I called the company and asked if they could call me when they are close so I can go home, being that I am at work. I stay close to my job and I can get there quickly. The rep tells me, he cannot promise that because they are busy. Ok, so at the 85min mark I decided to go to the house and wait. I waited an additional 35min, when I called Mr. Tow rep he said oh it will be another 45-60min. I asked why did the app give me a different time? He said oh they just give times but they are not accurate. I said how is that great customer service. If I were stranded waiting for 85min is already long, then you want me to wait AN ADDITIONAL 60MIN!!!!!! He said well maybe you need to call a company who can work at your convenience. WHAT!!!! Driver showed up in a personal truck tied the strap on and pulled my car out. Took less than 2 min. I asked him how much. He tells me $200. Not even near what I was quoted. He went back and forth telling me I talked to someone else while I know exactly what number I called. No tow truck was used. I was completely fine with paying $95 but was taken advantage of and over charged. He ended up going down to $165. Don't waste your time using this company, call someone else that will honor the price they quoted or atleast generally close. While there was barely any labor involved it was not worth $165. Will not be using them ever again.

Writing this review as this happened in the last hour. Absolute God sent. If I could give 10 stars…read moreI would. I ended up with one of my tires having blowout. I had no option but to pull over to the side of the highway that barely had a shoulder. I had my 2 babies under 2 and my dog. I was so worried about the safety as we were in a horrible spot but I could not do anything. My insurance roadside assistance said it would take 90 mins. I called roadside assistance on the back of my drivers license they also said it could take 60-90 mins. Mikey Towing saw me on the side of the road on his way to get breakfast and out of the goodness of his heart, he stopped to help me and mentioned he had to stop as I was in a very unsafe spot. He waited as I had family come get my kids. He got us towed about 3 miles to Discount Tire. My husband and I asked how we can pay him. He gave us such a great price.
