The short of it: Misrepresentation of Part Availability: Claiming no non-OEM parts were available when they were is misleading and inflated the bill. Unnecessary Repairs: Replacing parts that were not faulty (as proven by my successful use of the old parts) indicates intentional overcharging. Lack of Transparency: Failing to provide a detailed invoice, delaying part number delivery, and refusing to sign handwritten part numbers suggest an intent to obscure the repair details. Price Gouging example: The extreme markup on parts (e.g., 1825% on the Mass Air Flow Sensor Connector) is far beyond reasonable industry standards. Kenan Ajaj and Joe, I trusted you as reliable mechanics, but my experience was deeply disappointing. On May 14, 2025, I brought my 2014 Audi A4 Quattro to Only4 Auto Care in Dallas, TX, for a starting issue caused by a shorted coil connector. Joe claimed a blown ECU fuse was fixed, but additional parts were needed, costing $2162.20. He said only OEM parts were available, yet after receiving the part numbers I found non-OEM parts at a fraction of the cost (e.g., Mass Air Flow Sensor: $546.66 vs. $34.49). This is just one of the multiple not need parts. I requested an invoice with part numbers multiple times, but Joe didn't send it. On May 17, he provided a printed invoice without part numbers and later texted numbers without descriptions, refusing to sign a handwritten invoice. On May 17, I returned to address missing body panel push pins, low-quality vinyl tape (not high-temperature cloth tape), and no heat shielding. Only two of three replaced parts were returned. I replaced the new parts with my originals, and the car has run perfectly for two months, proving the repairs were unnecessary. Prices were also inflated compared to Audi Dallas (e.g., Sensor Connector: Only4 price only for part $265.02 vs. $13.77 from Auto Dallas). This suggests deceptive practices, violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. This also show price gouging again for a part not needed. On August 1, 2025, at 1 PM, I discussed these issues with Rambo, expecting a call from Ken or Joe, but none came. I'm seeking a full refund and have filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General and BBB. Avoid this shop to prevent similar experiences. My daughter's car was overheating and had no ac. I had stopped and bought antifreeze (which was completely dry) and a quart of oil. Drove away and it was still overheating. I looked on Yelp and found these guys just .7 miles away. Called up and spoke to Ken. He was so nice and free describing the issue he said it was probably the fan and to bring it in on Saturday (the next morning) and they could fix it. Now let me say that my daughter is NOT a ca person. She's lucky she gets her oil changed once in a while. They looked over my daughter's car after replacing the fan and found her brakes were almost to the pads. They replaced them and drove it around and called and said she needed the arms because of the wiggle when driven. They replaced those and aligned the tires (not sure about the sequence). They called and said it was ready. I then mentioned that she didn't have windshield wash because sh had a hole in the reservoir. They said they knew that too. I asked if they could replace it and that she also didn't have phone charging capabilities inside the car either. They said they would check the fuses. They ended up not charging me for the washer reservoir and the fuses. They even came and picked me up since I had no car! Her car is like brand new (ac works great) and should be good for another 100,000 miles. I highly recommend and will be going back. read more

Just checked in for an oil change and inspection on a Saturday morning at 8:30am and was immediately greeted by a very polite and professional employee. I was pleased that there was no wait so they got me right in! They took very good care of my car. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I went here bcs it was labeled a Carmax repair pal location. Also, I was told my issue would be resolved same-day (Sat.). It was not. Mon.- I had to uber to work from Dallas to FW and other events due to their negligence. That evening, I ubered from FW to pick up my car with my check engine light turning on after 5 mins of driving away. The next weekend, I returned at 8a with my car as told. Work was done on my car without my permission while I waited there for hours. I told the gentleman, "at this point, go get my car." He didn't charge me for the work they did this day (tells me everything I need to know). So, I left with well over $1.5k spent (was told more needed to be done) and with my issue unresolved 1 week later. Turned to my credit card company to resolve these issues and wasted hours. My first service at Only 4 Complete Auto car was around July, 2024. That contact/experience was good. I did a high mileage oil change & tune up so I decided to come back and do another oil change and ask about a concern with an oil leak. I did not recognize the employee and asked if it was under new ownership and the male said yes and identified as Joe one of the owners. I informed Joe I had brought my vehicle there not too long ago for vehicle service and immediately Joe stated that the previous owners only did tires/tire shop only no vehicle maintenance. I informed Joe he was mistaken and that I would show him my invoice. Upon Joe reviewing my invoice he saw that indeed my vehicle was serviced for a tune up. Joe asked me why I was there now. I told Joe my car has a leak and I need an oil change I even tried to break the ice with Joe since I heard an accent when he spoke and asked where he was originally from but Joe responded "that is irrelevant" very cold answer. With Joe's attitude and poor customer service I told Joe flat out he just lost a customer. Joe First stated the previous owners only did tires no vehicle maintenance. Joe assumed I was there to complain about the work done and ask for warranty which was not the case. I am old school Italian and like to go to places that treat me right and do a good job. Thanks to Joe's poor customer service and lack of integrity I will never go back and will tell others to stay away. read more

Today I decided to try a different place to get my oil changed and inspection done, Due to the special that was advertised and me with working in the area for the day. Here goes I have driven my 2016 Toyota Thundra since 2016. I have only gotten my truck serviced at one location. (Dealership) After my truck was pulled into the bay Ken walked up to me with filters in hand and asked me would i like to get my filters changed? I declined. 5 minutes later Ken approached me once again to let me know that my skid plate was missing "strange" I asked myself how would he know if my truck came with a skid plate because all Thundra's don't come with them. But mine certainly did. Long story short I became suspicious so I decided to watch them complete my service. While approaching my truck Ken was spraying brake fluid underneath my hood, I asked why? I was told that he sprayed the brake fluid because fluid was spilled. While getting into my truck to leave. I noticed that parts were left on my dashboard from removing my filters. I walked back in and asked Ken to install them back to it's original state and he did. I departed their shop to head straight to the Toyota dealership that has all of my maintenance records. I told them about my concerns and I asked them to look underneath my truck to see what they saw. I had already looked underneath before I arrived at the dealership but I needed a second opinion. Yes my skip plate was missing and also my catalytic converter sheild was missing, Which Toyota installed over a year ago (Stolen) The worst experience ever at Only 4 Complete Auto Care. read more
