Wow! I can't say enough good things about the people at this company. This is my 6th RV purchase in my lifetime, and it was the most pleasurable experience I've had purchasing a RV. From the negotiations to the delivery they made the experience fun yet were very professional in every step. Most of all they were transparent and honest. Such a hard thing to find in today's environment. read more

Mark in service will rip you off! Charges for service items never completed. Do not, I repeat, do not use Mark for any service!

Kind people. They were very accommodating to all situations and were willing to make things as easy as they possibly could

We went to the lot fully intending to buy a Class C RV they had advertised. Not a single salesman came to talk with us though we were on the lot to for about 30 minutes. There was even a man, walking in & out of the sales office who completely ignored us. Obviously didn't want to make a cash sale. read more

We recently purchased a used RV from this dealership. I was beyond impressed at how honest, kind and considerate everyone at the dealership was. Over the years we had previously purchased four large (40-45') diesel motorhomes from other dealers, three of those bought new. Although we had good delivery experiences with most of the coaches, none of those compared to the wonderful delivery experience provided by ProRV, Neal, Penny and all of their crew. And we were buying a much smaller, used gas coach that was priced at about 25% of our last diesel coach. None of those big coach purchased gave us the level of care, nor the amount of follow-up, provided by Neal and Penny. They have gone above and beyond to be sure we understand the coach and make sure that we had all the information we needed to operate all areas of the coach. If you need a unit that is on their lot, you can be sure that what they say is what they do - and then they will do more. Kudos to them for operating the best dealership we have had the pleasure of working with in 20 years of RVing. read more

Pro RV Services - My 2018 Minnie Winnie - RV Repair Near Me - Saginaw, Texas

Pro RV is the best dealership I've ever dealt with, hands down. We've owned travel trailers for 20 years - popup, tow behind, and fifth wheel, and have visited most of the ones between San Antonio and Dallas, and dealt with the service departments of a couple around Austin. We traded in our 5th wheel for a used motorhome from Pro RV. There was a couple of issues that they told us off the bat they were in the process of addressing. They had no problem with me hiring a 3rd party inspector and setting the rig up for him to go over. The inspection revealed a handful of minor issues, which Pro RV addressed. The owner and his staff were always pleasant, professional, and a delight to interact with. It was also re-assuring to see that during this pandemic, all of the employees were all wearing masks. I would definitely buy from them again. I just wish they were in the Austin area instead of Ft. Worth... :-) read more

We bought our first-ever RV from Ron, and we're totally hooked on both our coach and his dealership! We shopped around and got the usual "car salesman" approach from other dealers before we found Professional Sales RV online. Everything about working with them was fantastic, from the initial visit to the walk-through and education, to their support after the sale. You couldn't ask for a friendlier, more supportive group of people to do business with. When it's time to upgrade, I have no doubt we'll be going back to them! read more

These are the nicest, most professional and most honest people in the RV world. We can't say enough nice things about the entire crew at Professional Sales RV. From Neil and Bob in sales, to James and Ron and Darcy and Jessica, this is a first-rate crew that know what customer service is all about. We bought 2 RV's from them and have been very pleased with the way the crew trains you on your motorhome and then the way they stand behind you all the way. The service crew is outstanding. I would highly recommend them for sales and service. They are a total class act and we are very grateful for their help and guidance as we purchased our first, and now our second, motorhome! Thanks guys for being so customer-focused. read more

We rented a class A 34 ft RV from here and had the BEST experience with this company. EVERYONE was extremely knowledgeable and HELPFUL through the entire process. Professional Sales RV IS as good as it gets! I was looking to purchase our family's first RV for a 2 month R&D trip for our upcoming restaurant expansion. Since we live in a small town, shopping on the Internet has become a necessity. However purchasing something as large as a RV on the Internet is a little daunting. Thank goodness I come upon Professional Sales RV through a unit they advertised on RVtrader.com From my very first contact with Ron at Professional Sales RV, I felt he had a genuine desire to help me find the right RV as well as stay within our budget. All conversations were respectful, timely, and informative. There never was any pressure or salesmanship. Just like their website and other reviews said. Once we agreed upon a purchase price, I flew into Dallas to finalize the purchase. Upon arriving at Professional Sales RV and initially inspecting the 2015 Jayco Greyhawk I was even more impressed. The RV was as clean and in as pristine a shape as the photos I saw on line and Ron had said. They were finishing up its pre-sale detail late in the afternoon, so Ron invited me to stay overnight in the RV to become more familiar with the coach. This is something I would recommend to everyone! The next day I met with James to do my pre-purchase walk around. James was very patient with all my questions and still is! I've had to call with a few questions since starting on our trip. The walk through revealed a few issue that needed fixing and I also had a couple of change requests. At this point I met Memo who is the chief mechanic. Not only did he fix the issues quickly he also dealt with my change request easily and always in a professional and friendly manner. Next, it was time for the test drive with Bob. Bob was very helpful in giving driving tips, which were very appreciated being this is my first RV. Again there was never a push to rush and I took all the time I needed to become comfortable driving the coach. To show how low key Professional Sales RV is, believe it or not it, I had to remind Ron that we still had to do all the paperwork to finalize the sale. Now it was time to meet Darcy who handles all the financing. Darcy had found great financing that met my needs extremely well. Paperwork was finished in about 20-30 minutes. Throughout the entire process and since the purchase, there was never any hint of impatience, unprofessionalism or trying to change the deal in any way from what we agreed to on the phone. Another thing that impressed me about Professional Sales RV was how long Ron's staff has been with him and how they each expressed how good of a company it was to work for. They truly enjoy their work, the company and their customers. Being a small business owner I know you can tell a lot about a company by how well the staff treats their customers and how much they like the company they work for. I can honestly say that I am vey grateful to have purchased from Professional Sales RV and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used RV. Thank you Ron and the entire staff at Professional Sales RV! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Ron and his team. They are the nicest, most honest RV dealers you will ever find. Having encountered the typical slickster sales guys at other dealerships, to say we were disillusioned and frustrated would be an understatement. We found an RV online listed at Professional RV, and sighing heavily, we called, bracing ourselves for the hard sell. What we got instead was a very kind man who was knowledgeable and patient with us. He never gave self-serving advice, and echoed many of the tips and thoughts my own father had shared with us in regards to our big purchase. He even gave us reasons to consider NOT buying a more expensive RV when we were torn between two models. The lot is beautiful. You can tell they only keep the nice stuff to sell, and everything is clean, maintained very well, and they know every single detail of every coach they sell. Never once was there an ounce of pressure to buy. Ron spent hours with us, going over every feature and nuance of the models we were interested in, never pushing us towards a pricier one just because it was more expensive. Professional RV is the only place we will ever deal with for RVs moving forward. You won't find a dealer that cares as much as Ron does, who is obviously passionate about what he does, and who can help guide you in your purchase, even after the deal is done. read more

From Gene & Susan Krinn (May 2016) We cannot say enough about the team of Ron, Dawn, Darcee, Memo, Jim and the others at Pro Sales They did all the things they said they would do and more. We traded our Airstream Interstate for an Allegro Breeze, as our lifestyle needs were changing and we wanted an RV for longer stays and more comfort. When we first met with Ron, he was a very good listener and patient with us as we discussed our needs and the Breeze that we eventually purchased. We added some upgrades before pick up and they were performed on time and exactly as we agreed. There were several other minor services that ProSales said they would do as part of the sale. They did everything as they promised. For us, this was not always the case with other dealers who just want the sales transaction quickly. ProSales tech team reviewed each feature of the Breeze in a careful and patient manner, which helped us be the best educated owners we could be. This was much better that our prior Interstate purchase. It was very appreciated by both of us. We want to give a big Texas thanks to ProSales experience a wonderful way to buy an RV. read more

I recently decided to get the scratches/scrapes I'd managed to put on my motorhome fixed. I called Dean Nelson and he came out that day! I received an estimate within 48 hours. We scheduled my repair within a reasonable time frame. Once I left it at Professional RV Services in Colleyville, I was again surprised at how quickly the work was done! Most importantly, the repair was a good, professional job. I am totally satisfied with the work Dean's team did. This was a great incentive to not add anymore scratches on a recent trip! Thank you! read more

I don't do Yelp, but thought I would sign up to add my very favorable response to the other happy customers ! You always wonder if the reviews are 'ghost-written' by 'friendlies' to make a place seem better than it is... I wish I were a better story teller to do justice to how good these people are. It is refreshing to be helped and not pressured even though the one we went to look at wasn't 'quite' what we wanted.... It was actually close enough though that we went back the next week to look once more and make an offer if it would work for us.... BUT sad to say, someone was in finance getting a loan on that very unit :-{ While disappointed, we left Ron our info and since he had worked with us, he had a good idea of what we were looking for.... Since we are in the DFW area, he called us the next week and said he 'might' be getting a 2011 in that he felt we would like... said he would call if it came in... On Tuesday he called and we met up there after work and it was a BETTER match than he described... it was on the lot for less than an hour, so we made an offer that day. Being a long time rv'er, we were so confident in the condition of the coach after our walk thru that we took our first trip from DFW to Natchez, MS and the coach just purred the whole way! It is back at the dealership for a few tweaks (all self inflicted there are so many stunning features on this big boy to learn) but have plans for 2 more long trips soon ! Go talk to these people - they are the GOOD GUYS ! read more

We looked at a motorhome in April on our way to the East coast that was still available in June on our return trip. In route I contacted Ron and gave him specifics on our trade in and we did a rough deal over the phone. When we arrived Neil checked out our trade in while he gave us as much time as we wished with the new coach. We then firmed up the deal and their crews installed a washer combo and HD satellite dish and we continued on our way home to NV. Wonderful working with these folks! read more

RV pros are so exceptional in their customer relations. They have a great ethic on taking care of their customer with a kind consideration and do such a wonderful job. My husband was there a week to get fog taken out of the double paned windows in our RV and they accommodated him unbelievably. Said he felt like he knew them all his life so that means a lot in today's times when there is no customer relations. Besides all that, they did a wonderful job on our windows which is a win-win situation. Thanks again RV fog pros.,If there was a 10 rating I would've given you that but can only give you a 5. read more

I purchased an RV from Professional Sales RV. This was the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. They are a family owned business and it shows. All communication was friendly. I flew in from Denver to Dallas. They covered costs to get to their location from the airport. Through no fault of theirs (sent paperwork work out FedEx with return label but person didn't see the label and returned by regular mail), some paper was delayed so the transaction couldn't be completed on my arrival. Long story short, they sent out backup paperwork work when it appeared in a couple of days the original might be lost and this came back successfully. This process included a weekend so my time there was nearly a week. They made me feel at home, had the RV set up for me to stay in, electricity and water AND made a car available for me to use as I needed. I felt like part of the family. I also had access to the gate combo so was free to go to dinner after they closed. While there, I found a couple of minor problems with the RV and they fixed them. Drove home (750 miles) and enjoyed every mile - the vehicle performed flawlessly. Obviously I can't speak highly enough of their honesty and friendliness. I highly recommend you check them out for used RVs (Class A, C, and B) and rentals. read more

I know this company gets accolades for their great service but they need to shore up their business practices. We make a deal on 2013 coach based on a trade in quote for our old RV. We showed up to close the deal and were giving a great orientation on the new coach. We then proceeded to the closing table and signed the loan and other documents. Surprising, we were then told the loan with their partner bank includes a 5 year balloon/renewal at the going rate. Upon installing a child seat in the coach and preparing to depart, our salesmen, Ron, ran out of the building waving his arms. He proceeded to tell us there was problem with our trade-in and they would not accept it. They went over the problem with me and insisted that we return our copies of the loan and other documents we had signed. We left with our old RV. read more

If you are looking for the very best experience in shopping and buying a used RV, this is the place for you. I have bought two units from Professional RV Sales in the past 12 years and I can't say enough good things about these experiences. I have heard all the stories from friends and family that have bought from other dealerships and got no help/support after they put their name on the contract. we purchased a 08 American Tradition for this so called great family owned company. The coach has been nothing but a disaster since we bought it. Things that should have been done before it was every put on the lot for sale are still costing me, Yes I know it is a used coach but the thing like 18 lights out muddobbers nest in the hot water tank, A fuel filter warning light on the dash a air compressor with a leak still have not found, a hydraulic leak in the rear, house batteries and engine batteries all had to be replaced. I am at out about an additional $3000. and still climbing. The dash air did not work and this weekend the microwave convection oven quit working. STAY AWAY FROM PROFFESIONAL RV. read more

Flew down from Birchbay Wa. to Dallas to purchase a class A diesel Rv. Arrived Dallas in evening and checked into a local hotel. Called Ron in the morning and he came to the hotel to pick me up. Arrived at the dealership to go over the RV. Ron gave me one of his rv mechanics for the day, to go over everything and to answer any questions. They encouraged me to spend the night at there dealership, where they had full rv hook ups. They wanted me to spend the night and put it threw its paces, I took them up on the offer. Coming from out of town all I had was my suit cases, need to go to Walmart to stock up. Ron asked if I could drive a stick and handed me the keys to a jeep. He said take it where ever you want, return it tomorrow. Next morning got with the mechanic to unhook and drain the water system, and fill up with anti freeze. Filled the propane tank up and I was on my way back home. Rv performed flawlessly. Since then I have taken the RV into the Mercedes dealer in Bellingham Wa. for a class B service which is a $600 service. They go over a lot. The Mercedes reps. came back to me all smiles said the RV was in great shape, mechanic said it was sweet. Also the RV only had one set of keys, Ron said they will pay for the cost of getting a new key programed at the Mercedes dealer. Also a few things where missing from the RV, they got right on the phone and ordered up the items and had them sent to my house. They honored that deal too. I took a big chance on the integrity of Professional Sales RV. They did not disappoint, a great bunch of people to do business with. I received great service when searching for my RV. It's a no-pressure atmosphere and these guys know their RVs!

I flew to Colleyville from southern CA (1200 miles) to buy a used class B motorhome. I saw this motorhome on the internet. Neal was great- he inspected the RV for me, handled the arrangements, and got me in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes, so I could begin the drive home. Neal gave me a very fair price. I was shocked to find the gas and LP tanks were completely full, a complete check of all systems was done, the exterior was washed and waxed, new water and sewer hoses were in a storage compartment, and the carpet was freshly shampooed. Neal even paid my $50 cab fare from Love Field to Colleyville. The RV was just as described, and Neal even had 6 new tires installed because the old ones had some sidewall cracking, even though the motorhome has only 11,000 miles. The treatment I received from Professional Sales RV, from my first inquiry by e-mail to driving away, was absolutely perfect. I cannot overstate how well I was treated.
