutes. That's incredible.! Thank you!! read more

I don't often write reviews but I was so impressed with the Discount Tires on Bryant Irvin I had to give them credit for a great job! I set my appointment. I think this is a new service but maybe I just hadn't seen it before. Either way it was great. I pulled in and no more than 20 min. From start to Finish I was back on the road. The team worked like a pit crew at the racetrack. Beats spending hours like in the past. Hands down! read more

Customer service is top notch. I was shopping on a budget and Marcus took the time to help me see the big picture of spending a little more and getting excess quality. I know you are thinking it's was a high pressure sale, no it wasn't, it was his genuine concern to take the time to maximize the value of my hard earned dollars. I highly recommend this location. Update: I had a nail in my new tire and Bryce went above and beyond in making my experience better. I appreciate the team there at DT. read more
