    I came in November to replace my tires. They talked me into getting an alignment and my spare tire replaced as well. When I picked up my truck at the end of the day they mention that they could not put my spare tire on. They told me that if I found the special tire key and came back they would put the tire on for me. Shortly after I got a nail in my tire bit they weren't able to help me. I get it that they are busy, so I had help elsewhere since it was an emergency. I searched and searched for the key and 4 months later of hard research I got one. I came in and waited for a long time for someone to show up in the front. Finally he came and looked up my number, but for some reason want to check my air pressure on the outside tires and how many miles etc. After waiting a bit I see him outside leaning on my truck talking to his friends. I get that you can be too busy to give people service, but when you chit chat and shoot the stuff instead of helping a customer out..why am I a customer?? Big waist of time and money. At what point are we supposed to move past the Not wanting to work anymore since Covid?

    I work around the corner from this location and only needed one tire mounted on a wheel. I went to 2 other tire shops in the area who refused to mount the tire (its a 39" off road tire). I came on a Wednesday about mid morning. All the techs were working on vehicles and based on the schedule board for appointments inside, they had a full day ahead of them. Only needing one tire mounted, i asked the service manager Caleb E. If it was something they could handle, and that i would even leave the tore and come back later if need be. He immediately took the tire and wheel out back, and in less than 5 minutes had it mounted up and ready to go for me. I really appreciate a manager and employee who can recognize a quick simple job and squeeze it in and knock it out in a timely manner. I will definitely bring them more of my work in the future!

    I've visited several NTB locations and I have to say this one is my favorite. They can get a little busy sometimes but everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had an oil change, rotation, and a state inspection. They let me know about some suggested maintenance items for my JEEP and they even added a coupon for the oil change when I forgot to bring mine. One of the associates was sanitizing the door handles when I came in, so that gave me some peace of mind on the store's cleanliness during my visit. Highly recommend this location!

    They weren't able to do an alignment on my truck because of my rims but some shabby little shop could damn they suck

    Recently went to NTB for a tire rotation and had a great experience. Staff was very professional and friendly. No waiting! Good job!

    Been here for years, they always done an excellent job . I have all my vehicles getting service here almost 3 years now. Highly recommend

    Had a nail and flat tire. Wasn't charged a thing and the customer service reps were extremely helpful, friendly and professional!

    I purchased new tires and they charged me for rotate tires which I was not notified, worst of all they did not rotate the tires.

It's a 95 cent standard rubber valve stem. Most tire shops throw these cheapies in with the price of a mount and balance. The yellow painted dot on a new tire, which is the manufacturer's mark for the lightest part of the tire, is to be placed on the rim where the valve stem goes. They do not know this very basic rule -- none of the yellow dots were lined up with the valve stems. I had to bring the car back the next day to have the fronts rebalanced because they were shaking so bad. After rebalance, the wheel weights were placed 180 degrees out from where they were initially placed on the wheel the day before. Not 140, not 160, 180. Mounting and balancing tires is about the easiest, simplest work you can do on a car. Follow some dead a*s simple rules, when you are done stick the mounted tire into a COMPUTERIZED machine so it can tell you where and how much wheel weight to put on the tire to balance it. These knuckleheads did none of this right. I wish I could rate less than zero. They are horrible. Wait for Firestone to open across the street and pay more to have it done right.

They sold us a used tire that was in NO condition to be on the road. I've purchased used tires before, and they've NEVER had holes or tears in them. Once the used tire was installed, my sister noticed the air pressure symbol light up on the dashboard. Before leaving, she asked them to take a second look at it. They told us it was fine and the light would turn off once we started driving. This was not the case. The tire they installed went flat within 8 hours, to no one's surprise. We called the next day and were told to bring the car back to the shop. The only problem? The car was NOT DRIVEABLE. The tire was so low that we risked damaging our car by even moving it. The manager, Junior, advised us to still drive on it. According to him, they've advised customers to drive on flats before, all the way from Denton to Dallas. Before trying to drive anywhere, we attempted to replace the tire with the spare, but the lugs were placed on too tight. Upon closer inspection, we saw multiple large holes and tears in the tire. According to their manager, Junior, it's standard to test tires before placing them on the car. It's clear this tire was not tested prior to being installed. On top of this, they ignored concerns about the tire pressure light being on after they installed the new tire, further endangering my sisters saftey. If they had taken the time to double check their work, it would have saved us the time and worry. We ended up having to stop at another mechanic on the way, since we were fearful we would not make it to the shop in one piece. The mechanics there were very friendly, changed our tire free of charge, and let us know we should not have been driving on it. When we finally made it to the shop, the employees realized they did not have any more used tires in our size. This begs the question- did R&S knowingly provide us a faulty tire, just to make a sale? The tire they sold us was the last one in that size. To top all of this off, I received the worst customer service of my life from Junior (manager) and the owner, Khalid. Junior was callous in his approach, did not have any empathy, and seemed unbothered at the severity of the situation. He rudely suggested we go to another mechanic down the street, despite fault clearly lying with R&S tires and wheels. We voiced our disappointment and intention to file a complaint with the BBB. When we finally reached a resolution of getting a new tire in the correct size, the owner, Khalid, sent us disparaging and unprofessional texts after we left the shop, further displaying R&S Tires' unprofessional business practices and horrible customer service. As you can read from other reviews on Google, R&S Tires does not uphold customer safety. Please save yourself the headache and pick ANY other mechanic shop in the area. You'll be thankful you did!
