Firestone didn't have the tire size I needed, so I gave NTB a call and David answered the phone. David was WONDERFUL! He was kind, quick, efficient, and helped me figure out the correct tire size I needed and went over all of my options with me. I told him the car I was driving and that I would be there in five minutes. To my surprise, he met me outside as I was pulling up with a big smile and introduced himself. They were a bit busy, and despite it they were able to get my car in quickly and on such short notice. I also mentioned wanting an oil change while I was at it, and they have me a $20.00 off voucher when they realized they were out of the oil I needed, but would have it in next week for me. There was no scamming or trying to sell me expensive tires or unnecessary services at all. The whole process from arrival to driving my car away took about 30 minutes. That's the fastest tire change I've ever experienced, and I was certainly not their only customer at the time. If you're looking for an ENJOYABLE tire change, this is the place. I filed the complaint on June 12, 2026, and followed up repeatedly. An area manager eventually emailed me, and I provided a detailed written timeline explaining what happened, why I had lost confidence in the Galloway Avenue location, and why I was requesting a refund. Since sending that response, I have not received a substantive decision, status update, or further communication addressing my concerns. My primary complaint is now the administrative handling of the matter. Customers should not have to repeatedly pursue a large company for basic communication after reporting a serious service problem. Even when a company disagrees with a refund request, management should acknowledge the documentation, explain its decision, and provide a clear resolution. The continued lack of follow-up gives the impression that Firestone's complaint process is designed to delay rather than resolve legitimate customer concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Galloway location, and I have serious concerns about Firestone's regional management and customer-service accountability.

My car app showed that the vehicle remained parked in the same spot for three hours. During that time, no one opened or closed the hood, turned the ignition on or off, or opened and shut the doors. Yet I was called and told that the car was ready for pickup, only to be told afterward that the engine warning light can only be cleared at the dealership. I took my car to another local auto repair shop, got a free scan, and they were able to pinpoint a loose connection and fix the problem. This level of service and disregard for their customers time, energy, and money, is completely unacceptable. Run! (Photos for reference) Background- So I took my car for an oil change (super expensive!) last Friday and immediately, I too, had the engine light come on as I was driving it out the parking lot and didn't think much of it and thought it will reset.
