I can't say enough great things about this shop. Sometimes calling around to these places, they talk to you like you're stupid and like you should know exactly what your options are. Not here! They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and not a bit condescending. They scheduled my appointment and talked me through the options for my window tint when I showed up. The guys gave recommendations but weren't pushy, and answered all my questions. The waiting area is clean, cool, and comfortable. There is a soda machine, and Netflix so you can watch what you like. My tint took about an hour and looks incredible. I'm so happy with the service and the work, my husband and I are planning to bring our vehicles in for more upgrades. I arrived and realized they did window tint, after discussing window tint I was pleasantly not upsold to the most expensive window tint considering I only wanted 2 windows done to match the factory glass in the back. I show up and the receptionist who is the one responding clearly can't read and said they would only be able to do the 2 front windows. Then when discussed as I took off a day of work to drop off my car they said they still couldn't help me. Got a great deal on window tinting. These guys pay attention to details and warn you of any concerns they have. Very professional. Only reason why I'm deducting a star is that it was kind of hard to get a solid appointment and then once I arrive at appointment I had to wait 45 mins for them to start. Michael and Sonny are fantastic, and their commitment to providing great customer service is phenomenal. I had some lights installed, a spray-in bed liner put in, a tonneau cover installed, and my windows tinted. They sprayed my skid plate, too. It looks as good as, if not better than OEM equipment. Due to a mistake on the part of the tonneau cover manufacturer, one part didn't come in the shipping package. Sonny went out of his way to drop it off at my house when it came in. He offered to install it as well, but I told him I would do it. It's very rare to find that kind of customer service. Also, their rates are very competitive. VERY competitive! This review is WAY overdue, but I still wanted to make sure to praise Michael and the team for their incredibly hard work, professionalism, and excellent service. I was in a bind and had family coming in to visit for the weekend. 3 days before they were due to arrive, my radiator failed and was leaking. On top of that were items I've been putting off like brake rotors, brake pads, spark plugs, & oil change. I couldn't find an auto parts store that had my radiator and ordering one online meant waiting 5-7 days but I needed the Jeep for the weekend. Michael was able to find one for me within 1 day, so that evening, I dropped my Jeep off at the shop after hours. The next day, Michael was awesome and communicated frequently with me with status updates and what their findings were. I was able to pick up my Jeep the morning before my family came and everything was all fixed up. New radiator, new cross-drilled & slotted brake rotors, new brake pads, new spark plugs, fresh oil change, fresh coolant, and the Jeep was running perfectly.
