Part of my bumper tore off and airbags went off on my new Honda Civic in a minor fender bender. Fortunately, I found G & M collision center and they fixed it up to look brand new again. Unlike other body shops, Don worked with me to get all original Honda OEM parts. They also did a great job with the color match on the paint. I compared photos with when I first purchased the car and it looks the same now. They did a great job! Don is a great communicator, and I highly recommend them. read more

This business is fabulous. Firstly, they do excellent work. But even more importantly to me, they treat their customers with great respect and dignity . Their owner, Don, is a Christian and he runs the business that way--treating his customer as he would want to be treated himself. I can't imagine going anywhere else for this kind of need. read more

I called G&M to see if they could help me. My car needed a new fender and front bumper cover after a small collision. I purchased the parts to try to install them myself. I got the fender installed but had trouble with installing the fender liner and aligning the bumper cover correctly. Since I already had the parts, I had hoped they could just finish the job I'd started. When I called, the manager told me they don't work with customer-supplied parts and definitely don't finish jobs a customer started. I am okay with having a policy explained to me as a reason to not accept my business, but his tone of voice and inflection were rude and condescending. Because of his attitude, I will never call G&M again, even if I wanted a shop to perform a repair. read more

Whenever I need to have body work done on my car, G&M is ALWAYS where I go! Don is fair, honest, and very personable. The work done there is quality. He goes to bat for you to make sure insurance takes care of everything that is needed. And it speaks volumes that my insurance adjustor said multiple times that he loves working with Don at G&M! I've used G&M for over a decade, and it's truly the only place I'll ever go! read more

My son was hit by an uninsured driver in Austin while driving his .Miata MX-5, hit on the right side and forced into the center median, scraping the left side. Pretty messed up. He asked me where to take it and I said bring it to Arlington and G&M. Why? Because Don cares about your car. He will fight the insurance company to get the car back to it's pre-crash condition with quality parts. It wasn't drivable so it came up on a transport. It was a mess. For this car, he had every wheel reconditioned from the scrapes. He fixed all the dents, punctures and broken plastic. Today, we got the car back and it is BEAUTIFUL! Just incredible. No better place to take your car for body damage. read more

About three weeks ago, I took my 2018 F-150 to G&M Collision shop to have Don repair the serious front end damage on my truck. I tell you the truth, he fixed my pickup and now it looks brand new. They did exceptional quality work on my vehicle and I am totally satisfied. It didn't take a long time either. I will always take my vehicle there as my first choice. Don really tried to make sure that you are totally satisfied. read more

Fast & thorough, G&M repaired my car to perfection, even detailing the interior before returning it to me. They worked with the insurance company & minimized the impact of the repair time by keeping me informed of the repair staus. They are the best in the business. read more

Had service done a couple weeks ago. Work was completed before it was promised, looks like new and 1/3 the price of the dealership! Thank you for a job well done! read more

Best experience I have ever had at a body shop. Don was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make my repair as affordable as possible. He was very communicative throughout the whole process of ordering the part and updating me on the cost. I would recommend G & M to anyone. read more

This is always our place of choice for any and all auto repairs. We have also referred many people to G & M. While we don't live close by, we only use G & M. The owner, Don, is 100% ethical, has integrity and truly works with every customer to make sure they are completely satisfied and for the lowest cost available. Don is a good friend. We would never go anywhere else. read more

Absolutely awesome. Good honest people. Will always go back . Without doubt the best place I've been to for car needs. Trust me, this is the best place to go to get your car fixed. read more

This is more of a review of Mr. Don, the owner, than the shop itself - because he's an example of a business owner who does it right. Not just cordial and friendly, but will try to problem solve and is patient with us as we tried to repair a side door hinge of our van. It turns out that the wrong type of aftermarket weatherstripping can create force necessary to shift the angle of the hinge, so they did the best they could to diagnose the problem and readjust it given the thickness of the strip. After the initial adjustment, Don's been very helpful with our return visits to reset the hinge after new weatherstripping was installed that helped the door to close easier. When he says he will call you back, he does! Will definitely be a repeat customer, if/when we have any more bodyshop related repairs. read more

Listen, I never write reviews.. but as everyone has said before me, Don is one of a kind. I haven't even gotten my car repaired but just off of my first interaction, this place is worthy of 5 stars. I got into an accident last night and have been looking at repair centers that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. When I told Don I was paying out of pocket, he took that into consideration and gave me an honest price without trying to haggle me for more. As someone that knows nothing about cars, he explained everything in terms that I could understand. Also... he said he could have the car done in a week!!! I cannot express how grateful I am to have come across this place from the reviews! 10/10 would recommend to any and all that need repairs done!!! read more

Hands down the best collision repair! The owner is really trustworthy and very honest. I have taken my cars here 4 times between damage and hail. I'll be back if I need repair again! read more

Fabulous service! Reasonable prices! Not only did Don make sure that the quality of work was stellar, he also put up with my weird schedule. Very accommodating. He has a genuine interest in people and the quality of his service. I cannot make enough positive comments about this place. They even finished the job faster than expected. Just amazing! read more

Don was polite and professional. The work done on my car was completed in good time and was excellent quality. This was my first visit so I was concerned about the workmanship; i am very happy and would return again if I ever need more body work. I was also happy to hear two other customers tell me as i was waiting to pick up my car that they were 'return customers' because of the excellent work they had received before on other occasions. I have a Scion FRS and the wind had caught my door and put a dent in it hitting a metal pole. The repair is not noticable, paint work matches and one could not tell any repair had been done, very happy! The pricing was very reasonable. read more

I needed some repairs on my truck and stopped by G and M collision and right after I met Don the owner I knew this is where I wanted to get my repairs. He was very helpful finding the right parts and communication was great , he explained to me about aftermarket parts and saved me a bunch of money. When I came to pick up my truck it literally looked brand new. I am more than satisfied and from now on will only be bringing my truck to Don. He is an extremely nice and honest man and did a great job on my truck. Thank you Don for your help! read more

Initially went here about a year ago for an insurance claim/repair. The owner Don worked well and educated me on the process (which I knew nothing about) he dealt with the insurance company and made the repair process sooo easy!! Then months later I was having a problem with my trunk struts not working I went back for advice and he got it fixed the same day!! Will definitely be back if needed!! read more

I highly recommend G&M Collision Center. Mr. Don is trustworthy and runs his business well. I took my car here for an insurance claim repair and throughout the whole process of having my car fixed, he was communicative and explained everything step by step. They did a great job on my car. This is the place to take your car. Don will take care of you. He is honest and trustworthy. Let him help you. You will be glad you did.

This is my second car fixed at G & M collision center. Don and his team always do the best job in a timely manner. He never over charges for his work and gives the best quote. My Lexus looks amazing! read more

Don explained the ins and outs of the insurance process as far as getting repairs done and reimbursement and was upfront about everything. Repairs were done in timely manner and were as expected. He was easily reached and always willing to offer advice. Only caveat being that my appointment had to be made about 2-3 weeks in advance for the actual repairs as the shop was so busy. Not necessarily a fault of the shop itself, just a minor inconvenience. I still wouldn't have gone elsewhere to get repairs done after reading up on this place previously. read more

Great place. Great owner. I had an issue with my side mirror that I needed fixed quickly before a trip and they were able to fit me in and get me all fixed up in an hour! Great place there to help people. I would definitely go back! read more

I have had 3 incidents where i've gone to G & M Collision center and I have never received anything but perfect service. I definitely feel like the owner, Mr. Don, has my best interest in mind. I am only 18, and have been to him since i was 16, and my parents have gone to him on multiple occasions. The owner is friendly, helpful, timely, and most importantly the work he does is ALWAYS PERFECT. I am very nit picky about my car and have never been let down here. Being younger, people in this industry could try to run the price up, but dealing with G & M Collision center i never felt like he was trying to take advantage. Mr. Don is always honest and helpful and always helps answer my questions that i'm not too sure about. He is definitely the type of person you would "want to give your money too" when your in a situation like this, knowing they will always take care of you 100%. 10/10 recommend to any and everyone! read more

These guys are really questionable. I went in for an estimate and they tried to get me to make a report to my insurance even though I kept telling them I didn't have collision and my repair wasn't covered. Eventually they just refused to give me a quote period and thus I went on my way. read more

The people running G & M Collision are really quality folks. I have had a few items repaired from accidents to just wear and tear. Each time the price came in exactly as estimated and the quality of the work was excellent. They are honest at this auto body shop and on the rare occasion when parts didn't show, I got a call to let me know the delay. Highly Recommended! read more

Don is a dream to work with. He is very personable and HONEST! My repair time took a little longer than he had originally expected, but the area had experienced several hail storms and his shop was very busy.....so this is not a negative by any means. Once my vehicle was ready to pickup, we discovered a small issue and Don was quick to make sure I was taken care of and 100% satisfied. As far as the work he and his staff did to fix my car, I cannot be more pleased! I hope I don't ever have to go back to G & M Collision, but if a need arises, you can bet I will go straight back to that shop and deal with Don. He just made everything so easy and worry-free. read more

I've never written an online review for anything. But the exceptional above and beyond customer service and quality work I received from Don at G&M Collision warranted this review. Not only was my repair perfectly done in a reasonable time, Don navigated a variety of headaches from the insurance company of the person that hit me. I chose Don because of the good reviews I saw online and I was not disappointed. I wholeheartedly recommend Don and G&M Collision for their reputable, fair and honest way of doing excellent business. He is a man of faith and he lives it by example. I will be back should I need any body repairs in the future! read more

What a great everything! The owner was super nice and helpful. He got the car back to me 1 day quicker than promised (3 days total), and it was cleaned inside and out. Vacuumed and washed. It looked like new. And they came in lower than originally estimated. There was even a guy there that was paying for his vehicle and didn't have correct change and instead of the owner keeping the difference he shortchanged himself so the customer wouldn't over pay. How awesome is he?? Highly recommended!!! read more

I had amazingly fast service here! I called and they ordered then needed part for me. It came in same day and they installed the same day as well. Very friendly and great quality. read more

I recently took my car to G&M Collision Center in Arlington. They always give you the best deals. The owner Don and his crew are so kind and never try to nickel and dime you. They are upfront and honest and never suggest more than you need. They kept me up to date with the process of my car and were very timely with fixing it. I would never take my car anywhere else. read more

Best Experience ever. I had a small fender bender with a pole, my husband recently passed away and I've never had to take care of the car. I went in there crying and explained to Don I couldn't claim this on my insurance. He said no problem, we have lots of options for you let's talk about them. He sat down with me and went over all my options, how they were different and what they cost. He made sure I understood everything, he was very kind. He printed me out a quote and asked if I wanted to get another and I said no. You just don't get the kind of service and kindness from many places like I did from Don. He even stayed late to help me. Took my car back in once the parts were ready they fixed it in a day. I asked if he would do me a favor and put my new plates on because I had never done it and they did, he also said don't ever worry about your plates. Any time you have new just stop by and we will put them on for you. I wish I could have given 10 stars, hands down he will be my go to for repairs as long as he is there! Thank you Don and team! read more
