I am so impressed with the professionalism, service, and quality at Value Collision. A few weeks ago, I rear ended a brand-new Ford Bronco, luckily no one was hurt and the Bronco still looked brand new afterwards. My Toyota Highlander on the other hand was pretty smashed up, to the point where initially after looking at the photos - my insurance company said that more than likely they would be paying me for the entire vehicle instead of repairing it. I guess they assumed the repairs would cost them more than paying me for what my vehicle was worth. After the insurance expert evaluated and estimated that the vehicle was repairable and that it would cost them less than what my vehicle was worth they offered to have it repaired at a shop of their choice or mine. I had damage on the side of my Dodge Challenger and it was a major eye sore. I contacted Geico to file a claim without having a body shop in mind and they attempted to low ball my damage thinking that I wanted to just pocket the funds rather than fixing my vehicle. The reviews were impressive but at the time I was really just trying to get a better look and estimate for Geico. I came to this place reading yelp and google reviews and in the first meeting itself with Gabby I realized I made the perfect choice . She is very polite and helpful and assured me that my car will be fixed in time. Gabby kept me posted with all updates as the work started on my car and she and her team did a mind blowing job . I had to travel after a week when I handed over my car and I was rest assured with the service I received in my first visit . Gabby gave me a ride back home as well as I live close by . A few minutes later they had a tow truck pick up my car and they gave me a timeline of when I could expect M45 back! They really went the extra mile to make me comfortable that I was in good hands. Walter even came to my office to pick up the insurance check and drove out of his way to meet me at a bank to have it signed by the note holders just to save time on the repair. Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headaches. Didn't fix my car right the first time. Took it back thinking that it would be done right the second time around. Nope. Took my rental car back and was stuck with a broken car. Weeks later and still have a broken car. Had an appointment for a third attempt and no response. I have just given up and will have to come out of pocket to get it fixed right by someone that is competent enough and cares to do the job. Took the money and left me stuck. I had terrible experience taking my car here. Not only was I extremely overcharged, which is ironic due to the name of the place, but I later discovered they didn't do a very good job in fixing the damage. When my bumper fell off a few weeks after I had taken it to Gabriela at value collision I took it to a body shop my insurance recommended and they told me there was some previous damage that hadn't been properly fixed. My advice is don't go to these smaller collision repair places, stick with the ones the insurance companies work with. read more

I went to Value Collision Center based on reviews I read on here and I wasn't disappointed. Gabriella, the owner, was so helpful. On the phone at almost 5pm we decided I could take my car to her the next morning and I told her I'd have hurry due to another appt that day and she took care of everything that evening by calling the rental company and negotiating with them for me and with my insurance since I sent the estimate over that night via email it went so quick and she sent for and paid an uber car to take me to the rental company which wasn't far from my house and they were expecting me thanks to Gabi, she even got me an upgrade at a good price. My car was ready sooner than I expected due to the extensive damage and it looks great! Gabriella had to play hard ball with my insurance company trying to make sure I got the good parts and not the second hand parts my Ins was trying to push on her and even with items left off of the original estimate by my Ins who only walked around the car without digging deeper so they missed some stuff and she made sure they covered everything. After crumpling one of the 'crumple zones' on my Infiniti G35, I was worried the car wouldn't look or feel right again. I found VCC on the internet, the only place with 5 star reviews, and contacted Gabriela. I got prompt service and a great quote on repairs that beat the dealership AND other shops as well. The workmanship is excellent! All the panels, doors, hood, etc line up PERFECTLY, like new, with no hint of being in a collision. I was worried about the driver's door, which wouldn't open, but after repair I cannot tell it was damaged at all!
