The guy came right out & looked at it, he said I can replace the bumper & gave me a quote however, he said if I was more worried about the scratches he could see if some of it would come off with a clothe; I literally thought no way I've been through the car wash & I already tried myself. He came over with some solution & a clothe & most of it came off. I have a small little scratch you can barely see but it's almost good as new. I promise no way would I ever imagine that it would be that simple & I know other places would have quoted me a crazy number knowing that is all it would take. When I asked how much & tried to pay, he said no way, I just wiped it...no big deal...I don't want to take advantage of your misfortune. I will never forget this place & I will refer everyone I know. Her little car is from Illinois, and it's got some rust issues underneath it. They did the work, even though some of the bolts had to be cut, and they had to take it somewhere else for this to be done. This is a small, hole-in-the-wall place tucked behind a used car lot, and I'm thinking they might not have the equipment of a bigger garage. That might explain some of the dissatisfaction of other reviewers, since folks seem to love them here, or hate them. That being said, we went for the inspections, and they were courteous, quick, and professional. My car is new enough it only needed a safety inspection, and they charged seven dollars. They could have charged me for the whole deal, but were honest in this price. The A.C. in the office blew cold the whole time we waited, which was not long at all. I'm sure there are much fancier places, where we could sit and sip latte's, but here they did the job, didn't charge for extras, and we were on our way. It took us longer to find the place, than it did for the inspections.

They tried to scam me…read more I went in for an oil change like I've done before here. Then Kwik Kar did other basic car checks like testing my battery. They told me my battery was at 12% and would die soon. They tried to scam me to get $200 out of me for a new battery that I didn't need. I know because the battery was less than a year old. Worried though, I went to check it at an auto store. They told me my car battery was fine and at 100%. Now I can never trust them again if they lie about a simple battery. It's extremely upsetting. It got me stressed and wasted my time getting it checked out someplace else. Unfortunately, the auto store said they seen this a lot. I will attach pictures below of the battery test they (Kwik Kar) presented and the auto store presented. Please don't go here. Especially if you're a woman! They'll try to take advantage of you.

I chose Caliber Collision because their reviews looked okay and they're in a convenient location for me. I've worked with another nearby place in the past and I didn't have the greatest experience, so I was hesitant in general... not looking forward to the whole process! BUT I was super pleased with how everything worked out. From my first call to schedule appointment, to dropping off my car, to picking it back up -- everything went quickly, smoothly, and the customer service was so great. First of all, a receptionist named Tracy was extremely warm and welcoming.. I felt taken care of from the get-go. She really made me feel secure and positive. Then my service advisor, Jason, went over my car and damages with me and let me know exactly what would happen with an estimation of when the work would be finished. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready by Friday. Caliber stayed in touch with me via text (you can select text/phone/email) the whole time, so there were no surprises or questions about what to expect. When I picked up my car it was sparkling clean inside and out! So so nice. Jason went over with me again what was done to the car, and gave me an itemized bill with all the details.
