This place is horrible since they changed from NTB, i went to drop off for an oil change, guy took…read moremy key and said he'd be right back. 10 minutes later i noticed he's in the parking lot talking with some women in her passenger seat. I asked another gentleman if i was good to go and he said oh we need your vehicle info, i said "yeah he was getting it 15 min ago" . so he sends a younger guy who walked as slow as molasses out there, who circled my truck about 4 times, then came inside and said "ummm let me go find the guy whose supposed to be up here" , at that point i walked out to the guy who took my key, asked for my key and left. He didn't even seem to care that i took my key. And now at another place getting my oil changed within 30 min, this place is telling me whoever changed my oil last torqued the plug too tight damaging the plug and they had to break it to take it off. Soooooooo horrible management, horrible service, and never going back. oh also for the last 7 months they can't do emission checks cause "system is down" lololol

I filed the complaint on June 12, 2026, and followed up repeatedly. An area manager eventually emailed me, and I provided a detailed written timeline explaining what happened, why I had lost confidence in the Galloway Avenue location, and why I was requesting a refund. Since sending that response, I have not received a substantive decision, status update, or further communication addressing my concerns. My primary complaint is now the administrative handling of the matter. Customers should not have to repeatedly pursue a large company for basic communication after reporting a serious service problem. Even when a company disagrees with a refund request, management should acknowledge the documentation, explain its decision, and provide a clear resolution. The continued lack of follow-up gives the impression that Firestone's complaint process is designed to delay rather than resolve legitimate customer concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Galloway location, and I have serious concerns about Firestone's regional management and customer-service accountability.
