I'd give them less if I could. Turns out, the jacked up my lift install even after coming back to check it as requestedby the shop. Destroyed my tires. Their response? You need new tires. I will never take any vehicle to them... What a joke of a shop. Don't waste your money. read more

Called for pricing on spray on bed liner for our 2020 GMC Sierra spoke with Ally, she was informative on product, gave me the price, verified it was correct. Made an appt for following week. Cannot recall the guys name that explained the process and also answered my questions on bed covers. He knew his shit too. Dropped the truck off about 8am they called me about 1230 when it was finished. I could not believe how nice of a job it was, very impressed with the service and product- lifetime warranty. Price was cheaper by far than others around. If you need stuff for your pick up, GO HERE! read more

Did everything they said and left no issues w my truck. Full transparency with price and hassle free atmosphere.

I can't say enough great things about this shop. Sometimes calling around to these places, they talk to you like you're stupid and like you should know exactly what your options are. Not here! They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and not a bit condescending. They scheduled my appointment and talked me through the options for my window tint when I showed up. The guys gave recommendations but weren't pushy, and answered all my questions. The waiting area is clean, cool, and comfortable. There is a soda machine, and Netflix so you can watch what you like. My tint took about an hour and looks incredible. I'm so happy with the service and the work, my husband and I are planning to bring our vehicles in for more upgrades. If you are looking for a shop that does a great job, with a great attitude toward customers, and great pricing- you found your spot. read more

Thank you for fixing my driver window tint! I would recommend FAT LIP CUSTOMS to all.

Went in for bedliner on the f150. I arrived and realized they did window tint, after discussing window tint I was pleasantly not upsold to the most expensive window tint considering I only wanted 2 windows done to match the factory glass in the back. Quoted price for tint and liner was less than liner alone at the competition. Estimated time to finish was nearly perfect and an hour early. read more

Horrible experience I had asked for my whole car to be tinted very clearly in the messages. Quotes a price , set a date. I show up and the receptionist who is the one responding clearly can't read and said they would only be able to do the 2 front windows. Then when discussed as I took off a day of work to drop off my car they said they still couldn't help me. Would not recommend this business until they can get someone who can read and communicate better. read more

Locally owned by some pretty nice people! I had all windows, including the front windshield, tinted with ceramic window film. The job was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. And they back their guarantee 100%. I noticed tiny, hardly noticeable bubbles in the windshield. They were more than happy to redo the job to my 100% satisfaction. read more

Had spray in bedliner applied. Price was about half of the surrounding competition, for comparative quality. Which made me a bit hesitant, but for the money, and a lifetime warranty, absolutely worth a shot. On pickup, and inspection, the application looks top notch, high quality materials. Small independent shop (which I prefer), great service. Will be back. read more

Got a great deal on window tinting. These guys pay attention to details and warn you of any concerns they have. Very professional. Only reason why I'm deducting a star is that it was kind of hard to get a solid appointment and then once I arrive at appointment I had to wait 45 mins for them to start. They are pretty busy so make sure you set an appointment. I will be back for bed spray and hope to bump that star back up to 5. read more

Great service, Allie was very helpful, had bed liner for my truck done also took some nerf bars that they installed, job done right, liner looks great!! read more

Michael and Sonny are fantastic, and their commitment to providing great customer service is phenomenal. I had some lights installed, a spray-in bed liner put in, a tonneau cover installed, and my windows tinted. They sprayed my skid plate, too. It looks as good as, if not better than OEM equipment. Due to a mistake on the part of the tonneau cover manufacturer, one part didn't come in the shipping package. Sonny went out of his way to drop it off at my house when it came in. He offered to install it as well, but I told him I would do it. It's very rare to find that kind of customer service. Also, their rates are very competitive. VERY competitive! I have some more work I want to have done; I will definitely take my business to Fat Lip Customs; they exceeded my expectations in every way! read more

This review is WAY overdue, but I still wanted to make sure to praise Michael and the team for their incredibly hard work, professionalism, and excellent service. I was in a bind and had family coming in to visit for the weekend. 3 days before they were due to arrive, my radiator failed and was leaking. On top of that were items I've been putting off like brake rotors, brake pads, spark plugs, & oil change. I couldn't find an auto parts store that had my radiator and ordering one online meant waiting 5-7 days but I needed the Jeep for the weekend. Michael was able to find one for me within 1 day, so that evening, I dropped my Jeep off at the shop after hours. The next day, Michael was awesome and communicated frequently with me with status updates and what their findings were. I was able to pick up my Jeep the morning before my family came and everything was all fixed up. New radiator, new cross-drilled & slotted brake rotors, new brake pads, new spark plugs, fresh oil change, fresh coolant, and the Jeep was running perfectly. Just wanted to say thanks again to you all!! read more

I recently purchased an F-150 and, of course, was unable to enjoy it until it had a spray-on bed liner. I researched the products and the local suppliers and decided Fat Lip was the best price/value. WOW. I hit the jackpot. The owner was courteous, the actual workers were about as friendly and helpful as could be - and very meticulous in masking, the time required was LESS THAN THEY SAID and the product is so superior to the Gatorback liner I had in my last truck that it isn't fair to compare them. Price, Value, Service, Speed. Most folks say Pick 1 or 2. These guys don't say anything - they just do it all. You owe it to yourself to go there even if you don't have a truck - they will spray furniture, speaker cabinets, hoods...just to experience the service. read more
