Sooo, not too long ago I backed my car into a cement barrier/wall/thing in a parking garage... embarrassing. I broke my taillight and put a significant dent in my bumper and it wasn't pretty! I filed a claim through my insurance and was connected with 3 local body shops. I chose Caliber Collision because their reviews looked okay and they're in a convenient location for me. I've worked with another nearby place in the past and I didn't have the greatest experience, so I was hesitant in general... not looking forward to the whole process! BUT I was super pleased with how everything worked out. From my first call to schedule appointment, to dropping off my car, to picking it back up -- everything went quickly, smoothly, and the customer service was so great. First of all, a receptionist named Tracy was extremely warm and welcoming.. I felt taken care of from the get-go. She really made me feel secure and positive. Then my service advisor, Jason, went over my car and damages with me and let me know exactly what would happen with an estimation of when the work would be finished. I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready by Friday. Caliber stayed in touch with me via text (you can select text/phone/email) the whole time, so there were no surprises or questions about what to expect. When I picked up my car it was sparkling clean inside and out! So so nice. Jason went over with me again what was done to the car, and gave me an itemized bill with all the details. Everything was made so easy and I genuinely felt I was in good hands. I typically have a lot of anxiety and skepticism with stuff like this, but Caliber made me comfortable from the start. Unfortunately my car was rear ended, but fortunately this location had the earliest time to bring my car in for repairs. Both Angel (front area) and Charles (mechanic) were extremely friendly and communicative. With the dreaded supply chain issues it took longer than normal but it's understandable and my car looks great. There was a timy overspray section and I hadnto leave for another appointment but Charles said to bring it in any time and they would quickly wipe it off. read more

The people who work here probably all know me by now, especially when I had come back twice in 1 month and at least once a year. I blame it on the terrible combination of me having bad luck with driving and being an asian female driver. I do think it's more of the bad luck with driving tho Their customer service here is excellent. The front desk ladies are very nice and friendly. I like the fact that they text you about once a day to keep you updated on the status of your vehicle, and call twice a week to give you an update as well in case you might have some questions you'd like to ask. They get the job done fairly quickly (sometime I hope it'd take longer so I can enjoy the free nice rental car I get...), however, it's been at least couple times now that I got my car back and there'd be some minor problems with it like missing registration sticker on my windshield, or both of my tail lights are out. Good thing they were always quick and happy to fix it for me when I brought the car back in. I just hope they're more careful and do a more thorough check to make sure everything is good to go before returning it to the owners. Hopefully I don't have to worry about getting my car fixed again anytime soon, but if I do, more than likely I'll be coming back here since my insurance works directly with the shop, and it's so convenient with the big Enterprise by the Cowboys stadium coming straight here to pick you up, and on the day that you get your car back, you can simply drop the car off at Caliber Collision without having to drive it to Enterprise. 2 birds 1 stone. read more

At the end of September, I scheduled an appointment to have my bumper replaced in early October. I asked twice if the appointment was for an estimate or for repairs and was told it was for repairs since they would honor a previous estimate. Upon drop off, I was informed the appointment was actually only for an estimate and THEY would email ME in a week to schedule the repairs. TWO WEEKS LATER WITH NO CONTACT, I call them and am told that the first available appointment is December 3rd. I booked the appointment even though I was disappointed to have to wait more than another month for repairs that were slated to be done at the beginning of October. Today I come in to drop off my truck and am now being told that they booked the repairs for January 3rd, not December 3rd per our phone conversation, and they are refusing to honor the December appointment. Maybe their repair skills are up to par but I'm not waiting another month to be given more excuses by the office. Waiting three months for a simple repair, alone, is barely acceptable. Being given the runaround multiple times is definitely not acceptable. read more

This place deserved to be on USAA's approved collision contact list! Angel was fantastic, professional, and personable. There were some issues W/ paying them that I overlooked and failed to pay them fully on time, and they were patient in contacting us, and only today, we paid them after three months! With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I overlooked it, believing it was paid, but the check received from our insurance company reminded me that I hadn't. If you're going to go online and give bad reviews, you could give a good one and own up to it when it's the other way around. I highly recommend this place to service your vehicle, but I'd caution you in expecting them to do what they did for us. God was indeed in the details. read more

Nobody likes getting into an accident, but when I do, I ALWAYS go to a Caliber Collision. I was able to bring my car in the next day. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Jason was the man in charge of my repairs and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would receive 1-2 calls per week just to update me. And, he would specifically make sure to contact me before the weekends. My car ended up being completed earlier than estimated and it looks BEAUTIFUL. I feel like my car is brand new again and I absolutely LOVE their lifetime warranty on all repairs. 100% recommend! read more

This body shop improved my car and my car problems. The manager at this establishment provided me with all my needs. They seemed to have lots of solutions to my problems that I faced with my vehicle. In my opinion I believe that Caliber Collision has one of the best mechanic teams! They offer many other things than just fixing cars, they offer air conditioning, WiFi , television , bottled water, snacks and popcorn. I dropped my car off over 3 weeks ago. I heard from them 1 time until I started calling myself. First they tell me after a week it's been there they had to order a part. A week later no phone call so I called and they told me their having to paint and once the bumper is on they will put that ordered part on. Another week past so I called, they said" we thought we had the chrome part and hes meeting with his parts guy to see when it will come in. This place had over 3 weeks to figure this out. They lie when you call, they dont let you know what's going on. I wouldn't reccomend this place to no one. I dont even see how their getting 5 stars read more

It took two weeks for them to complete the work because they had to do it twice to get it right. More troubling was that my pouch of quarters for car washes (around $5.00) was emptied and there was trash left in my truck. I would give a lower rating except I was satisfied with the final product, but I will never take another vehicle to this shop read more

There weren't a lot of reviews out there on auto repair shops in my area so I thought I'd help the next person out here. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision Center in Arlington off of Division. This was my first experience with an autobody shop. I was hit by another driver so it all went through their insurance, so as far as price goes I have no idea how competitive they are. Benito was my case manager, he was great, very thorough and told me exactly what to expect. I received email updates daily and a personal phone call from Benito for each stage of the progress. I got my truck back earlier than expected. They said 4-5 days, I had it back in 3. The work was excellent as well. I was amazed it looked better than brand new. All in all, excellent experience. The staff at Caliber Collision was very professional. From the moment I stepped in to their shop I felt very confident that this was a place that I would want my car to get worked on. They explained the work that had to be done with great detail and I got the estimate for the repairs. It was very reasonable for all the work to be done. The repairs were completed on time and when I picked up my car I was very impressed! The car looked like new! Would not recommend this location to anyone I know or do not know. Brought my 2011 mini cooper in for service after an accident just before Halloween. Was advised before Christmas my car was ready. After heading to the location to get my vehicle there was multiple car parts missing such as multiple internal trim, plastic part from the vehicle laying inside the engine bay, outside bumper parts and lower air dam..After requesting the car be fixed again I waiting until January 1st. Upon getting my car the 2nd time I still had parts not put back on the car which required me to leave the car longer. The work completed was minimal at best and not completed on the 1st or 2nd time correctly. I have spend $50 of my own dollars after taking the car back to fix items which should have been done on the 1st repair. This place is a joke and clearly does not have a good quality control process. read more

My car was a victim of a hail storm this spring, and the damage was bad...so bad that I didn't think that it would end up being repaired. The windshield- gone. The back window- gone. The roof and hood both looked like a golfball. The side mirrors were busted up. If it was metal and part of the car's exterior, it got beat up bad. With my car in that bad of shape, I was nervous when I got the news that my insurer was going to have the car repaired. However, Caliber did a great job getting it back to me in one piece. They were up front with me about the amount of time they expected the repairs to take and the overall repair process. While the shop was waiting on all of the replacement parts to arrive, they updated me at least weekly. Once the repairs began, they were in touch several times a week to let me know how the work was progressing. I have my car back, and I am very pleased with their work. The new paint job came out great, and there are no weird rattles or vibrations. This is about as close as it gets to the hail storm never happening. My insurance sent me to this location my experience when I called was less than pleasing to be honest it was almost disrespectful the woman on the phone was extremely rude and acted as if she did not have time to make me an appointment. I decided not to schedule and appointment because of this reason. My insurance ended up making an appointment for me and when I went in I was pleasantly surprised that I encountered a completely different person up front than the person that I talked to at first. Courtney was incredibly sweet and went out of her way to meet my needs (offering water, coffee, snacks ect.) I will definitely be back when I am ready to have repairs done on my car! I was very happy with my experience here. After the recent hail storm, my tow truck driver said the gates at my local caliber were locked, even though I had an appointment (really??). After I called around, this was the only location that would help me out. I was in a panic because all my windows were destroyed. Yes, there was a couple day delay in getting to my car, but they always communicated a timeline to me up front and explained it was due to the giant influx from the hail storm. They helped me through the insurance process (this took weeks) and everyone I met with was very nice. The car ended up totaled due to hidden damage - it was only in thanks to how thorough they were at checking it out and making sure my car was going to be returned like new. read more

This is a place that definitely stands out from its competition. I have not been there for anything major, just had scuffs buffed out. But from looking at the place and observing the staff, the place is top notch. One person in particular is Benito Paredes. I brought in my 2011 Hyundai Elantra for repairs. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any collision and body shop. They did nothing help and nothing was done to my car. I had to pay for two days of rental just to have my car looked at. They had me contacting the insurance company for the written estimate. Hello, I am customer it not my job to be contacting the insurance company for paper work that you need. They had all the information for the insurance company and did nothing to car for the two days. They did not bother to update me at all had to call every time to get an update. If I were you I would take it to service king or some other place that is more professional. They do not even deserve a star. Stay away. read more

I, as recently as April 28th 2017, dropped my damaged vehicle off to the Arlington, Tx Division Street location. I was advised by my insurance company, that this was the preferred provided to complete the repairs on my vehicle. This is the second time, I have had this location to make repairs on a vehicle of mine. With no problems the first time, I certainly didn't anticipate any problems this time. Much to my dismay, this has turned out to be a complete DISASTER! I picked my car up on May 19th, this is where everything changes! On June 18th, my vehicle completely stopped running. Turns out the hose to my transmission, was not placed on properly, allowing debris to get into the transmission. I called Ron my adviser, who advised me they would get it taken care of as soon as possible. They picked my car up on Monday June 19th, I get a call on Tuesday June 20th saying they had repaired the issue and we should be good to go. I picked my car up that afternoon, and the very next day June 21st, the same problem. My car would not shift into any gear nor move! They again, tow my car to a repair shop. I consult my Insurance Company, as well as Ron with Caliber Collision and instead of direct answers, I've been given the run around. My insurance company is stating this issue happen in the repairs, (mind you, I was able to drive my vehicle 280 miles from San Antonio, where the accident happen to my home in Arlington, plus another week from the 22nd of April until the 28th of April, when they could get me in) without any transmission issues. I get my vehicle back from repairs now I'm having a problem with no solution. My car has been at the shop since the 21st of June, with no rental, due to my Insurance Company stating the claim is paid, no not part of the collision, yet the repair. I called on Caliber Collision on Friday June 23rd only to be told they are awaiting my insurance company to approve them opening up the transmission to "see" what the problem may be. This is after, I had been told by my insurance company, that this is not a collision issue, but a repair issue and they have informed Caliber Collision of that. I called to speak back to Ron, and who wasn't available, so Benito (location manager) came to the phone. I proceed to advise him of what I was told, he informs me he was not made aware of this. Now this is the second time, my vehicle has had to come back to your location for repairs, and you are not aware of what's going on. That to me is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and not what a customer should be hearing, who has now been without their vehicle for a week. So much for restoring my rhythm of life. I was advised by Benito, that he had to get his Regional manager on Monday (which is today) to see what the next steps are. Another Monday, I am without a vehicle, with no information or answers as to what is going to happen next. I have been extremely patient and understanding, but at this point I need actions, and I need them immediately. As of today, I have no rhythm of life and no way to get around about my life. If this is great service after a guarantee of service, then I certainly would hate to see what poor customer service would be. read more

This location does great work BUT, make sure you remove ALL of your belongs from your vehicle and triple check your vehicle when you pick it up. I had old insulation installed/swapped out from an old car to my newer car. After noticing it, I informed the manager, he took car of what his employees did but I will not return or recommend this location due to mischievous employees. read more

Recently had my van in this facility for repairs. The paint match was excellent but that's where the good news ends. They left the valve cap off of a tire that had been deflated in the accident. The bumper cover wasn't lined up where it mated to the front fender. Their was grease all over the drivers side area (floor board/steering wheel/shift lever/kick plate). To top it off they stole things out of my glove box. A nice knife my wife bought me for my birthday with a nice yellow lanyard she made for it an and LED Larry light. Plus a pair of gloves. I do not recommend them. When I brought the missing items to the managers attention he said he would pay for the missing items but blamed it on the tow truck company who picked my vehicle up. I watched the tow truck driver put it up and followed him to make sure it was delivered to the proper location which is just down the street from where I live. read more
