Y'all!! We blew BOTH passenger side tires when my amazing wife decided to take on a curb. During rush hour. We called signature towing and about 45 minutes later, Tony showed up. Not only was he amazing, he even thanked me for my Marine Corps service after seeing my sticker on my car. He got our car over to Discount Tire where they fixed us up in what I'm pretty sure is a record time. Thank you, Signature Towing for helping us out and making sure we were taken care of and huge shoutout to Tony for your kindness and professionalism. We will absolutely only use this company in the event we ever need a tow again!! read more

I have done a damage / missing item claim on them towing my car.I called multiple time to no avail cannot get the right person ,on top of that they gave me wrong email address, transferred me to line that have no voicemail.it's been a month Of me calling. read more

Absolutely disgraceful and dishonest company. I followed the tow truck directly to their lot -- literally arrived within 5 minutes of my car being dropped off -- and they still had the audacity to charge me an overnight fee. How is that even legal? It's blatant fraud and a scam. Their customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. They clearly have no integrity and are just looking for ways to squeeze every dollar they can out of people -- even if it means lying and bending the rules. Avoid this company at all costs. Businesses like this should be held accountable for their shady practices. I will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities. read more

this company sucks. they overcharge for tows and when your asking questions to why they are charging you 400 dollars for 1 day, they get mad and hang up in your face. they illegally towed my car and then had the nerve to talk bad to us for nothing. please dont use them if you dont have to. read more

They are supposed to tow people illegally parked in our complex but they never come and enforce towing violators. I constantly have my garage blocked by inconsiderate neighbors and call them to send someone out and they never do. I'm not exactly how to change companies but Signature isn't very reliable. read more

They like to tow the wrong cars out of parking lots and then proceed to deny any wrong doing. Bunch of ass hats working for this company to be honest. read more

Eddie was awesome! My wife's entire tire broke off of her car on the way to work. Trying to handle this quickly to also make it to work on time, I looked up towing companies on my maps and signature towing popped up as only half a mile away. I gave them a call for rates and they were very fair and friendly on the phone. The male customer service agent was so nice and helpful. Eddie arrived in less than an hour and was professional and courteous. He showed empathy and we bonded over our love for Dodge Challengers. He worked slowly to ensure that he didn't add further damage to my already broken car while continuing to assure me that everything would be ok. We will definitely use them again for our future towing needs and I'd recommend them to anyone in the area! Thanks for all your help Eddie & Signature Towing you're top notch!! read more

I just need to say Thank You, Mason in Signature Towing for such quality service in the Office yesterday Morning 05/30/2023. When everyone was on despair and upset, you kept the calm and served to everyone with kind heart. Thank you for running the second mileage for me and recovered part of the bill, when no body seemed to care. You made a difference and a model to follow. God bless you always. I was in a bike accident in Sep 2022. I had to go over to this place after discharge from the hospital to pick up my garage remote from the bike. I called the place and the lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional, displaying absolute impatience and irritability, both on the phone and on the premises. The reason I give two stars still is because of the other people I encountered there who were very kind and treated me with kindness noticing my walking through that dusty place with difficulty following the spinal fracture I had sustained. When I thanked of one of the workers there for his help and also chanced to ask him about the lady's behavior, he confided that she tended to talk that way and was especially prone to display that kind of behavior if she felt she had a little more work on her plate. Next, the bike itself lay on the ground like a piece of junk, although it had a perfectly normal stand and the capability of being leaned over on to that. That was a bike I cared for and maintained very well myself. NEVER do I advise any one to use these people for your towing business. Of course, they were definitely not my choice to begin with -- following my accident, it was the city of Allen that arranged for this company to do the towing. Again, extremely unprofessional. Avoid them if at all possible!! read more

Poor service. Very dishonest employees. At least ones I dealt with. They towed the wrong car. Smdh.

These people will lie to you about fees. They said if I brought my title to them and signed my car over I would not owe anything. When I came back with my title, I'm told I owe $125 for towing and title fees. The lady I spoke with in the front said she has never spoken to me before. So, blatantly lying. read more

Joe helped me excellent customer service. There's some improvement that needs to be made in personnel consistency. However, Signature towing came through with excellent service through Joe and other staff members who helped me get my car towed after 2 days of searching for a company willing to get my car out of a parking garage second floor with and 8'2" clearance. I am very thankful to the kindness and going the extra mile Joe and the staff at Signature towing exemplified to me in resolving this problem for me! Thank you! read more

I totaled my car...someone hit me in an intersection...and then fled the scene...at least they waited until people confirmed I was alive? Well, I had to go get some things out of my car and this absolute asshole at the window would not let me retrieve my belongings despite having a valid state issued ID. He needed a copy of my insurance card...well I'm going to guess its on the street in the intersection where my engine is...I don't have it buddy. He possessed so little empathy it turned my stomach. Eventually I got my insurance company to fax a copy while I waited in the lobby. He never showed an ounce of caring. I wish I could remember his name. Well, at least I was able to get my things. But no, I won't use them based on my experience with this man at the window. read more

I was in an accident and they sent this company to tow my car. The driver took my car and never asked where it was going or for payment. I asked him if I could give him the address it was going to,he gave me a business card and said call this number of signature towing then left. I call and he said he brought it to the impound and that I said I didn't have payment or a place to take it to,which was an absolute lie that I called out and then they all of a sudden changed their tune and moved my car to where it was supposed to go. They are real lucky I didn't call my lawyers on their unethical illegal actions. read more

Can't speak to prices as I don't know exactly what is average. What I can say is the customer service is too notch. Was quoted about an hour wait and they were there in 30. Our towing expert, Marcus, showed up on time and ready to roll. As he inspected the car to be towed, he was able to unlock the steering wheel which allowed us to drive the car to the repair shop. Yes, we paid a "trip fee" because he had come at least 15 miles from the towing company location. Better than a full towing fee. Marcus was super professional and efficient. Definitely recommend this company!!!! read more

Had my car towed a little over a week ago. Drive lot my car key. Denied getting in the car but someone turned my hazard lights off. Called the company about getting reimbursed for having to replace my key and told me because my car was left unattended for 3 day someone got in my car and stole the key. But here's the thing my credit card was next to my key. Why didn't the steal that too. So it's my fault because I was out of town for work and the car was unattended for 3 days. I found my towing company that I'll use when I need them. I called to schedule a time for them to come pick up my car only to turn around and cancel it. My insurance company hasn't sent the claim info to the collision place. Well Marcus came to tow the car. I felt so bad that he wasn't told I canceled. He was so nice about it. I called today to reschedule. I talked to Mason and he was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service from him. I asked if we could have Marcus come back to pick up the car. Marcus will be here tomorrow. Thank you Mason and Marcus!! read more

Tyrone Fuller was fantastic! Needed to get my buddy's Acura towed over to my garage so I could take a look at it, and he was able to get it placed perfectly in our (small) garage, taking the truck back through a (narrow) alley way. Nathan at Signature Towing was awesome, got to my son who was in trouble (with the rear of his car sticking out into the very busy road) in less than 10 minutes, during rush hour, and in the rain! I had a flat tire that I thought I could get air in long enough to get to a tire shop but couldn't. The last place I got my tires from put the lug nuts on too tight so I couldn't get the spare on. Was super happy with the service and would definitely recommend these guys and would use them again in the future if need be. read more

They don't tell you there's a $50.00 fee for removing the driveshaft before they tow. AND They don't tell you there's another $50.00 fee for putting it back on. They just hit your card when it's done. They tow good. Their driver was professional. Just Be aware of hidden fees. read more

The fee structure is arbitrary. I was charged $50 for notification even though I had gone and picked up my stuff within the required 5 days by state law (I am still waiting for the notification) and hope it comes by FED-EX to justify the $ 50 fee. The Notice board displaying fee shows $20 per day for using the vehicle storage facility, however, they charged $20.64 for each day. Service at desk is lousy and they do not care, as you are their hostage because you need the car. read more

Let me start by saying the tow was completely my fault and I am not disputing that. I am driving my dads vehicle because mine is in the shop. It's a car he just bought and it had temp tags until the new ones are received. I get to the place and tell them I need a form that the lady over the phone told me to ask for. I was not greeted or acknowledged for 10 minutes waiting in the window. Also while filling out the form I asked a question was brushed off and told to sit down he'll be with me when he can. I was then told they could not release my vehicle because the plates were expired which was the purpose for filling out the form, I explained that I was waiting on the plates and I can't help that I have not received them(covid) but I do have proof they are coming. The front desk attendant went to speak with his manager and came back and told me no they won't release the car. I explained that I wish I would of been told this all on the phone before I came and he asked who I spoke with and then said what exactly did I say on the phone because all of our calls are recorded like he was going to go listen to the call and that would change anything. He then goes back to the manager and comes back and tells me again no they won't release it. Another lady is at the front and ask to be filled in and then gets real nasty with me telling me no one is going to help me because I'm throwing a fit. Which I was really upset and super frustrated because they are telling me there is nothing they can do when my car was towed at 1103pm and I got to the place at 1pm as soon as I realized my car was gone and the cost was already 319 and I could not afford another day of charges. I am explaining this to her and the front desk attendent and she shrugs and shoulders and says oh well. I finally speak to the manager( the only person with manners and decorum ) and she says can I get a picture of a temp plate and she will release the car. I am able to get the info for the car insurance and add myself to the insurance and they then release the car to me at 330pm. My issue is if the license plate was the reason I couldn't get the car why now that I was able to get myself added to the insurance can you ignore the expired temp tag. It felt like a complete run around and a hassle for absolutely No reason. As I sat and waited not one person that walked was satisfied I actually over heard multiple customers complaining about what a horrible place this is. I know working in the towing industry sucks cause it's always angry people but my goodness the condescending tones and the people that work there were absolutely horrendous and I was also over charged a storage fee for two days but my car had not even been there for 24 hours yet. read more
