From start to finish, this was exactly the kind of professional, high-quality service you hope for but rarely find. Drew was incredibly helpful in the color selection process. I wanted to refresh the look of my Apex VS-5RS wheels on my 2020 BMW M2 Competition (Hockenheim Silver), which were originally in brushed aluminum. After discussing options, we settled on Prismatic Champagne Gold - a gorgeous silver with just a hint of gold that complements the car perfectly. Drew's expertise really showed here; the color choice was spot-on. **What impressed me most:** - **Punctuality:** Drew met me right at 9am as scheduled - no waiting around - **Pricing:** Very fair and competitive rates - **Quality:** The powder coating work is absolutely flawless - **Personality:** Drew is genuinely friendly and clearly knows his craft inside and out - **Turn-key Service:** They offered a complete package deal with discounted wheel dismounting/mounting and professional balancing when the work was finished The finished product speaks for itself - the Prismatic Champagne Gold finish looks incredible against the Hockenheim Silver paint. The quality of the coating is top-notch with perfect coverage and a beautiful, consistent finish. If you're looking for powder coating services and willing to make the drive up to Plano, Unit F14 is absolutely worth it. Drew and his team deliver professional results with excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back for future projects, like a set of F90 BMW Calipers for my 640i GT that I've got my eye on.... *Highly recommended for anyone looking to refresh their wheels or other powder coating needs.*

On the 30 min ride home, the wheel was wobbling and the steering wheel vibrated. Fortunately for me and my family we did not take the freeway. When we got home my husband checked the right front wheel that was repaired, he found the cause of the issue. 3 of the 5 lug nuts were not tightened, I could actually touch them and they wiggled because they were so loose. Imagine if my family had taken the freeway home and the front wheel flew off! This is very poor checks and balances and workmanship. I do not recommend this business.

Upon dropping off the wheels, I was met with a very friendly individual who was honest and straightforward. I dropped my wheels off and the next day they're ready as if they've never been damaged. Pricing was very fair for these wheels, since they're forged and brushed, at $185 per wheel. Absolutely glad these guys are around. From damaging my wheel Saturday to having them repaired by Tuesday is a true blessing from the Lord. 5/5
