Lack of transparency is the reason for this bad review. Decisions pertaining to what goes on with a vehicle should be decided by the owner and/or the insurance company. I want my vehicle to come out with ALL pieces fixed and if for some reason it cannot, this should be conveyed to the customer for course of action to come. In my case I noticed I was missing a wheel well trim on the unaffected side of the vehicle, calling to find out the piece apparently "broke" and was thrown away and that this specific part had been discontinued... the only recourse was a "ugly black color" piece as stated by Moses the associate and admitted executive it seems. Moving forward, the piece is now missing from my car and unbenknowst to me until today which was followed by an unfortunate call and an even more unfortunate review. Hopefully this review can prevent this for future customers spending potentially thousands or maybe serve as evidence to others which may have experienced the same thing. read more

STAY AWAY!!! Moses is unprofessional and rude! He obviously cares more about money not helping people. Bad experience from the start! I received a recommendation to this service center via the insurance company handling my claim for repairs after an accident. I Set an initial appointment for an estimate and was given the run around to get in for repairs. Front desk guy, David, came out and gave me a printed estimate. Month long wait for repairs! Waited a month and now they are telling insurance company they never gave me an estimate and that it would be another month before they could give me a estimate (which I already had) Shady and Scam of a business! BEWARE!!! Even State Farm has written a report on this business! I opted out of taking my car here and I'm glad I did!! read more

I had a good experience with this repair shop. The only issue I'm not completely satisfied with was the rental car. There was a major disagreement between them and the insurance over who was supposed to schedule it, in the end, no one did. I had to jump through hoops myself to get it. Anyway, the repairs were fast and they kept me informed the whole time. I received a call twice weekly and automated texts almost daily. So far, so good on the repairs. It looks great, and I don't have any complaints. Also, they say they give you a lifetime warranty on everything they do. So that's all a good thing. They need to figure out the rental car thing to make sure their customers are totally satisfied and have a less stressful experience. read more

I had auto body work done here before and it came out excellent. When I called today the women that answered the phone was rude and literally laughed at my question. I think she needs to be educated and informed about the business. Therefore they just lost my business today. My insurance is waiting for me to tell them what shop to tow to. Went here for a quote for collision work. Even after telling the office worker multiple times that I was paying cash, she still attempted to get me to put in an insurance claim. Also the quote was for two grand more than every other place, and the worker still said that the final price could be more because there was more damage than they could see. She even tried to put extra repairs on the quote that I didn't need, including something I already got repaired six months ago. I needed a repair badly, so I was about to just pay for it, but then she quoted that I needed a new tire and at that point I just left (All of my tires are good as the car is barely a year old). At that point I knew the place just wanted money. I ended up taking my car to another place and it was half as cheap, done fast and they only performed the work that was necessary. read more

This is the absolute worse place you can take your vehicle to be repaired. My vehicle experienced hail damage from the resent storms in the DFW area. I brought my car in and they said they'd take care of everything well... it's a month later and my car hasn't been touched ! Nothing was done and there excuse was the my insurance company didn't call them back for a supplemental payment they wanted. Throughout the month they had my car they never contact me I had to call them and sometimes They wouldn't even call me back . I brought our car to Auto Nation Collision on Cooper St. and had horrible customer service. The lady at the front desk seemed like she hated her job and was the most unfriendly person I ever met. I walked out the door and went on the computer and found DFW Collision. My wife went there the next day since I was at work and they took care of everything. They treated her like family and the repair looks perfect. I went with her to pick up her car today and I was amazed at how friendly and personable they were. They now have a customer for life.
