I didn't have time at that moment but returned later in the day to have the tire checked. Because of the great warranty provided by discount tire, they were able to repair my tire at no charge! Totally worth the warranty. Not only that, but I arrived at 545 and they close at 6. There was no complaining, no come back tomorrow, no we don't have time to do that! I was greeted with several friendly faces and told it was no problem and they would fix it tonight. However, my TPMS regustered the tires pressure in all 4 tires. Their explanation was that it was it broke of and was rolling inside the tire. They stated they it didn't have to be connected to the valve stem to register the pressure in the tire. They broke it and then offered to replace it for $95. They broke it removing the old tire. I just wish they would have taken accountability and fixed as a reputable business should. After researching this and watching several tire removals, the installer has to be careful to avoid this. I'm never going here again. Please beware. When I asked them about it, they said that they could put it in the tire to allow it to roll around and register the pressure. He provided me with a quote and showed me options that he said would meet my needs. About four weeks later, I returned to place the order and put down a deposit. A week after that, I dropped my car off for installation. Later, I was informed that the front wheels would not fit properly because the ones ordered were too large. I was told they would need to order new wheels, and I assumed this meant all four would be replaced. I picked up my car and brought it back again a week later once the new wheels arrived. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and was told by around 2:00 PM that it was ready. At first glance, everything looked okay. However, after I paid and took a closer look, I noticed the tires didn't sit properly on the wheels. Since then, I've had to purchase two new rear tires (255/35R19) from Discount Tire, but even with the new tires, the fit still doesn't seem right. Now I have mismatched wheel sizes, which makes tire rotation difficult, and the overall setup is not what I originally requested. I never asked to move to a larger wheel size, and all four wheels still appear as though the tires are not seated (beaded) correctly. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to poor fitment, lack of clarity, and not delivering what was originally discussed.
