We recently purchased a used RV from this dealership. I was beyond impressed at how honest, kind and considerate everyone at the dealership was. Over the years we had previously purchased four large (40-45') diesel motorhomes from other dealers, three of those bought new. Although we had good delivery experiences with most of the coaches, none of those compared to the wonderful delivery experience provided by ProRV, Neal, Penny and all of their crew. And we were buying a much smaller, used gas coach that was priced at about 25% of our last diesel coach. None of those big coach purchased gave us the level of care, nor the amount of follow-up, provided by Neal and Penny. We traded in our 5th wheel for a used motorhome from Pro RV. There was a couple of issues that they told us off the bat they were in the process of addressing. They had no problem with me hiring a 3rd party inspector and setting the rig up for him to go over. The inspection revealed a handful of minor issues, which Pro RV addressed. Professional Sales RV IS as good as it gets! I was looking to purchase our family's first RV for a 2 month R&D trip for our upcoming restaurant expansion. Since we live in a small town, shopping on the Internet has become a necessity. However purchasing something as large as a RV on the Internet is a little daunting. You always wonder if the reviews are 'ghost-written' by 'friendlies' to make a place seem better than it is... I wish I were a better story teller to do justice to how good these people are. It is refreshing to be helped and not pressured even though the one we went to look at wasn't 'quite' what we wanted.... It was actually close enough though that we went back the next week to look once more and make an offer if it would work for us.... BUT sad to say, someone was in finance getting a loan on that very unit :-{ While disappointed, we left Ron our info and since he had worked with us, he had a good idea of what we were looking for.... Since we are in the DFW area, he called us the next week and said he 'might' be getting a 2011 in that he felt we would like... said he would call if it came in... On Tuesday he called and we met up there after work and it was a BETTER match than he described... it was on the lot for less than an hour, so we made an offer that day. Being a long time rv'er, we were so confident in the condition of the coach after our walk thru that we took our first trip from DFW to Natchez, MS and the coach just purred the whole way! I purchased an RV from Professional Sales RV. This was the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. They are a family owned business and it shows. All communication was friendly. I flew in from Denver to Dallas. They covered costs to get to their location from the airport. Through no fault of theirs (sent paperwork work out FedEx with return label but person didn't see the label and returned by regular mail), some paper was delayed so the transaction couldn't be completed on my arrival. Long story short, they sent out backup paperwork work when it appeared in a couple of days the original might be lost and this came back successfully. This process included a weekend so my time there was nearly a week. They made me feel at home, had the RV set up for me to stay in, electricity and water AND made a car available for me to use as I needed. I felt like part of the family. I also had access to the gate combo so was free to go to dinner after they closed. While there, I found a couple of minor problems with the RV and they fixed them. Drove home (750 miles) and enjoyed every mile - the vehicle performed flawlessly. Obviously I can't speak highly enough of their honesty and friendliness. we purchased a 08 American Tradition for this so called great family owned company. The coach has been nothing but a disaster since we bought it. Things that should have been done before it was every put on the lot for sale are still costing me, Yes I know it is a used coach but the thing like 18 lights out muddobbers nest in the hot water tank, A fuel filter warning light on the dash a air compressor with a leak still have not found, a hydraulic leak in the rear, house batteries and engine batteries all had to be replaced. I am at out about an additional $3000. and still climbing. The dash air did not work and this weekend the microwave convection oven quit working. STAY AWAY FROM PROFFESIONAL RV. read more

I know this company gets accolades for their great service but they need to shore up their business practices. We make a deal on 2013 coach based on a trade in quote for our old RV. We showed up to close the deal and were giving a great orientation on the new coach. We then proceeded to the closing table and signed the loan and other documents. Surprising, we were then told the loan with their partner bank includes a 5 year balloon/renewal at the going rate. Upon installing a child seat in the coach and preparing to depart, our salesmen, Ron, ran out of the building waving his arms. He proceeded to tell us there was problem with our trade-in and they would not accept it. They went over the problem with me and insisted that we return our copies of the loan and other documents we had signed. We left with our old RV. read more

Flew down from Birchbay Wa. to Dallas to purchase a class A diesel Rv. Arrived Dallas in evening and checked into a local hotel. Called Ron in the morning and he came to the hotel to pick me up. Arrived at the dealership to go over the RV. Ron gave me one of his rv mechanics for the day, to go over everything and to answer any questions. They encouraged me to spend the night at there dealership, where they had full rv hook ups. They wanted me to spend the night and put it threw its paces, I took them up on the offer. Coming from out of town all I had was my suit cases, need to go to Walmart to stock up. Ron asked if I could drive a stick and handed me the keys to a jeep. He said take it where ever you want, return it tomorrow. Next morning got with the mechanic to unhook and drain the water system, and fill up with anti freeze. Filled the propane tank up and I was on my way back home. Rv performed flawlessly. Since then I have taken the RV into the Mercedes dealer in Bellingham Wa. for a class B service which is a $600 service. They go over a lot. The Mercedes reps. came back to me all smiles said the RV was in great shape, mechanic said it was sweet. Also the RV only had one set of keys, Ron said they will pay for the cost of getting a new key programed at the Mercedes dealer. Also a few things where missing from the RV, they got right on the phone and ordered up the items and had them sent to my house. They honored that deal too. I took a big chance on the integrity of Professional Sales RV. They did not disappoint, a great bunch of people to do business with.
