I scheduled my appointment yesterday, and as soon as I parked, I was greeted by the staff and told they were ready to install my tires. They also offered additional service options that went above and beyond my expectations. My tires were rotated as well, and given my current financial situation, I truly couldn't be more grateful to the management for their willingness to help. I've had my tires serviced here several times, and every experience has been outstanding. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the exceptional service they provide. Even on short notice, they're always willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them. read more

One of the better DT's I've been in, and I've been in a few over the last few months with tire sensors issues and nails in the brand new tires. This one looks like it's been around for a while, as the inside is a bit more "used" than others I've frequented lately. They open at 0800 yet I got there at 0730 with only one other person waiting. They waited till the exact time of 0800 to open any doors. However at that time there was a swarm of individuals that had arrived and started lingering to the doorway, luckily at least a few of the Red Shirts recognized who arrived first, and help me and the other lady out before the others. I was in and out in about 20 for a tire that was losing air. Good guys on site, they even tried to relearn my tire location for the TPMS system, tho it's still not functioning. It's beyond their capacity, as it's not all 4 sensors being dead. Close to my office, this will be where I go again. read more

I went here for four new tires for my Corolla. The service was fast and accurate. I did pay for the tire warranty and new windshield wiper blades. They also did the alignment which fixed the wear on all the tires. I had taken it to the dealer freeman Toyota hurst Tx when it was in warranty but they did not do a good job on the alignment and it ruined my tires after only 20k miles. read more

Nowadays I feel like I've been on-the-go with places to travel and people to see. But I couldn't get very far with my super worn-out tires. This is where Discount Tire came into service and came to my rescue! From my interactions and service I have received from Discount Tire, they have gained a loyal customer. This location and the one on S Cooper have treated me with respect and patience each time I have called or visited. I am actually currently writing this review from their waiting room! I am here because my tires are depleted. They were able to price match, the check-out process was seamless, and the changing of my tires was efficient and quick! So off I go - but this time safely with my brand new set of tires! read more

Been a DT customer since 2015, when I first bought a set of tires at this same store while on vacay. See, I'm from out of state but was visiting family in Arlington at the time. The service here convinced me DT is the place to go for tires so I've used them ever since for all my vehicles back home. This week I brought my elderly brother in for new tires. He enjoyed the discount for opening a credit account, and the manager patiently assisted bro with finding safe, value tires for a person who only drives a couple thousand miles annually. We road tested the tires yesterday on a trip to Austin and back. Very smooth and quiet, even when bro had an attack of leadfoot syndrome ( I did speak to him about that afterwards ). Thanks again Discount Tire! read more

They have outfitted my vehicles for years for a good reason. I love there staff too! I wish I could hire this type of employee, the best thing I can compare it to would be the customer service you get at Chick-fil-A. Thank you Taylor, Taylor and the gang! Yes there are 2 Taylors. read more

I have been a Discount Tire customer for many years. I went in today to have my TPMS sensors changed, tires balanced, and air pressure checked. Being on a tight budget, my sensors had been purchased online, and I was told there would be a charge for installation. While I understand this is a little over and above "maintenance", I still was not happy with the number of SETS of tires I had purchased here, AND referring friends. The manager Roel stepped in and saved the day. Unfortunately, the chances you take when buying online is non-compatability. The new sensors were not correct and they showed me the problem. Roel worked with me to come to a fair, economic solution I could live with. Thank you once again Discount Tire for renewing my faith and trust in you. read more

Wonderful customer service. Bought tires from them last year. Today had a flat tire they removed the nail and repaired it for free! Also many people were getting air pressure checked due to cold weather- again no cost. They get repeat business for sure. read more

Awesome service. Was taken care of very well by the guys. Good job Brandon and Alfonso

I bought my tires at another Discount Tire location in Arlington, but visited this one recently to get my tires rotated. This location is clearly the red-headed stepchild of the Discount Tire locations in Arlington. It is lacking in professionalism, a public restroom and customer service. The Store Manager, Assistant Manager and one of the tire technicians were basically kicking it in the private office and showroom cutting it up with each other while customers were waiting and 3 employees were burdened with the workload. Whenever I am in need of tires or rotation, I would steer clear of this location so I can experience better service. read more

I Like Discount Tire stores and will continue to use them. Just not this location. I took my BMW in to have new tires put on and the front office was friendly enough. I did see one of the techs turning his back to my car and was trying to donkey kick (back kick) my tire off the car. BMW rims a hard to take off at times but there is a proper way to do it and that was not it. When I got my car back there was dirt on the passenger side that was not there before. So I knew they were trying to cover something up. I quickly discovered that the donkey kicker had kicked my back fender and chipped my paint. That was a $600 fix that they paid for of course but it did not have to happen if they would have done it correctly. Stay away from these guys off Collins in Arlington. read more

The wait time seems to always be an issue. Good staff but they try to upscale you. Hard to get in and out due to location.

I unexpectedly found out I needed tires, and being your typical girl, I didn't really know where to start. I live very close to this location, so I thought I would go to them to get a quote. I was greeted by David and he was very friendly and helpful. He explained all the possibilities I could get, and why I should go with a 3-star tire. He explained everything in a way I could actually understand...don't forget, I'm your typical girl and don't know much about cars. After deciding to go with a 3-star Yokohama, they pulled my car in and got to business. I waited about 20 minutes, and when it was pulled to the front, David noticed that they put on a different Yokohama tire than what I paid for. He apologized for the mixup and said it would be fixed quickly. A few minutes pass by and he comes to inform me, because of the mixup they were putting on Michelin tires! I was very surprised and very grateful! I will continue to go back for any tire needs. read more

I never bought tires here. I always buy them from Goodyear, but I should go back to buying them online and save some money and get more selection, but I don't. This is my go to place for getting air in my tires, FOR FREE!!! They have awesome service. They were even closed and since there were cars in the bay the fella went ahead and filled my tires, w/o even mentioning to me that they were closed. The only way I knew they were closed is I asked the fella: "What time do you close?" And he said, With a smile:" We closed at 6:30 PM. His mamma raised him right!!! read more

It's been two (2) years since I purchased a full set of tires from here so I thought I'd update my previous review! Stuck on side of highway with shredded RV tire and they wouldn't send anyone out to help

They were super helpful and thorough. I appreciated them when I walked in with no appointment due to a nail in my tire. Thank you.

I called this place to see if they patch tires and how much it would be because I suspected I had a nail in my tire and this was in the area. The man was nice over the phone and said it was free of charge. I arrived within 20 minutes and was attended to pretty promptly. He looked at my tire and pointed out the nail. He then measures the tread on my tire and I notice one spot in the front measured yellow and the rest was green, then he went back and measured the yellow and said he couldn't service the tire because it was illegal and tried to sell me a new tire. NOT EVEN THE ENTIRE TIRE HAD LOW TREADING, and also, it's a free service, so why can't you just patch it for me and let me be on my way? I declined the new tire because I knew the condition of my tire wasn't terrible and honestly I know where I can find a better deal. He then offers to put air in it since they won't patch it. Another man puts air in the tires and sends me on my way. Two days later, I notice that TWO of my tire caps were missing and not placed back on my tires. WHAT THE HELL. Save yourself and go to a private owned shop where the workers are helpful, friendly, and return your vehicle the way they found it. read more
