After the technician discussed the issue with me - plus others things, of course, including check engine light, coolant outlet flange on cylinder head and a climate control unit replacement) - I agreed to the service recommendations because I trusted them based on my first 2018 visit. The October 2020 visit cost me $2711.38. Exactly 2 weeks later, I returned to the shop because my light was STILL on, my car was shaking (it cut off on me while driving multiple times), and my vents were only blowing cold air when I needed heat. This visit then costs me $5748.46 (a diverter valve was replaced, a coolant hose was replaced, a heat exchanger was replaced, front struts and upper mounts were replaced, and a right front bearing carrier was replaced). GUESS WHAT? I STILL had no heat. My car STILL had a shake and my check engine light was STILL on. I returned AGAIN a few days later and the technician gave me a rental while they tried to "figure" things out. They pretty much told me that at this point they were doing me a favor by looking things over for free since I had already paid them over $8,000. EXCUSE ME??? After one of their drivers returned my car to me and picked up the rental I was driving, the manager called to tell me they had taken care of the everything... again. But guess what... MY ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON. I decided to stop dealing with them and went directly to an Audi Dealership for a complimentary inspection. They ended up listing SAME ISSUES (at a cost of $3,300) that were supposed to be fixed by Autoscope. Pissed was an understatement. When I informed Autoscope of this and showed them the paperwork from the Audi dealership, they confirmed that they had fixed what Audi was listing as not fixed. Autoscope offered to take my car AGAIN, but I refused. I wanted my money back for services NEVER FIXED. I complained to BBB but nothing ever happened. I lost $8,000 and HIGHLY recommend NOT to use or trust this company. Don't be fooled by their kindness.

They serviced it over 5 times over one year for the same complaint. Each time they said it was "fixed" and after spending over $7K without the noise having been fixed, I took it to Bimmers Only. They diagnosed it immediately as the rear wheel bearing - not in the front engine, where Autoscope said the problem was. I told my rep at Autoscope the diagnosis by Bimmers Only and he and the Nicole, top manager at Autoscope, adamantly denied that was the issue. They wouldn't refund any diagnostic fees or offer to diagnose it for free to confirm the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. Bimmers Only repaired it and the noise stopped immediately. I believe Autoscope did the repairs they stated, however, they didn't repair the problem I told them repeatedly was a noise come from left rear and I told them I scraped a railing. I did test drives with technicians so they could hear the noise. Additionally, in April 2026, They said I needed a new coolant pump - that coolant was leaking and my engine could blow - immediately or maybe in a month or so. Bimmers said the leak was very minor and it did not need replacing. I haven't replaced it and no problem since Bimmers did the repairs.

Power steering went out shortly after that and I haven't driving the car for two months. Took it to a trusted mechanic shop to diagnose again LAST WEEK and they confirmed it's the transmission that needs to be inspected by a transmission shop. I'll remove this review if the transmission shop confirms it's the ecu as well that needs to be replaced. (Response to owner) There's no issue I was waiting to confirm if the diagnoses given to me was correct to right my review. Forgive me for not remembering it was 125 exactly but , $125 for what auto zone does for free was my issue . I was expecting a real diagnosis by a mechanic to pin point the issue with accuracy and given a game plan not a simple computer diagnostic test that was for a code I already knew it had.

I reached out to them YET AGAIN after another week and instead of communicating about my vehicle she wanted to argue about the bad review I left stating they attempted to call me. I printed out my phone logs just to further prove my point that during this entire fiasco they have attempted to call me only once. I sat in their office having a face-to-face conversation with them stating that the cosmetics mean nothing to me I need my vehicle to operate mechanically and safely just as it did before I was hit. Weeks go by and still no word. Once again I call them and I was told was that they completed cosmetic work prior to even looking at the mechanical work and were still waiting to assess the mechanical portion. On what planet would a mechanical shop perform cosmetic work prior to any mechanical work?! What if the car is totaled? I mean, I'm just a mechanic too, What do I know? We have now started a brand new year. It's a week in to 2025 and the last time I have heard about my car was at the beginning of December. If you want your car fixed correctly and in a timely manner, do not bring your car here.. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies. Lessons learned.

I pulled my car from Sewell; had DFW Pro Bright Star Body Shop do the work, man they hooked me up. This is a family owned and respected auto body shop that goes back over 20 years. They were able to complete my repairs in 2 weeks!!! I was informed exactly where they were in their process through text mails that lead you to a dashboard which displays Dropped Off - Started - Finished - Picked Up. In addition, it displays the costs and deductible with contacts with DFW and your insurance provider. Overall, they did a great job on my car, and they were able to help fund the deductible based on my financial situation. DFW was my fourth visit. I was skeptical about the business and the area it was in, but Peyman eased my concerns immediately. He listened and he was very hospitable and informative of the process and timeline for repair. When my Wife dropped off the car for repair, they paid for an Uber to get her back home! The car looked great once finished and I was a happy camper. Fast forward to October 2019, I noticed several dark spots on my hood where it had been painted the year previous. You could tell the spots were under the paint and I could not polish them out. I took the car back to DFW Pro Bright Star and Pouya, not only greeted me with a friendly smile, he actually remembered me from over a year ago. He quickly assessed the situation and without hesitation, he asked me to leave the car so they can take care of it. After four days, they called me to say my car was finish and to come get it. They backed up the work they originally did and my car looked new once again...no charge! I was impressed with their commitment to doing great work and pleasing the customer! A…read moredealership is one of the expensive to you because a dealership asks you should change or fix many things. If you don't know about a car, you've followed a dealer's directions. You can save you money if you go to Seeon Auto. Seeon Auto is very "honest" to their customer. If a customer does not need any service (fixing any part you wonder), they check up and say honestly that you can fix next time, not immediately. I experienced fixed my accident (both of front and rear side) car one time and did car maintenance a few times. They contact my insurance company and did all process. I was very comfortable and trust them. The waiting room is very clean and cute design figures with coffee and tea. Especially, 2-3 iphone and android charger lines. If you don't bring your cell phone charger, don't worry. You can use it free with coffee. Would you like to compare to Korean coffee and Americano coffee? Try it there :) They have both.
