Upon entering you're greeted with friendly staff and offered a drink. They have a mini fridge posted and a coffee station posted on the left side as you walk in. Cause everyone knows you need a cup of coffee and a deep breath when dealing with car accidents, insurance, and bs. Unlike most places, EAW does not rip you off with outraged prices. This is probably one of the most, if not the most, reasonable priced auto shop that I've came across. Thanks to my yelpers of course, kuddos to you guys! Now beware of the photos please, yes I know there was some damage done. And it's not completely restored yet, but stopped by on a whim to check out how it was doing...before and after photos are posted! I asked the owner, "so what do guys do here?" Their simple response, "Anything with cars." I'll take it! Anything from, wheel lifts to powder coating, and paint jobs to insurance claims. Not only is this place a life saver for your car, it's also a huge headache suppressant with the whole insurance things. Mind you I'm a girl who knows nothing about cars but I've gotten a few quotes at s few auto shops and I will say that I saved a couple of hundreds coming here. They definitely have a team over here and is very well coordinated. It's no where near a mess and things are very organized here. I can see everything going on in the garage from the inside lounge. I see what tools they're using, and I may not work with cars but I do know a thing about tools and they do use tools of quality. The place is also really clean, and the restroom is also really clean as well. Nothing irks me more than waiting around for your car in an unsanitary place where you feel so uncomfortable. They value their customers here and our time. Can't go wrong with a steal like this. This is our car were talking about here, the second thing we use the most almost everyday. First is our phone of course. They know what they're doing here, however this place can be easy to miss. But when your GPS tells you to turn then just turn!! It's hidden in the back behind the smaller buildings. Once you turn you can't miss it cause it's a big black building. I'll definitely be back! After hearing positive experiences and having a family member refer me, I knew they were the perfect crew to install my new Apexi N1X exhaust on my RC F. They completed the job at a reasonable cost and time frame- I'm fully satisfied with the experience. I even told them at 10:30pm the previous night that the next day would be the only day for quite awhile I could run by and have the exhaust installed; they met my request, something most shops wouldn't be able to do. I never make reviews, but I feel that the guy who did work on my car deserved every bit of it! Just got my IS350 bumper painted as well as the rest of the front end by Minh! He went above and beyond in helping me and I've also had work done on my dad's Honda Oddessy too, also by Minh! The work is top notch and got my car back in a timely manner which was crucial cause I do a lot of driving for work.
