This was two days before Thanksgiving 2024 and after a couple weeks went by receiving no communication, I posted a review on Google still no phone calls. I reached out to them YET AGAIN after another week and instead of communicating about my vehicle she wanted to argue about the bad review I left stating they attempted to call me. I printed out my phone logs just to further prove my point that during this entire fiasco they have attempted to call me only once. I sat in their office having a face-to-face conversation with them stating that the cosmetics mean nothing to me I need my vehicle to operate mechanically and safely just as it did before I was hit. Weeks go by and still no word. Once again I call them and I was told was that they completed cosmetic work prior to even looking at the mechanical work and were still waiting to assess the mechanical portion. On what planet would a mechanical shop perform cosmetic work prior to any mechanical work?! What if the car is totaled? I mean, I'm just a mechanic too, What do I know? We have now started a brand new year. It's a week in to 2025 and the last time I have heard about my car was at the beginning of December. If you want your car fixed correctly and in a timely manner, do not bring your car here.. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies. Lessons learned.

Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. I spoke to a guy over the phone the day before to inform him what was possibly the problem and he recommend to me to bring my car to the shop so he could perform a diagnostic test to find the problem. The diagnostic was complete assumingly and my husband left this shop with charge of $250 with No actual repair besides closing the sunroof and unplugging a cord that was connected to my power button to control the sunroof. Now, I will need to get another diagnostic test with details and additional fees to repair the sunroof. Thank you for the little service that was given and I will NEVER return to this place. For future customers make sure you are careful with your car and look out for their underhanded prices. #HaveAGoodDay

I had originally ended up over off of Merrill St. at 2521 Ste 101 but thankfully they kept answering their phone and even though it was close to 5 PM they got me over to their new location that they've been at for quite a while now on Indian Trail off of Royal Ln. Gated facility they buzzed me through, I parked my daughters car which is a 2003 Mercedes C230K And the young gentleman (I'm in my 60s so everyone's young to me), Greeted me with enthusiasm and informed me that it would be $150 check out fee and that if I needed to bring it back that they would apply that into the overall repair cost. Well within less than an hour they had the sunroof working recalibrated and good-to-go for about 1/2 of what the dealer (who couldn't schedule me in until the next week anyways) quoted me. They cleaned up the tracks and greased up everything and showed me how well it worked and although my wallet took a hit I'm just glad to have gotten it fixed for my daughter [finally]. Maybe because it's a Mercedes (although 20 years old) everybody thinks you've got too much money to spend? I don't know but I'm just happy that it was done and hopefully it will last for a while. I'm very happy I found the service and it was a wreck on mend it to me by Steve Crowley Services.
